I was able to book my appointment short notice. The receptionist was very pleasant and ensured all of my information was up to date! Place was very clean. Very wet, slushy day but floor got wiped twice just while I was there. Started right on time. Clear directions. Friendly and knowledgeable staff explained everything for ultrasound. Very professional technician. Explained follow-up process and what I needed to do. Overall, what you hope and expect our health care service should be.

The ultrasound through my doctor at a a other location on 8 the st and they were unfriendly made me feel like a inconvenience. The ladies at the preston always are good from the on the phone to the ultrasound technicians are always friendly. This is the only place I will go back. Highly recommend.

This clinic did not accept walk in just because we were 10 min late. They did not understand the urgency of Ultrasound for pregnancy. The lady at the front was racist.

I have had several venous US of lower extremities performed at your locations and have always been satisfied up to now. Today, I had another done, and my report came back stating, " Visualization suboptimal due to patient body habitus." What does this mean exactly? Is this body shaming? I am not a large person, size 8-9, other than my knee and upper leg, which are quite swollen and painful. Does this report mean it was incomplete or inadequate and that further action is required in order to rule out a DVT? I have already had 2 prior DVT'S.

The clinic was very organized and the check in process was smooth. The technician who did my scan was very friendly and thorough. It was our first time and her amiable personality made the whole experience stress free. Highly recommended clinic!

I have always had wonderful service here. I am able to receive an appointment within 1-2 days. Every time, I was called into the room within 5 mins of my scheduled appointment time. The results are in my eHealth account within a few hours! I don’t know how they do it, but I often tell this group they should be giving lessons😉❤️

When I went for my appointment and I was very nervous for the outcome, but was assured everything was gonna be fine and you know what... It was!!
