My friend John went to this a&w TWICE and was so bad each time. staff have no idea what they are doing, ridiculous wait times, it seems like they don't want my business. Was excited about this new a&w but these staff have not been trained properly whatsoever. From waiting over 10 minutes at the drive thru order and having no one talk to me too not having a working debit machine. Won't be coming back until chances are made

What I don’t understand is, I’ve been there few times now with ordering basic meals , Each time they made me wait up front, with NOBODY else in drive threw , Remind me again amw what fast food is ??? Your parking sucks as well for you to get all ur customers to pull around … Major thumbs down. I also love waiting 20 mins for a burger and fries at non busy hours .. good job

I popped into this location for lunch today. It must’ve just opened as it looks brand new and there are signs of construction around the lot. I ordered a Chicken Buddy Burger with fries, gravy and a root beer which cost approximately $10. The cashier gave me the option of having my drink in a frosted mug or take away cup (I chose the mug). Rather than fill the mug for you, you fill it yourself at the drink station. Then, when the food was ready, the staff brought my food to the table. The food was piping hot just as I like it! The fries were crispy and the chicken burger tasted good but was dry…it’s the bun that seemed dry rather than the chicken. Overall it was a good experience. The table service and cup option was a nice touch!

Been there twice since opening. First time burgers were dry, buns over toasted and fries were old and cold. Second time was just to try Frozen Rootbeer. Which is just a grossly over priced slurpy $4.59 ea and they don’t fill it up. Never going to this location again.

No hours of operation listed , no phone number listed , drive thru wait is so long I left . Tried to access A & W coupons online & now they require you to join & become a member to access them. Sadly , I have heard once you join you CANNOT unsubscribe ! In this day & age of so many options for fast food I will no longer be "treating " myself to A&W . It shouldn't be that strong arm tactic to get a meager discount on fast food . I think the Kensington location won't be around very long operating with inexperienced staff & no contact info or hrs of operatinon listed.

Brand new place (2023) with a modern atmosphere. Everything was terrific except the milkshake. I've tried the chocolate shake a couple of times and it's more of a vanilla shake trying to impersonate a chocolate shake. Other than that, a great place to go.

I am really impressed with the service given by puneet(supervisor) there. She suggested me a hot drink and it really taste superb. Thanks ☺️i loved her sevice.

Last 2 visits have not been good... Denied plated breakfast at 11:02 even though we were standing in line. Returned again a few weeks later... dine-in breakfast order took 30 minutes from entering the retaurant to food delivery. Staff is friendly, but spread too thin. Saw lots of grouchy impatient people and walk-outs, and cleaned our own table. Food was warm and tasted OK.

They tell me to move to the front. But the truck in front didn’t have to move. Over easy is not well done either. Learn how to cook

Drove through the drive thru. Only car at the drive thru at that time. Very friendly service from ordering to paying. Order was correct. It had been a long time since I had a chicken sandwich. It was good along with the onion rings. Easy to get in and out of.

The girl was nice enough to bring my order to the table but did not provide any napkins. When I asked she just walked back to the counter.

Very clean, great service & food. I loved that they had sinks in the condiment area that were Kid sized!
