The hair stylist was really nice but just did a really poor job with my cut. I went in for a hair cut and asked for it to be rounded at the bottom but she cut it straight across. So I phoned back the next day and expressed that I was unhappy about the shape of my hair and asked to come back in. The attached photos show the kind of job they did the second time around. They only allotted 15 mins to fix my hair before the stylist's next appointment and it felt like she was really rushing and it came out totally crooked. Definitely will not be back.

I went for highlight. In specific colour. Unfortunately i paid $250 at the first and was orange and four different colour of highlight for very thin hair. I called to fix and today i was left with the bleach longer time and then when she washed my hair it was elastic and cut. Was damaged unfortunately!! While i had to pay for the products too while it was their mistake at first and second they damaged my hair. I don’t recommend for hair light at al. i lost my hair😪😪😪

I adore my new hair stylist Jillian. She is so skilled and knowledgeable. I appreciate the salon and their accommodations for my untimely arrival. Also they serve drinks too if you're feeling for a glass of wine or mimosa. I'm so happy with my hair and it was all my stylists idea. As you can see, she did amazing.

I highly recommend coming to the Lemon Tree for a little pampering. They have an very welcoming and friendly staff dedicated to making you feel like a rock star. The salon is bright and clean with plenty of natural light. Kelsey is so extremely talented and I never leave disappointed in my hair. She is so creative and always looking for ways to improve and hone her skills. She is unbelievable with colours, and listens to what it is that you are looking for. If you just want something new but don't have an idea, she is incredible at coming up with a hip new look that suits your face and shape. I highly recommend.

Kelsey did the highlighting and it became two colors and I couldn't go to the salon due to the problem of the first week and I came later, but she refused to fix the problem and charged me $300, even though I was not at all satisfied with her work this

I’m so Happy with the service I received from lemon tree. Jillian is a fantastic hairstylist Who is kind and talented. I enjoyed lemon tree hair studio as I felt it had a friendly atmosphere and the area you get your hair done is very private! I will be back to the studio 100%

Since my first visit at The Lemon Tree Salon, I have not been disappointed. The atmosphere there was very calming, and the staff were very welcoming. I had Fallon do my hair (cut and colour) and she did and amazing job! Had me walking out of there feelin’ like a 10! Definitely a 5 star deal for me. I highly recommend going there for your next appointment.

I couldn't make it in for a morning appointment with Fallon. I've been dealing with a lot as three weeks prior the house I was living in burnt down, both my friend and I had under 2 minutes by the time we woke up and couldn't breathe. I phoned in to apologize and to pay for my missed appointment. Well, all of a sudden Fallon isn't taking any more clientele. She refused to give me an appointment with her.They talk about being so inclusive and understanding. Someone's life gets turned upside down and they miss ONE appointment and suddenly they're a leper. There's no compassion.

I needed a new stylist and was placed with Meredith. She spent a long time making sure my cut and style was perfect and even knew how to deal with my curly, but thin, hair. I could not be happier with my haircut, I am so glad I found this place!

Just got a haircut from Jillian and I love love love it! She’s so knowledgeable and did an amazing job! I’ve been going all over town trying to find a stylist I like and I’ll for sure be back!
