Extremely rude front end staff one lady in particular, perhaps don’t work with the public if you don’t know how to be respectful and kind. I came in with a family member for support to receive some test results. The lady at the front was nasty and snapped at me (red dyed hair, glasses) - would not give me a mask, told me to wait outside, would not let me sit in appointment with my family member. The doctors however, are always friendly, and respectful. I understand limiting amount of people per room, but it states at the front desk two people is acceptable. You can be kind and courteous to people and still explain the rules. Power trip.

The doctors are very helpful, but the front dest staff is super ignorant and rude. Don't listen to you on the phone. Hung up on you in the middle of call. Always put you on hold whenever you call them. They refuse to fax the prescription to the pharmacy if you are in the clinic, but fax the prescription to the pharmacy without any problem if you are on the phone.

Go to this doctor 2 find out what over the counter items to take. I brought my 3 year old daughter here with a severe cold/flu and he said she was fine and to take over the counter products which we were already given her. We waited a week and it just got worse. So we took her to a real doctor who gave her antibiotics and so on. There was no wait here I can say that tho

The receptionist is very very rude. She will treat you like you’re her slave. Never go there ! Avoid this place

Pretty sure Syed gave me a diagnoses that was not true just to get me off his case. Been sick for 3 months now and he thinks im "fine" i wouldn't go see this doctor again unless i was absolutely desperate. Seems like good caring doctors are hard to find. Anyone looking for decent help, save yourself the time and don't go to this clinic. Also the 2 behind the counter there need to go teach themselves some serious basic manners. I overheard them discriminate and use the reference "you people" so many times I've lost count. Rude, ignorant, mannerless, and they always seem upset and angry. The entire clinic is a total sham. Sad to say tendon is the only normal one there.

I went to this doctor for my 3 year old son he had a fever serious sinus issues and a cough this doctor said nothing was wrong I then waited a week and a half as my son got worse to go back and this doctor make me feel like I’m crazy and say nothing Was wrong.. here we are three weeks later my son still suffering with severe sinus issues a bad fever and now a horrible dry cough, we then take him to a different doctor to find out our son has tonsillitis & an ear infection,, not only did I watch my son suffer sad feeling like a bad crazy parent only to find out that my feelings were right my son was sick he now had to miss his ear tube and adenoid removal surgeryj only cause a doctor told me he was fine for 3 weeks to find out my feelings were right I knew my son was sick I knew it wasn’t just allergy’s or a common cold please do not go here and gdo not ignore

Went to see Dr Tandon for a rash I have had for over 2 weeks now not sure the cause of it. Dr Tandon argued with me about how many times a day I'm using the cream, he also rudely asked "why did you come and see me then today, if you already have a cream for the rash" Because I tried one for 7 days 3 times a day and it hasn't healed my rash at all. Wasted my time arguing with me, after giving him the prescription information of the previous cream he continued to ask the same questions over and over that I answered. I was told he couldn't give me a new cream because he didn't want it to be the same one as before. which I understood but he argued and laughed at me when I told him I scratch to the point of bleeding and he smiled. Finally he gave me a cream and told me if it doesn't work then come back and get a new one.... Well I won't be going back there after today and how rude he was to me and spent the visit arguing with me..

I am new to Saskatoon and went to the clinic only to find out the so called Doctor did not want to bother to see me. His excuse was due that I am new. This is a walk-in-clinic. For a Doctor to reject to see a person is unreal. No wonder the health care in Canada is going down hill when you have a Doctor like this. Read other reviews about this clinic. When I was in Hawaii I had better health care and had to pay for that.

Doctors are good . Reception though refused to let my daughter who is 7 use the bathroom. I’ve gone here for years & have always been allowed to use it but now patients aren’t allowed unless they are given a sample! That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard.

I'm getting to know the staff from my weekly shots. I like them. Otherwise, it's about normal for a walk in: medium to long wait times, shorter if you come at certain times, doctor comes in the room pretty quickly. I've never had a problem.

Worst front end staff I’ve ever had to deal with. Odalynn is what I’m told her name is. To tell me that’s it’s not her problem it’s the doctors because she can’t seem to find my xrays. Ridiculous.

Only rating 1 star because I can't rate 0. The front desk receptionist lady was super rude (not the Filipina lady, but the grumpy middle aged white woman, apparently her name is Odalynn), and told me she wouldn't give me an appointment because I went to a different walk-in clinic in the past?! I don't have a regular family doctor that I can go to whenever I want, that's why I went to a WALK-IN CLINIC. I've never had an issue going to different walk-ins, but it sounds like they do their worst to turn people away. If the staff can't handle doing their jobs maybe they need to find new ones.

I know it’s in a super store so you can’t expect much, but Jesus this place is garbage. I do not recommend going here unless you want the bottom line of care. Went in with a huge rash on my arm, the doctor cut my arm open and I tried asking what he was doing and he said he’ll answer my questions when he’s done. After bandaging my arm I asked what was going on and he said “honestly I don’t know, here’s a prescription for antibiotics.” And I said so you don’t know what’s going on, you cut my arm open and then proceed to prescribe me pills that you don’t even know will work. Come to find out I call a relative that is a pharmacist and she said the prescription is absolutely useless for treating whatever the rash I have is. Waste of time now I have a bleeding and rash filled arm.

Doctors are ok, but the Asian lady on reception has a disgusting attitude. She puts up the full capacity sign 1 hour before closing, yet there is no one in the waiting room. Who can I complain to? This needs to be addressed.

I had better walk in dr office in Regina on broad st 14th where a hospital is near by can't wait to move back to Regina 💘🌈🍁

Went to see a doctor to get a paper filled out and the Doctor rejected me and would not fill out my paper. His excuse was that I don't come there enough like it's my fault i'm not sick all the time to the point of needing to go see the doctor. never returned since.

Absolutely horrible clinic. Told 45 minutes wait time, to be sitting for over 2 hours. And no apologies or explanation as to what's taking so long. If I could i would rate negative stars

Was denied the use of the bathroom as a patient. The front filipina lady wasnt nice about it and quoted that it was only for urine samples. I have never seen anyone deny a patient at this clinic before. I come here for conveniencies sake but will choose another clinic next time. Retrain or fire your staff. Ive had issues with the flippancy of the doctors before but this was the tipping point.

Quite unimpressed with this place. Doctor would not help me or listen to what I was dealing with for a diagnosis. Ended up frustrated and still in pain. I do not recommend going here. Quick wait times for a reason, they do not provide quality care.

Made me wait 50 mins to get in to the doctor office and then they made me wait another 40 mins just for the doctor to see me so I left.. only had a bus transfer so I couldn't stay that long

Very irresponsible doctors… they don’t listen to patient.. i said i have accidents and my back is having severe pain… he said only take pain killer which i am already taking… and don’t listen and was so rude

iPhone in Christmas Day because my husband and I were very sick and the receptionist treated us like dirt. She was horrible. She was the most rude and ignorant person I have ever talked to. She’s a shame to her profession.

This is my go to medical clinic. I have found the receptionist helpful. The doctors have been really good. I have nothing bad to say about this place.
