Had a great experience at Niche Salon! I got a digital perm (first time experience), olaplex treatment and trim. My mom also got an olaplex treatment, a keratin treatment and a haircut. Both very happy with our results! Our stylists were very fast & knowledgeable and the front desk staff and owner spoke very good english. Prices were fair and the service was excellent. Snacks & coffee were a great plus for our morning appointments :) Thank you so much! Would definitely recommend!

I have been with Khun Som a few times and was always happy with my color. Now I asked via Facebook messenger for a quote for roots and balayage touch up. I sent them pictures of the state of my hair. I was quote 2,500 for roots and 2,500-3,500 for the hair color. Fine, stylist needs to see in person first. Once I got to the salon we discussed in person and all of a sudden I was quoted 9,000 just for the balayage part. How, why? Oh it is a big job I was told. I don't understand how you can give someone a quote that is already somewhat vague (2,500-3,500) and all of the sudden triple that quote. I am absolutely furious of having wasted time and money getting there, and also feel bad for the stylist of having blocked her day for me. If you don't know how to accurately quote for a job then you need to tell people to come in for a consultation. Unfortunately they lost me as a client...

I booked men's wax.When making a reservation, I asked about the date and time and amount on LINE, but all the answers are clear and polite.And when I entered the salon, I was greeted with a very good smile.The wax treatment is very quick and polite. The thin hair was treated with tweezers.I was very pleased with the service and perfection of this salon.In modern times, it is common for men to seek beautiful skin.I highly recommend this salon to make a hair removal debut.

They did such a great job! The staff was friendly and accommodating too! I went in for a wash, cut and blow out! It cost me under $20 USD. The salon is located on the 3rd floor of the mall.

Very nice salon, came a couple of times for colouring and keratin, quite pleased with the results. They use real quality organic products which I appreciate for sensitive heads like me :) Talented stylists, clean and cute place and very friendly staff overall. First time at this salon to do a c-curl digital perm and Olaplex hair treatment. Receptionist was very helpful and was able to converse in English which was a huge plus. My hairstylist was top notch, she was extremely skillful and professional and displayed a lot of care in doing my hair. Very happy with the results and will be back when we visit Bangkok again!

I have given this salon so many chances since they use the Naturlique organic hair color that I like, but they cannot do a simple root touch up on black hair. It should be so such an easy task to color match, but they have given me the wrong shade every time. I even told the staff my color shade (1.5) after my last appointment. I have come 4 times and only once have they gotten my root color close to matching the rest of my hair. Today, they gave me a 4.5 which is not even close. Last time after my last root touch up, my roots were a light copper brown color and multiple shades lighter than my black hair.

Always struggled with frizzy and curly hair, so straightened my hair every year, leaving it dry and lifeless. Wanted to do curls for a change and Niche totally catered to my needs. Absolutely loved the curls. Turned out as expected. Communication was smooth and Nate was professional and kind. Two weeks after the curl and still absolutely gorgeous! Thanks Nate and Niche!

I got my hair done at Niche salon. I was very impressed. There are top brands such as L'Oréal and Kérastase as well. The technicians are nice and attentive. Arrived beautifully, complete with nails and hair.

I had haircut and treatment this time. Khun Som was great : she listened carefully to my requests, was kind and professional. The staff offers a fresh bottle water with a cookie which is nice attention. I highly recommend this hair salon for its services and skilled, kind staff.

I came in to do a digital perm and trim during my holiday in Thailand. I have a lot of thick Asian hair (most Asian stylists will make a comment on this) and it’s often a struggle to find a salon who can style my hair well (especially if it’s a busy salon under time restriction). The nice young stylist I had was very skilled, patient and experienced, and she recommended the treatments I needed. She spent a lot of time, attention and care on my hair. Even though it took about 5 hours, I am very happy with the final result! It’s a shame I don’t live in Bangkok as this would be my regular hair salon. Thank you 😊

Conquered by Niche! Great establishment where I tried everything, hairdressing, nail work, hair removal before traveling to Phuket to feel brand new. Bet held, very happy with the result. Super friendly and very competent staff. I will go back there !
