Pathetic! I bought an american chicken sandwich from February 7 and complained about it to no redress. I messaged their Facebook page as I had left the location and couldn't get through on the phone, and was told that the matter would be escalated. I messaged around two more times and it was just the automated response. I is still in my refrigerator. I would never go back to burger King Sav!

Poor customer service. Poor environment. Cold burgers at 10 am. Very poor. Even the receipt machine wasnt working .

It's cool here as you have burger King and Popeyes chicken so you can order at both counters. Depending on the time of day, it can be quite a wait. Security staff are friendly and helpful.

The restaurant was opened on a Sunday a designated no movement day. This was a plus seeing that the options for food in Savannalamar were almost none existent. The staff was very friendly and hospitable as I was ably assisted with the multiple orders that I was asked to purchase. Despite my many specific orders I was delighted to know that they got it right and everyone was satisfied. May I hasten to say that yhe service was swift as well.

As always the food is great but service was extremely poor need more staff and the restaurant needs to be upgraded

Service is fine just extremely slow for a fast food restaurant. Check your bag before you go, they keep forgetting my ketchup. Otherwise, not bad.

Service was good and the staff were friendly.. the burger was excellent and so was my milkshake..... I'm a regular 👏🏽🤣

Chicken was hard and dry. I had to wait outside the door for 25 mins just to get in so I could be mistreated by one if the workers who incidentently gave me fries and charged me fir them when I never asked for them. The manager/ floor supervisor was less than friendly. I get it the job is hard but you dont take your frustration out on the customer.

Food was good but took about an hour to receive it.
