The park itself is ok, but do yourself a favor and eat in advance, or bring something if you plan to eat. The reasturant inside the museum serves ¥200 supermarket frozen jambalaya at ¥700 a plate. I will say the reasturant is immaculate, and the staff are courteous.

Inariyama park was once part of Johnson military base before the land was given back to Japan. Its not as large as you would expect for a national park, but it is a nice place for a walk or picnic. It is particularly nice during cherry blossom season and they have a festival on during that time. They have a barbecue in the park and food vans during this period. Parking is free.

Nice spacious park. Lots of room even during hanami season. A few hills and valleys with lots of wide open green space. Can easily play casual sports.

Beautiful park. Huge. Close to the train station. Looks fantastic during the "sakura" (cherry blossoms) season (which is usually towards the end of March).

Sayama Inariyama Prefectural Park in Saitama is a beautiful natural space that's great for nature lovers. There are plenty of scenic viewpoints, and picnic spots to enjoy. Just a heads up, the Old Town only takes cash, so bring yen if you want to buy anything there. Overall, it's a lovely place to relax and take in the scenery.

I went there with family during cherry blossom season 2 years ago. It’s a nice place to chill, take pictures, enjoy some outdoor activities. A spacious place. A lot of cherry trees blooming in spring.

I lived there from 1970 -1973. I love that it's a park now. Born on the nearby former Johnson AFB.
