Wonderful service! Delicious food. I was worried based on other ratings, but I was so pleasantly surprised. The food was great, and the service was outstanding. Jenna was delightful! She made great recommendations and made our meal fun! The chef came out to make sure our meal was wonderful. That was a nice touch that I haven’t seen since before the pandemic. Bang Bang shrimp was wonderful!

I am not even a hotel guest, yet every Sunday I come here for breakfast on my way to church. Why? The great people here! From Diane and Charina's friendly greetings at the front desk, Jabez helping me manouver on the restaurant floor, and Seth making his signature stir fry dish as part of the hot breakfast, I am welcomed here as if I booked a top end suite for 6 months, instead of being just a walk-in. People who say service is dead nowadays should come here - everyone does a Master Class in service and friendly attitude- which is what sets this restaurant and hotel apart from all others in the area!!!!

From the moment we walked in we were warmly greeted and made to feel like family. The food prepared by chef Randy was amazing and the manager Jenna was absolutely fantastic! We were not disappointed at all with the meals or hospitality. We will definitely be back the next time we're in Markham. Thanks again Jenna and chef Randy for a very memorable trip.

Had a lovely dinner at Menaggio with a very large group (3 tables!!!) after an event! They were very welcoming and the service was excellent. The apps were yummy and generous and the mains were satisfying and fresh. Their fruit juices and punch for our non-drinkers were delightful! So impressed with their thoughtfulness. Thanks for a lovely experience! We'll be back. If you have a party or a group I really recommend Menaggio. (No problems or extra group costs!)

We were a big party that made reservation ate in the night... Jenna and Liza was amazing to accommodate the requests and changes that came in last minute.. all while managing with the kitchen staff to ensure we were able to get all our meals perfect before kitchen closed...great and thoughtful service and excellent food !

Amazing restaurant. They had a wine and food pairing event which was very well coordinated. They treat their guests like family here. The staff really enjoy working here and it’s noticeable from the amazing service they provide. The hotel is also amazing with great front desk staff. Thank you Michael the GM, Jenna the restaurant manager and Randy the chef for making my every stay special.

1st timer tonight...I am a foodie and this place was amazing! I would recommend this place for a great dining experience, bar and entertainment...live music Friday nights!!!

Flew in from the District of Columbia today with my Dad. Jenna and Jabeez were so accommodating and aware of our needs from the gate. Welcoming atmosphere. Great recommendations for food. Jenna's pairings of libations out the exclamation on the point! Very Yes to the Espresso Martini💯💣

Best service here and the staff is beyond hospitable. I would highly recommend if you are visiting or passing through!

Tasty selections on the menu, Delicious choices suggested by Jenna, as well as her drink creation. All the staff were welcoming and accomodating. We ate most meals in house. Will be back if we come this way again.

Jabz was our server and he was attentive, quick, and kind! Continental breakfast is included with the stay and there was a variety of bagels, breads, pastries, juices, and coffee. For a small additional fee there is an option of eggs, choice of protein, and potatoes. We opted to give it a try and everything was perfectly cooked and hot!

Awesome little place. Its inside the hotel but easy to get to and plenty of parking. The specialty drinks are amazing. Food was perfect. Priced right. And the service was amazing. So friendly. Top notch!!!

One of the friendliest restaurants I have been at in a very long time. Jenna, the manager also designs the most spectacular and interesting drinks. They have nightly events, the open mic night on Fridays is unbelievable!

Delicious food and ever better table service from the crew! The Margherita pizza and pad Thai were to die for. Everything was made fresh for us and we arrived later, closer to close. This was a great way to start our trip after getting settled in our room. We would highly recommend stopping in for dinner and even a drink! The bartender crafts beautiful cocktails that are almost too pretty to drink! Thank you for a wonderful 1st night!

Had a wonderful time last night, this was the first time we decided to eat and hang out at a hotel bar. Forget the managers name, but she was absolutely amazing, she's the only reason we decided to stay and try it out. Glad we did. The food was spectacular, the random Asians singing open mic Christmas songs was charming and the flow was awesome. We'll be back! Thanos and Ryan

Kate was our bartender and did an excellent job. The drinks she made were fantastic and she was extremely friendly and personable. Loved our experience!

We had such a lovely time at the restaurant both nights we were here. Kate is an exceptional server. She is patient, And the night we were there She was working all alone because of a she was working all alone because of an event happening in the other room- and she managed everything so well! She made everything right even deducted something off our bill That really wasn’t important. We were so touched by her sweet spirit and genuine to us . Make sure you tip well here the staff are absolutely fabulous. Real people even the manager came over to our table and visited with us. Her name is Jenna. She has a lovely woman as well, I wish we had a place like this on Vancouver Island! Real people who care about their guests. We felt like royalty My favourite thing on the menu was the steak! The Tofu Pad Thai at this restaurant is truly excellent. The tofu is perfectly cooked, and the flavors of the dish are well-balanced. It's a delightful blend of sweet, sour, and savory. The portion size is generous, and the presentation is appealing. A must-try for anyone who appreciates flavorful and well-executed Thai cuisine.

Jenna was the best!!!! We had such a good time. Such a beautiful soul. The food was great, and she kept us entertained and happy. Such a great experience! I recommend everyone go hereeee
