Avoid purchasing gift vouchers from this establishment under any circumstances! I had an unfortunate experience when I bought a $140 gift voucher for my 9-year-old son to give to my wife, his mother, for Mother's Day. However, my wife did not want to visit the place mentioned on the voucher. Despite the lack of service provided and our request for a refund, they adamantly refused to reimburse us. It is evident that their practices are driven by greed, with no regard for their potential customers. Additionally, the manager displayed extreme rudeness throughout the interaction. To add insult to injury, they justified their refusal to refund by claiming it is within their rights as per the law. This blatant disregard for the value of the customer is unacceptable. Not only did they fail to fulfill their end of the bargain by providing the service, but they also insisted on retaining the money. Consequently, I am left with no choice but to escalate the matter to the Magistrates Court. What was meant to be a relaxing experience turned into an absolute nightmare. Based on this deeply unsatisfactory encounter, I will never patronize this establishment again. I strongly advise others to steer clear and consider alternative options for their gift-giving needs.

I have been coming to Vanilla Face & Body Spa for over 15 years & had a 75 minutes hot-rock massage 💆‍♀️ today with beautiful Vivian from Brazil 🇧🇷 I am always very satisfied with any massage I have here, however today was 11 out of 10. I urge you to book Vivian...my body was so relaxed & tingling all over.😘

Amazing and Professional. My therapist Claire was 10/10 with massage and skin knowledge. I was welcomed and provided a gown and flip flops. I had a facial with the most amazing massage. The rooms were beautiful. The champus and treats to relax after was the perfect ending to the treat. It will be my regular go to. Thank you.

My sister-in- law and I booked 2 Vanilla Slice spa packages. From the minute we walked in the door the entire experience was warm, friendly, professional and luxurious. We were provided with fluffy gowns and flip flops and enjoyed the change and shower facilities before relaxing in the lounge with a buffet of fresh fruit, tea , coffee and juices. We treated ourselves to a glass of sparkling wine and then had fabulous treatments. After 2 hours we were both relaxed pampered and promising ourselves to go back. There was issue entirely of my own making when I visited Vanilla Face & Body Spa that had me flustered. I was so relieved when a fair solution was offered. Still, I felt a little nervous returning for my treatment. Which is why I so appreciated the friendly service I received. I was warmly welcomed, offered snacks and drinks and soon felt at ease as I was expertly guided through the experience. Thank you Claire for the divine facial and massage and to everyone at Vanilla Spa. Definitely recommend.

It is expensive but so worth it. Only thing that would have made the experience better would have been a longer foot massage in the double endulgence package. Wonderful ladies.

We visited Vanilla spa for the royal couples package last night and it was fabulous, we were looked after from start to finish. My boyfriend said his massage was the best he's ever had in Australia! Thanks so much to the ladies who looked after us, we will definitely be back again.

We had the royal treatment package for couples. It was amazing. The spa experience was professional and the spa it self very modern and clean. The two ladies who attended to us were lovely. Im sorry i cant remember the names but one was a lovely irish girl. On arrival we were given robes and thongs. Tea coffee juices were available. We then began our treatment starting with a footbath, full body exfoliation, facials, rainforest shower and steam room then a full body massage to finish. Very relaxing and then shiwn to a lovely seating area with a bottle of bubbles and a lovely platter of fruit, chocolate and nibbles. I highly recommend Vanilla spa. 👌

Love the place. Service can be a little pricey $$$ but worth it if you want to be truly pampered. Have been here for than 3 times and have enjoyed it every time .

my partner and i were booked in for a couples massage, the staff were welcoming and professional. we were offered generous refreshments beforehand which helped to justify the price. i had Elody who was so lovely! when i asked to change the pressure mid massage she was so accommodating. would definitely recommend :)

Booked a couples 3 hour package for last weekend. All going well until another couple came in to our private shower while we were having a massage. They were very loud as I'm sure they didn't know we were there. The experience was ruined by the noise but more so because my partner was totally uncomfortable that they may walk in to our treatment at any second. She was also concerned that we had been sent for our showers, naked to disturb someone else's private treatments. Our therapist was mortified and extremely apologetic as was the lady on the front desk. We were told the owner would be calling us to rectify the issue but no one ever called. Won't be back, won't be recommending. There are plenty of other more affordable Spa's in Perth where your privacy and comfort are respected.

I’ve been to Vanilla Day Spa many times and love the service and the vibe here. So relaxing. Lily gives the best massages and I book her whenever I can. Highly recommend.

MY BEST SPA EXPERIENCE EVER...!!! It was an amazing experience from start to finish. I was warmly greeted by the super friendly and helpful staff, when I arrived. The facilities were super super clean and so convenient, with a perfect balance of aroma and ambience. It was such a relaxing environment. The experienced masseuse had magic hands and applied the perfect pressure exactly where needed. It was so relaxing, I could not help to fall asleep... I felt so good afterwards. Sublime. Welcoming. Clean. Careful attention to detail. The treatment was wonderful, 2 hour Rose Cocoon. I had Clare as my therapist and she made me feel very special. She genuinely loves her work and wants the best for her clients. I will certainly be back.
