I booked an appointment for 4:30. I arrived at 4:30 and was told by the lady working there that she “didn’t know there were multiple appointments and already has another family coming in at 5:15” and made some phone calls then told me they were booked and asked if I can come back tomorrow. We had turned our day upside down, didn’t go to a play, coordinated everyone’s schedules, arrived in 3 cars from 3 directions … I asked to have the manager call me. She called me and told me I WAS THE 5:15! But I booked for 4:30… just last night. She disagreed. But the time was actually her suggestion. For my trouble I was offered 10% off. I found a place that was further but a lot nicer and less claustrophobic for the same price.

In my experience, this place was overcrowded and overbooked. Paid just under $200/2hrs, which is not the full time spent on treating my child, this includes 30 min shampoo wait time. Only 2 nits were found in the last hairbrushing. Treatment finished and aftercare was continued at home. 4 days later we found many nits, contacted LS they texted us to say keep combing again 2 days later. And they'd do a free check in another 4 days. Messaged them back to do the check and no reply of course as they already had my money. I would recommend to just use over the counter products and treat at home.

Sahar is a life saver!! We (family of 5) had an emergency and came to the clinic in a panic but we left with peace of mind. She was so patient and so good with our kids and made the situation 1000% more bearable. Highly recommend if you ever have a lice breakout like we did - to visit this clinic asap! The kids corner, Netflix and lollipops helped BIG TIME :) Thanks again Sahar!

What a wonderful team of people work here! Professional, kind, informative, and most importantly very thorough! They are great with kids. I definitely recommend this place. Keep in mind you will need to come back for a 2nd treatment 4-5 days after your first.

The one thing I hate is when services take advantage of customers lack of knowledge, Lice squad wasn't that. They were very thorough with their procedure and the education they give you. The lady named Saleema was very helpful and did a great job. They will give you two options to proceed. This is to make sure you are taken care of and will not have to return. They are very clean as well. This location is much smaller compared to the Etobicoke location is the only downside.

As a teacher I am exposed to outbreaks regularly in schools. Saleema was amazing at alleviating our worries at my home. I highly recommend her and her company. Peace of mind is worth so much.

Having kids almost always brings a lice issue at least once, and my three year old was my first experience. Drug store chemicals are awful and dont work not to mention they cost way more than this company’s service. They are so kind, helpful, and huge bonus awesome with kids. I would highly recommend to anyone experiencing lice issues. Fast and efficient the first time with no damaged hair!

Very impressed with how quickly they accommodated me- I sent an email appointment request at 10 am today and they phoned back within a few minutes and were able to book me in for 1pm! On Good Friday holiday no less!! Sahar was very thorough and fun to talk with during her assessment of me. Happy to say I got a clean bill of health, but the assessment was worth every penny to know I was bug free!! Thank you!
