Visited for acute hip pain. Physiotherapist spent 25 minutes during the initial assessment applying pressure to an abdominal scar I received from a surgery 25 years ago, trying to explain that it was the root cause of my hip injury. I was hoping to come out of the initial assessment with some sort of basic plan to solve my issue, anticipating that I may have to schedule a few follow up appointments over the next couple of months. Therapist's only plan was that I come in 3x per week ($900/month) and then tried to up-sell me on a massage. Complete waste of time and money.

My experience has been great thus far. From the booking process, to check-in, and of course my massage, everyone has been pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. My RMT did an amazing job, she understood what was required and hit the nail on the head with working on my kinks and knots. I would definitely recommend this facility to others and will continue to have my services completed there.

I have been attending this institute for physio treatment for pain on my leg and groin. From the front desk staff to the therapist and assistants everyone is very kind and polite. I went in limping really badly and I'm so much better now. The physiotherapist Snehal is amazing! She took notes about my pain and applied the right treatment and exercises that has alleviated the intense pain that I went in with. My physio benefits has now been used up but snehal provided me with exercises to do to continue with my healing process. I am walking so much better now thanks to the treatment I received.

This place is wonderful. The receptionists and clinicians are kind, understanding, truly listen to you, and provide effective treatments. Frequently, they can see you on short notice. Dr. Kwong, in particular, is wonderful: knowledgeable, friendly, transparent in his communication (no medical edubabble) and seeks feedback about treatment. Highly recommended!!

I’ve been going here since January, and I have nothing but high praises. They were able to accommodate me despite all the interprovincial paperworks. The staff, from reception to physiotherapists, are amazing and caring. I am in my healing stages of an arm fracture, and everyone is just so supportive and professional. Hi, I took treatment from physio Raju Gupta for my upper neck pain. He was very good in providing me the required treatment and recommended few exercises to keep my back away from pain in future . I have felt better after the treatment. Importantly he did not make me come more than required number of times for treatment. I highly recommend the clinic for others. Thanks

When I expressed concern about direct billing not being an option I was basically told too bad The therapy is great but I wouldn’t recommend visiting unless you don’t mind not having direct billing Very disappointing

Wonderful team! Receptionists, Physio Assistants and Physiotherapists all very professional, efficient, friendly, trustworthy. Raj was great at explaining my condition, encouraging me and successfully treating my condition. Direct billing to my insurance company and convenient scheduling also a plus. Strongly recommend this Physiotherapy clinic.

I’ve been frequenting this centre for numerous months for a knee issue which left me limping and unstable. Thanks to the very knowledgeable staff (Joseph, Raj & Michael) I am much more balanced and pain free. The entire staff was very welcoming from the get go and are always on top of everything. From the moment I walked into the clinic I know I made the right choice. I was greeted with the friendliest front desk group of ladies. The paperwork was easy and I was seen right on time. The physiotherapist was friendly, knowledgeable and very through with his exam. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explained my treatment plan and expected results. I was also treated by Celina the assistant who was very helpful and explained exactly what she was doing and why. The best part, this is the same treatment I received from the staff at this clinic every single time! Outstanding clinic with amazing staff!!
