I really like all the teams, they are extremely friendly. But for some reason I don't like the ESL department, sometimes i wouldn't get a respond by email or phone call. I feel like I need to do extra work to be reached it. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to ESL/LINC but the rest of the team are amazing.

Great employment services. My caseworker was "Mahdieh Gol Bashmani Moghadam" who was absolutely wonderful, Intelligent, a great listener, helpful, and truly cares for her clients. She made my experience at this office much better than I expected. Thank you so much 'Mahdieh Gol Bashmani Moghadam'.

I recommend this institution to any newcomer. I've received tons of support here. Many employees here are immigrants themselves so they know what you need as a newcomer more than you yourself and give much helpful advice on how to fit into Canada quickly. Zac gave us lots of help when my partner met with an unexpected health insurance coverage issue. He reached out to his contacts at community health care centers to take my partner in as a new patient and he checks in frequently on the situation of my partner. We are so touched to feel that we are cared for. Prisciliana at employment coach is amazing! She helped me a lot on my journey of job search. She will go through the job posting line by line with you together to see if the job is a good fit for you. She will review and edit your cover letter and resume to tailor the position you apply. And she squeezes time to do mock interview with you if you are invited for a job interview. With her help, I found a job in just two months. Last but not least, Monika Dwivedi, the Mental Health Support Worker who provides free counselling service to newcomers. The day when I met Monika was my worst day in Canada, but her words comforted me. She encouraged me, rebuilt my self-confidence and gave me much advice on how to be a better partner. Monika is working on campaigns to raise mental health awareness among newcomers. So feel free to book an appointment with her if you need and mental support from a real expert.
