The service is not good. They leave the patient alone in the room and looks like doctor was treating multiple patients at a time. I had booked appointment for physiotherapy at 5 but they started treatment at 5:40. At the end of the machine treatment, specialist came in and rushed in ending the treatment and asked me to book another appointment. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

I came in here after my ACL surgery, Physiotherapist and the entire staff were extremely kind and explained the entire process to me. They started the treatment and within three months after my surgery I was able to get back to my daily work, I was back to my 100% in a year. I am extremely happy with the service and the clinic. Thank You So much.

I am having heel pain and by reading the good google review I decided to take the treatment in New Hope physiotherapy, after my bad experiences with few other physiotherapist in Brampton. I met Physio assistant Hardeep Kaur/Physio Anchal and started taking my treatment from them, I am in mid of course and I started feeling better with my heel pain and hoping that I will be much improved by the end of the treatment. Now I felt they both are personally invested in my problem and to my surprise they remember every single detail which I told them on day 1 ,which make them different from other Physios available around, although Hardeep is quite young but she is very passionate of what she does and give extra attention & care to her patients, Anchal is experienced, knowledgeable and talented. I have been using their physio, chiro and massage for more than 3 years. Dr. Jay for chiro is beyond amazing. I have been to several chiropractor before but with Dr. JAY, he gives a complete package. He said it is just chiro but what I get is a massage, physio and chiropractic service. Every after I am done with his treatment, I feel like I am a new born person and I offload all my burdens and pains, coming out feeling free and energetic. I recommend him to my friends although it's quite of a drive because we live in Orangeville but he is in Brampton location only, tbut he is worth the drive,the best chiro I have ever received.

Best clinic for all your conservative treatments for all back, neck, muscle and joint problems.I’ve been dealing with sciatica for last 3 years and almost went to every other physiotherapy centre but none can match New Hope Physiotherapy services. They got best therapists and attendants in GTA. PTA Hardeep kaur is best. She know’s her stuff well and acts as Professionals should. After she gave me first treatment I felt notable relief from my pain for the last 3 years. few sessions after here I am perfectly fine and enjoying my life with NO PAIN at all. Thanks to Hardeep kaur for making return to normal life.

This clinic has very professional and friendly team, from reception to the physiotherapist. My physiotherapist was Gaurav who worked hard to make sure that foot ligament injury will be resolved up to 100%. She is very knowledgeable and she made significant difference in my foot within week. She gave me exercises and her treatment worked wonder for me!!!! I would highly recommend her!!!!

I had a great experience for physiotherapy at New Hope. The physiotherapist Anchal was very thorough, knowlegable and went above an beyond in not just treating my symptoms but also shared preventative techniques which proved very useful !

Worst experience at sandalwood location .Receptionist is rude .I would not recommend this location. In particular .Malton location is much better and they are very professional when speaking to patient .please don’t waist your time and money coming here .

The worst place you can ever go. The specialist are no good. Not sure they are educated. Give you left product for right. Never send receipts for you get get claims. They just want you to pay them. They visit there.

From the first call to our first treatment, New Hope has provided a wonderful patient experience. During my initial call I explained in detail that I was looking for a hands on therapy to treat a low back (sports related injury) for my teenaged daughter; while exercises and stretching is an important part of rehab, I explained that I wanted some other effective methods as well. They spent a great deal of time during my daughter’s assessment session, asking a plethora of questions to ensure they had a full scope of the injury. Following that, they began treatment right away. The physio and physio assistants are lovely with excellent bedside manner, taking excellent care of my teen daughter. The results speak for themselves- she was feeling better just after two sessions! This clinic is one I highly recommend! Thank you New Hope Team!

At the Orangeville clinic, I received excellent care. I began treatment with excruciating leg cramps and immediately the pain was resolved. I continued treatment and I am feeling significantly better. The staff are professional and compassionate.

Thanks to the lady’s at new hope. My back is progressively getting better by the days. They have helped me with many different exercises and stretches to help ease back into regular work duties at my work place. Would highly recommend for rehabilitation for work place injuries. I’m currently in a 8week 2 days a week program so will give y’all a update when the 8 weeks it’s up!!! Thanks again ladies y’all are great and being good positive energy with lots of smiles!! Brightens up anyones day!:)
