There
are
seemingly
no
great
hostels
in
Paris,
but
this
one
was
okay.

The
location
of
this
hostel
is
fantastic,
with
easily-accessible
public
transport
to
the
centre
or
out
towards
the
Eiffel
Tower,
plus
straight
shots
to
major
train
stations.
There
are
many
reasonably-priced
restaurants
around,
too.
The
staff
were
very
friendly
(though
be
aware
there's
a
lockout
between
11am
and
5pm),
and
the
hostel
was
spotlessly
clean,
with
daily
cleanings.
Each
bunk
has
a
USB
port,
light,
and
powerpoint
(outlet),
the
rooms
have
aircon,
and
spare
blankets
are
available.
Towels
are
available
for
an
additional
2
euro
(and
be
aware
that
you
will
leave
both
a
key
and
towel
deposit
in
cash--city
tax
is
also
payable
in
tax
upon
arrival).
It's
great
that
there's
a
lift
for
baggage.

This
hostel
was
quite
noisy;
it
was
inconvenient
not
having
a
'floor'
bathroom,
as
there
was
inevitably
a
long
wait
for
the
room's
bathroom
in
the
morning;
and
the
mattresses
were
so
soft
that
I'm
still
having
serious
back
problems
several
days
later.
The
rooms
are
extremely
small,
and
the
walls
thin.
ALSO,
the
WiFi
is
so
insecure
that
my
emails
wouldn't
connect--i.e.
not
a
great
place
to
stay
if
you're
a
digital
nomad.
