Don’t bother trying to get a refund if your stay is terrible and you try to cancel the remaining nights, the reception staff will bite your head off. The rooms are so small you can barely turn around. The beds are child size and wobbly, so sleeping is out of the question. The elevator is broken and the stairs are under construction, so hope you have insurance, because this place definitely doesn’t. It’s also not actually in the Latin Quarter. Oops is right!

My bunk collapsed in the middle of the night when I was asleep. Luckily it didn’t hurt my friend sleeping below me. The next day when we returned from sightseeing they had taken my belongings hostage and wanted 300 euros to get it back. I should’ve known from the name that Oops would be a mistake.

I mistakenly booked to stay here for the wrong dates. Literally less than one minute later I requested to cancel the booking, explaining I had made a mistake. They refused to cancel the booking and refund my money stating that it's their policy not to give a refund. So I asked them if I can change my dates. They replied very abruptly with "change it yourself!" So I did and then they told me the dates are not available despite it showing as available on the platform. So effectively they STOLE 60 euros from me!! That is criminal behaviour if you ask me. They are liars AND thieves!! I am a caregiver and that money they stole is a lot for me. I begged them to return it. They had the ability to but chose not to. Awful people!

Clean, safe, & well organized; my co-ed shared room for 4 had 2 bunk beds, with a shared ensuite bathroom \ toilet \ shower. Towel rental available. Separate deposit for towel & room key. Luggage storage available. Basic continental breakfast was included. The breakfast room maxed out when the student groups came down to eat. Reception desk is open 24\7, spoke English. Convenient to bus & Metro; Gobelins & Place d' Italie. Would stay again.

We stayed here in May 2022 for a short stay. The location was excellent, air con was great on the hot days, we had a little private balcony on our room (not all have this) Unfortunately there was refurbishment happening at the hotel, the stairs were covered in dust sheets and there were workmen everywhere. Needless to say there was dust everywhere, including our room as we had to walk through the dusty floor. The room was quite small, ok for a few days. The shower was tiny and like a wet room so whenever we showered the bathroom floor would get fully flooded and wouldn't drain properly. so whenever we needed to use the bathroom we had wet feet. For Breakfast there is no choice, you get what you're given and can't repeat (we did feel full though).

Rooms are 2x3. The front part hasnt been washed in years. I felt like i got send back into the 90s. They strairs are under construction but allowed to use them. SAFETY MESURES ARE NOT BEING FOLLOWED.

Expensive for the service/comfort, I strognly recommend to look a little further(even for Paris). Even more: the mugs and cups for the breakfast were not properly washed after being used and put at service. The man responsible for washing just rinsed with water and dried, so no matter who used it before you, you’ll get a cup just rinsed with water. Disgusting. Everything needs to be rented like towels or even board game which is kinda funny. There is no outdoor sitting area not even a bench in front or small balcony. The good: Close from metro or walking distance from center. Has woman only dorm. Nice view from the balcony of our room with big windows. Only 4 persons per room. Feels safe. Friendly staff. Pretty clean. Price is ok but could be a bit cheaper but it's Paris.

You can also leave you bags in the storage room before checking in which is very comfortable for people who are traveling. The room was also clean and cozy. There was one lighting bulb not working but I assume it will be fixed after some control😃

Stayed in a 4 bedroom mixed dorm for 4 nights - great location at a great price!! Hostel could do with a little more soundproofing, could hear pipes and other guests a little too well for my liking. Would also recommend bringing/buying and extra blanket as I could imagine it would get quite cold in winter. That being said super close to metro station and loads of decent restaurants (highly recommend Solve Romano right next door). Good free WiFi and the free breakfast was handy. Overall I was very happy and would recommend!

Stayed in an ensue room in the top floor. Compact, but clean, modern, with everything one could need for a pleasant stay, including a hair dryer. Bed was comfortable too.
