The
pinball
experience
was
top
notch,
lots
of
great
machines,
with
variety...
not
just
the
popular
Stern
tables.
The
unfortunate
aspect
of
our
experience
was
the
lack
of
staffing.
There
was
one
bartender,
one
cook
and
one
manager.
The
manager,
Alyssa,
interrupted
the
bartender
as
she
was
serving
us
to
have
her
run
food
to
another
table.
In
the
middle
of
taking
our
order,
Alyssa
walked
over
and
handed
our
bartender
two
plates
of
food
as
if
she
couldn't
have
ran
the
plates
herself.
Then,
the
same
manager
was
rudely
complaining
to
the
bartender
that
they
needed
to
close
the
kitchen
because
"I
can't
have
cooks
standing
in
the
back
and
doing
nothing."
I
watched
as
the
manager
cut
the
staff
down
to
solely
the
bartender,
while
at
the
same
time
not
even
helping
to
run
food.
It
seemed
disrespectful,
to
the
bartender
and
to
the
guests
she
was
complaining
in
front
of.
To
top
it
off,
my
girlfriend
and
I
were
playing
pinball
after
dinner
and
hanging
out
when
the
manager
cut
the
power
to
the
pinball
machines
we
were
playing
15
minutes
before
close.
And
it
wasn't
like
they
shut
down
the
whole
place,
they
just
cut
power
to
the
games
we
were
playing.
You
can
see
in
the
photo
that
they
cut
power
to
a
whole
wall
of
machines...
while
we
were
playing.
So
we
moved
to
the
other
wall
of
machines
to
play
for
the
remaining
15
minutes.
Pinball
machines
were
great.
Management
could
use
some
improvements.
