I was trying to get the wheels on both of my cars changed in one evening. The first was scheduled at 15:45 and the second car after the first was done. Originally I was told it would take 30 mins per car. I was then told that they might take a little longer and that they would call me and let me know when the car was ready and I could bring my other car. I went home and waited for nearly two hours. I decided to take the other car anyway. Sure enough the first car had been done. I was asked then why I was late with my second car as it was expected at 17:00. I explained that I was waiting for a call that I never got. He said I should have had an SMS. No i didn't. So I waited again for another call which I never got and when I went to pick up my second car (which had been done) the shop was closed. So now 2 evenings have been messed up instead of just one as planned. Wasting my time without apology!! Poor poor poor service!!!

Arogant staff whom would rather ignor you while they talk private matters loudly making you the customer wait in line. The Mechanics are great and handle customers with curtesy.

We scheduled an appointment for wheels change some time in advance. Once arrived they informed us that we can only pay in cash which is an issue as it’s a company car. On top of not informing us in advance, they can’t issue invoices. And to make everything worse, the mechanic was very rude and unpleasant. Would avoid booking any services in this branch

English is better for me, a completely fresh new German learner. There was a few misunderstanding between us but they solved them very quickly. I would recommend with 5 stars for professional service and friendly staffs.
