Possibly the most fun hotel in Vienna! It is worth mentioning that this hotel backs onto the fairgrounds at Prater. You can see the attractions/Ferris wheel from some of the rooms. That said with the windows closed you can't hear a thing. It's a fantastic retreat from one of the most vibrant parts of the city. If you're not in Vienna for the fairground it's a 200m walk to Prater-messe station where you can get the underground around the city. The rooms here are quirky! It is 100% worth booking one that suits your style but regardless, the room was clean and felt spacious. I had a massive smile walking into the room for the first time. As good as Superbude Wien Prater is as a hotel. The real joy is the staff. They are polite, friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. Dom on the front desk was a real treasure to speak with and extremely helpful. I very much intend to stay here again next time I have the chance to visit Vienna!

It is good location as a base to explore Vienna. Not very expensive and close the Prater. If you want to have a quiet place in summer this is not for you. The Prater amusement park and gokart track next to this hotel are very loud until 11:00 pm. The staff is really nice. I wish they had a mini fridge and a water heater.

Stylish hotel that needs major attitude adjustment with staff.. The Superbude Hotel in Vienna offers a chic and funky environment that makes for an interesting stay. Every corner of the hotel is thoughtfully designed, offering a distinct appeal to those seeking something off the beaten path. However, despite the hotel's aesthetic appeal, I was disappointed with the customer service during my stay. On a particular Friday night, I found myself in the lobby with loud music playing. Naturally, I approached the front desk to request if they could lower the volume. To my surprise, the staff member on duty disregarded my request, citing it was the hotel's policy to maintain the music at that level. He suggested that if I desired a quieter environment, I should retreat to my room. I found this response rather dismissive and confrontational. A hotel lobby should be a place where all guests feel comfortable, not just those who can tolerate loud music. I believe that guests should be able to enjoy the hotel's amenities at their comfort level, and staff should be accommodating to such requests. That being said, the hotel itself is indeed nice, and I would have given it a higher rating if not for this experience. I hope the management takes this feedback into consideration and works on improving their customer service. This experience affected my stay, and I believe potential guests should be aware of this aspect. While the Superbude Hotel Vienna has a lot to offer in terms of style and ambiance, there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to guest relations and service.

The staff are some of the best I’ve encountered. Very helpful and welcoming. The whole interior is like a big art installation with weird things to find in every corner. Never heard another guest from our room on a busy weekend. Neat gift shop with unique finds. Loved to end the night at Prater and back in our rooms with just a 2 minute walk. Food was great.

It was very modern and clean. The bed and shower cabin were spacious and comfortable to use. The shower gel and shampoo were in big bottles, so you don't have to deal with the small annoying containers like in other hotels. The shopping bag in the room was a very nice touch. The hotel staff was professional and helpful. It was quiet, despite the entertainment park in the vicinity. It takes minimalism to an extreme, and some people may find it annoying. Especially if you need to use cups/glasses or a kettle. The fact that there is no solid separation between bathroom and bedroom may also be quite awkward, even for couples. It was impossible to use the shower without flooding the rest of the bathroom a bit.

Really beautifully decorated rooms. We stayed in the radio room and it was pretty amazing, but unfortunately the bed was very firm. Also, it's quite small. The AC did not blow cold, so it was pretty hot both nights. The location of the hotel is perfect, right near the carnival, convention center, and the college. I would definitely stay here again provided I had a fan or they improved the Air-conditioning.

The location was great, just besides the amusement park. The room was spacious, however the bathroom could be improved: all the facilities were great but there’s no separation between the shower and the rest of the bathroom so the water goes everywhere, not the most pleasant experience.

Really nice staff (Check in was May 1st)! Good quality and pleasent bedding. Wonderful soap for hands in the bathroom! Very comfortable place to sleep for a teenager. The cafe was an good choice: sandwiches with meat, avocado, fruits, desserts without milk and vegetable salad, drinks like beer and wine!

This is a nice hotel, but not perfect. Highlights below. Positives: Staff was very friendly and helpful, close to the train, has some nice places to eat nearby. Negatives: Air conditioning was broken first night so I switched rooms for the second. I usually like a firm bed, but the bed was a rock and I found it to be incredibly uncomfortable.

Nice hotel. Kids loved the cozy kids beds and our dog love the balcony. If you want hotel standards, but love the trendy hostel concepts, this is the place. Prater is 50m away. Personally not a fan of the concept at night. But recommend you to take a walk through the park in the morning before it opens up. For Asian take away go to coconut hut and for the best Wiener schnitzel in town go to Struwer 900m away.

An absolute 10 out of 10. The rooms are huge and uniquely designed. The team is super friendly and assisted with anything we need. The location is perfect for families - 2 minutes walk of Prater fairgrounds and 3 minutes from a metro station. Will come back anytime we'd be visiting Vienna.

Spacious rooms with all the appropriate equipment but not very comfortable pillows. Also, the area is only some meters from the metro station to the center of Vienna. Finally, the lobby had pretty nice to have a beer and socialize.

The location is perfect. The design of the hotel is funky and everything is made in a really thoughtful way. There was a shopping bag in the room which was really helpful for going to the shopping center. I definitely did not like the pillows in our room, they really sucked, thin and not comfortable at all. Also it will be nice if the hotel provides slippers.

We recently stayed at Superbude Hotel Vienna with our family and friends, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment we stepped in, the staff greeted us with warmth and professionalism. The rooms were a highlight - spacious and stylishly decorated, perfectly accommodating our family's needs. The kids loved the play area, and the board games available. The hotel's location was ideal, situated conveniently close to public transportation.

Love the cool stylish rooms, the first floor is a coffee house that is serving good coffee and breakfast meals all day. Good work areas, eclectic old school style.. not the classic Austrian style, feels international .. perfect for solo travelers but I came with my fiancé

All what I want from a travel partner: fun, quiet, clean, elegant... Best hotel ever 😍. Neni, the restaurant, is also great, everything is top notch there.

Room was clean and tidy, the whole hotel had this lovely modern-hipster-chic design me and my partner LOVED. Our room wasn't very equipped and pretty minimalist (there were no mini bar or kettle, for example) but overall it was very nice. Staff were very kind and helpful, spoke good English. Coffee and breakfast were expensive and a little meh. Overall great time, 4.5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐💫

We really liked our stay at Superbude. Best part about the hotel was the interior and service. Friendly, welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Also the staff ar the cafe inside of the hotel is nice. The location could be better in my opinion as it appear to be a bit remote from the center.

Great stylish hotel! I booked the game room 301 which is really cool. Big room with 5 beds. Large, good shower & 75 inch tv + Nintendo Switch. Also had a good night rest because there was no noise at night. Only pillow could be better, toilet seat was greasy & parking is expensive (and has no roof).

Right next to Prater amusement park, right next to metro station, it's the perfect location if you are travelling with kids!! My daughter adored the little "nest" she had for chilling ,resting and sleeping in our room. A present was given to her for welcome and as a "pass" for breakfast, a hot-air balloon shaped necklace. Very good brakfast for kids and adults with perfect pancakes!!! Spacy and clean room. We also had a dinner at the roof restaurant NENI that we loved! Many gongrats for the concept of the hotel, the services, the facilities, the stuff and the policy. We are looking forward for our next visit!!! We are in love with Superbude Prater Wien!

Nice location and design but not the best hotel to sleep. Very noisy location, loud music of the breakfast location (?) at 5:30, moving of chairs and tables, very firm uncomfortable bed. Shower faculties are good and the room is clean.

Great funky hotel! Loved the themes throughout the property - lots of fun spaces in the lobby and unique room designs to choose from. The double with two bunk beds was our room as I needed two beds (so we actually had three). It was large with room to settle in, a great large shower room, and quiet from other room noise. Staff are helpful and friendly. Location is convenient to the train stop. Loved the option to order sweet treats! Only drawback - no Superbudes in the US, do it will be a while before we can return!

I stayed at Superbude for 3 nights. Loved the design of the hotel, friendly service, easy check-in and good location. Downsides were that the bed is quite hard, there was no glass surrounding the shower and on the Friday there was very loud music until midnight. Make sure you bring earplugs if you stay here and want to sleep before then!

The hotel is located next to the Prater entertainment park. It's a modern and new hotel with an artistic design. However, it's not luxury. Rooms are interesting but not comfortable. They miss so many regular things which usually hotel rooms have. Breakfast was decent, it could be much better. Overall nothing special

Everything is beautiful, but uncomfortable, dark and not very functional. Uncomfortable bed, pillow non-existent, i never slept. The glass in the shower had been poorly fitted, the water came out all over the room, the shower mixer needed instructions to understand how it work, then since everything was dark and the lights were low, you couldn't see anything. The location of the hotel is a little outside the center. At the reception everyone was very kind and helpful.

One of the best city hotels I have been. Great decorations, food and service. Super cosy hotel for younger generations or the one who feel young.

  • 5/5 Katie A. 5 months ago on Google
Personally I loved it, I thought it was nicer than some five star hotels I've been in. Staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was so warm and cosy and it was sound proofed so couldn't hear anything. I absolutely loved walking around the Prater in the mornings while it was completely deserted and autumnal. I found it nicer to stay ever so slightly further out, away from the manic hustle and bustle of the centre. The area felt completely safe.

The hotel is perfect. The personal are kind and helpful. The rooms are clean. I liked the interior of the rooms and lobby. The hotel has a nice place to eat and drink. You can even enjoy at the lobby.

A wonderfully, authentic and quirky hotel. The Superbude has absolutely made our time in Vienna the best! Incredibly friendly staff, fantastic cafe (shoutout to you Brenner!) and clean, comfy rooms. This place is a must stay!

Awesome place to stay, next to Prater and Praterstern station on which you can easily rent the city bike to visit the old city. The staff is super friendly too! Would love to come back here next time

I’ve stayed in 3 different rooms at the Superbude Wien and they’ve all been amazing. The staff here is friendly and helpful and the cafe in the lobby is wonderful. It’s great for families, couples, solo travelers or a group of friends traveling (split the cost of rooms with 4 beds). It’s also located next to the Prater, which is like a permanent carnival in Vienna, and about a 10 minute walk to the Prater train station. Family Review: Traveling with kids is challenging, but they have very comfortable accommodations. We stayed in the Supersense room (all family rooms with balconies were booked) and it worked perfectly for a family of 4. It had 4 beds that can be reconfigured to 2 double beds, double shower, bathtub, and small sitting area in the center of the room. There was a great radio in the room and cassette tape decor. The cafe was perfect for snacks and breakfast. Kids loved the candy bags on arrival and ride on the Megablitz (which you can add on when you book directly on the website). Solo Traveler/Couple: The Hotel Krasinski suite is amazing. A freestanding bathtub in the room, vintage decor, shower, comfortable double bed and a balcony. Very relaxing and gorgeous room. The regular double room is good for couples or more spacious for a solo traveler. It’s very small, but has great amenities and has very comfortable bed. Cafe: Located in the lobby with a great assortment of snacks and breakfast items. The ham and cheese toast looked amazing. The overnight oats and pastries are wonderful. There’s also excellent espresso drinks and alcoholic beverages. Loved this hotel and highly recommend staying here!

Super fun and quirky hotel, tastefully decorated rooms as well as common spaces. Rooms are quiet and spacious. The Neni bar at the top floor is hip and has a great crowd, the cocktails are amazing and the view of the Prater is magical!

Perfect place to stay. 45 minute walk from city centre or 20 minutes by the underground. Two great restaurants can be found in the same building. Average prices.

Not the last time we will be staying here. Funky spot. Great staff. 100% loved it.

  • 3/5 Arno B. 2 years ago on Google
The doors of the room have to be slammed shut, which is rather loud. Our room ‘overlooked’ the inner parking lot which was lit all trough the night. Even though some rooms had blinds, ours hadn’t so it was rather light the whole night through. Rooms aren’t cleaned daily (so no fresh towels either) and no A/C. U2 near (Messe Prater) and fast.

I stayed there with my girlfriend and best friend and we were more than happy! The staff is really nice and we felt like home right away. The room was large, unique and had some really cool gadgets (microphone, ukulele, sound system etc.) which made us not want to leave! The bathroom was also very spacious with a free standing tub and a double-shower. Super hip, awesome place to stay!

Vienna has the most unique and fun hotels for sure. And this is a prime example of that. We stayed here for 2 nights and the hotel is breathtaking! And the room is amazing. It was really nice to experience a non conventional hotel. The staff are very nice and the food is good.

We visited Supebude for the Vienna City Marathon on April & we really enjoyed our stay. Friendly personnel , quite rooms with comfort matress ( after 42km its all you need). I loved the interior design of the whole hotel & of our room ! But I have a small complaint to express, we missed a mini bar (for the bottles of water) there is plenty of room! Thank you for the breakfast the morning before our race.

  • 4/5 Per S. 1 year ago on Google
Newly built, great looking hotel! Cool combinations of trendy interior and unusual choices of material. Please note that breakfast is not included and local options might feel a bit pricey. Location is superbly close to Wein Messe and only 100m from entrance to Prater area. Friendly staff with a good sense for service! I’ll definitely stay here again! 👊😃

  • 4/5 Barbara M. 1 year ago on Google
A very nice hotel, with parking (paid of course, but at the hotel special rate), near Prater park, which is a big green area, with a fun park. Close to two metro stations. The hotel is dog friendly, the rooms are amazing, the decor is so special and nice. You can hear people walking heavily above you, but other than that- you do not hear the park or other guests. If you want to use the underground park - Turn left one building before Superbude, otherwise you have the outside car park behind the hotel. The crew mostly speaks good english and is very helpful. If i ever come back to Vienn, Superbude is my choice!

This hotel was amazing. Rooms are fun, well decorated and super clean. You have everything you need. The staff was really friendly. The location doesn't seem that good as it is away from the center of the city but subways and trains are really close to the hotel (10min walk). Plus, you can walk to the center by going through the amusement park which is fun and unexpected. Loved it very much!

  • 5/5 Sebastijan F. 1 year ago on Google
Good service and reception. Rooms are clean, bed was cozy. Cool room design. Keep in mind no breakfast included, you can visit the rooftop bar/restaurant. The car parking is across the street with 25 euro charge per day. Otherwise all good. Practical place to stay if you want to go in Prater.

The most warm and cozy hotel I have ever visited. From the rooms to the reception and the restaurant, everything was aesthetically designed, clean and comfortable. The staff looked happy , friendly and eager to help with anything we might needed. We were more than happy to spend some days there, I highly recommend it!

  • 4/5 Jennifer S. 1 year ago on Google
The rooms were quirky and decorated in a fun way. The hotel had different kinds of rooms, ours didn't have a tv (not a problem for us) and had beachy kind of chairs in the room, but no others. The room also didn't have anyplace to put our luggage but on the floor. The staff was friendly and helpful when we had questions. The location was fun, right next to the Prater amusement park you can walk through at any time, also close to subway stations. The food and drinks were pretty tasty too! We'd recommend a stay here for a visit to a Vienna.

  • 5/5 Lina V. 1 year ago on Google
I was only here for a night, but I loved it. The rooms are nicely designed and very spacious (I could do yoga in my room!), the location is great for Prater and not so far from the inner city. Construction is going on next door, but the noise is not bad at all. Food is a bit tricky, unless you want to eat at Neni every day, but there are options nearby.

  • 5/5 El M. 1 year ago on Google
What a hotel. Kids loved it so much. Checkin very good. Rooms are just fantastic, large and soundproof. View top with the amusement park in 1min. Vienna city center is 40min walk We recommend this hotel to every one

My husband and I stayed here while celebrating our 3-year wedding anniversary and we LOVED it!!! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating, and they gave us great recommendations for cocktail bars and beer options. The ambiance was warm and had real persona compared to most hotels. Everything was clean and well-kept, and our room (the Hotel Krasinski) was incredible with a great bathtub, shower, and balcony. The bed was firm, as a note for those who might prefer something less so, but we were happy overall. The hotel staff even left us a special note with complimentary drink vouchers. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back again! Highly recommend!!
