Today, this Taco Bell has redeemed itself. The staff were professional and courteous. Misha took our order and her friendly smile was like a breath of fresh air. Thank you for you effort!!

This location seems to be short staffed often or just slow service in general. Usually a mistake with every order. Race Street location is better.

It’s not often I write reviews, but this time I had to. Not sure who made my order tonight but I must admit, everything was nothing shy of perfection. From friendly customer service to the freshness of my order to adequate portioning. Taco Bell is usually notorious for skimping on product and messing up orders, But tonight was different. I don’t think I’ve ever had food as fresh or been treated as nice as I’ve been treated tonight. It’s understood that inflation is at an all time high and only getting higher, However, I think I speak for the vast majority when I say people only want what they pay for. If I’m spending upwards of $30 on a meal this is how it should be every single time. This location is also the best in town in my opinion. Excellent job Beebe Capps TB. Keep up the good work!

Did not get the order correct pluse very rude and did not even receive items I paid for the mexican pizza was totle gross tasted like pure grease that is all I could taste could not even eat it hade to throw it away after paying for it paid over $50 and it was all bad not going back hear ever again I do not suggest this toco bell for anyone

Im posting this as this is my 3rd time having the same issue with the drive thru ghetto girl. Its always my chalupa supreme (add jalapeños sub meat with steak) that doesn't get added to the order. She needs more training, you cant just add sugar to the big jug of cold sweat tea, she is all over the place, persisted on wanting to give me other drinks after i told her what i was there. I live down the road. This is not usual for yall but its ALWAYS the same issue with the same person. Aug 29 7:30

Always fast. Always good. Orders are always correct. The late night staff is friendly and helpful.

Friendly and, honestly, the best TB taco I've had in ages. I take half the stuff off the Supreme tacos that come with the mexi pizza. Most TBs just give you the meat with a sprinkle of cheese. I felt like I got what I paid for - THANK YOU!

My son and I enjoyed the experience. We will definitely go back to this particular Taco Bell again
