😠 Hands down the worst hotel I ever stayed out. Mold on the shower curtain, used bar soap in the shower, and the floor was filthy as well as a pile of dust on everything. I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in such filthy conditions & the owner told me “if you don’t like it then leave.” I left without... People often mention room,

Hands down the worst hotel I ever stayed out. Mold on the shower curtain, used bar soap in the shower, and the floor was filthy as well as a pile of dust on everything. I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in such filthy conditions & the owner told me “if you don’t like it then leave.” I left without getting any type of refund or at least an apology. Such a waste of money

This place is disgusting. From the cleanliness of the room to the outside area. The sheets and mattress in the room were stained. I had to battle ants and gnats in my room the whole time I was there. I'm glad I brought my own sheets and pillow cases. I hope I didn't bring anything home from this place.I actually left early because I couldn't take the filthiness. Plus the door to my room I had to fight with it in order to lock it. If your looking for nice place to stay with your family... This place isn't it.

Room was ok for 1 nite. bed was sorta of comfortable. The mattress has a plastic cover which makes the sheet slide off. Pool is black not green then again it's September not July. For 80 a night it was worth it

This hotel was much more expensive than the other hotels around it. It got 3 stars for location because it is a few blocks from the boardwalk. Other than that, I will never go here again. First, a day after I got home I was covered in bed bug bites. At least 25 of them, I am sensitive to them, but for being there one night, it was bad. I am really lucky I didn’t bring any home. We also found a roach in our room. The air conditioner didn’t work, which was the worst because it was an extremely hot weekend. The pool was extremely cold and the water was cloudy you couldn’t see in it at all. I will never go here again.

Location is perfect for walking distance to beach and boardwalk. Definitely dated, but for last minute, budget friendly hotel...it was ok. Nothing fancy. Very kind owners. Elderly, doing the best they can. After reading reviews I did a thorough bug inspection and found nothing. Bed mattresses are new and very comfortable. I Always bring my own Clorox wipes no matter where I stay, so a quick wipe down and room safety check and we were good for a two night stay. Towels were nicer then most budget hotels. I bring my own toiletries, so no issue there. Kids loved the pool. Overall...you get what you pay for and we were okay with it.

I have alot to say, first off the Motel owners wife runs the place alone. She is elderly & does everything from check in to pool care. I didn't expect much, I brought cleaning supplies w me & I'm glad I did. This Motel is filthy! I had to wipe everything down, then spray Lysol just to be able to sleep there. I also took the bed spread off and covered the entire bed w my own clean white sheet. I showered w my shoes on and never let anything touch the floor. The building & everything in it is old, neglected, dirty, & has an odor. We did have towels, toilet paper, new mattress and box spring (still in plastic). I'm not faulting the owners as they are elderly w no help. I fantasized at night of washing the walls, ceiling, & tile floor with bleach. I was very surprised at how many rooms were filled there. You get what you pay for but be warned.
