Yoh. I gave this place 4 stars when I first reviewed it. I take that back. Pathetic. The delivery time is ridiculous. On 2 separate occasions I decided to call, order and collect. Both times I got to the store only for the them to start making my pizza from scratch. What's the point? This place needs serious competition. The service is ridiculously bad.

The WORST deliver service EVER!!! I placed an order at 1:30. At 4pm we are still waiting. U call and no-one answers. As for that call centre, they NEVER ANY HELP..... I will NEVER order from here again

4th time that i order online, and every single time i have to call after waiting an hour or more to ask when the pizza will be delivered! Really really bad service!!

Not one of the nicest pizzas that I've had recently. The person that attended was really helpful, and knowledgeable about the products. Pizza was dried out and hardly enough toppings to cover the dough, made up with tons of sauce. Will have to go to competitors. Not a good experience.

I cannot leave a review on the food since I haven’t received my order yet, been waiting two hours now, the call center is absolutely rude and keeps putting the phone down in your ear, I wish someone from management side can contact me because this is no way to run a business, absolutely pathetic. I would not recommend Denonairs to anyone, very very disappointed in debonairs Secunda. I did follow the link as requested on the comment from debonairs and it seems they are not interested in actually getting into contact.

If I could rate less than 1 star I would. I have been waiting 2 and a half hours for my pizza and it takes them an hour to deliver. By that time my food is cold. It's unpleasant ordering from here.

Be prepared to wait for your food whether you order online or in store. Staff is disinterested and have a no care attitude. I stopped buying because it was just bad all around. Disappointed to know nothing has changed after ordering again. Don't bother speaking to the manager, she is there but couldn't care less, all she says is ok. Sondag Mahlangu, I asked this guy 3 times whether my order was done, he just said no. Meanwhile, I was staring at my order in the window for a good 20 min before he bothered to check and went on to make excuses even though I asked him to check.

Closest restaurant to my location but utterly pathetic service or support. Food is always late, cold, you can't follow up on your order in any way. Drivers are arrogant, start arguments and humiliate customers in front of other residents. So called "management" always make promises to improve but nothing changes. WORST FRANCHISE/RESTAURANT EVER.

The worst! I’m gonna need management to inform their staff that their deliveries take 2hours and not the 30-40 minutes they speak of when placing an order for delivery. This is poor service delivery, and the staff is so nonchalant about it. It’s no wonder y’all removed those stickers from the boxes coz yall know that people would never pay for cold pizzas that took 2 hours to be delivered. If anything, yall should scrap the delivery option since yall are clearly struggling with delivering on time. I eventually got my order and behold, NO DEBONAIRS SAUCE LIKE I REQUESTED. So shameful. Shape up or ship out. The 1 star is only because one can’t rate anything lower!

What a useless debonairs. Every experience is fairly terrible with them. But this was the last time I'll support them. Placed an online order at 4h30 pm food arrived ice cold at 6h30pm. Waiting 2 hours is ridiculous. No one answers the phone. Off to the competition. Bye.

Secunda debonairs is the worst Debonairs Pizza store. We ordered & paid online. We waited for our delivery for more than 2 hours. When we called no one answered the phone. We had to drive and collect while we paid online for delivery&tip for a driver. When we arrived at Debonairs after waiting for 2 hours for our deliver, we got our order at the store& there was no intention of it being delivered. They didnt even give us back our delivery&tip money we paid online. Their service is not only terrible but they are also crooks. Worst&terrible experience ever.

I placed my order only to be told 2 hours later that I never placed an order. I will never support debonairs secunda again, service is pathetic and staff is incompetent

I'm so disappointed. Had I opened that pizza while I was still around secunda I would have taken it back. Unfortunately I saw it when I got to Emba. It was not well done and extremely dry. I don't know if they had too many orders or they just didn't want to make the pizza. We didn't enjoy it at all we ate the dough they sold us cause we were hungry.

The pizza was good. My only complaint is that the "free" Powerade I received with my Triple Dekker was lukewarm. The guy at the till said their fridge is broken. Don't give customers subpar products due to lack of maintenance.

I give you guys a one star rating, I would give a zero but theres no option for that! We ordered pizza and get it 3 and a half hours later. After we phone and phone then only they tell us there is only one delivery man. I mean really now this is really unacceptable! 😤😠

Every time I order from Debonairs Secunda, it's a frustrating and painful process. I can't track my order. It takes over two hours to even arrive. Can't even reach the store to ask what is going on. It's absolutely pathetic service. They need to fix their app and get more reliable drivers coz I can't be waiting for hours just for two pizzas. It's completely ridiculous. I'm not even getting fresh food by the time it arrives. Sort your issues out Debonairs.

Ordered my pizza telephonically at 5. Told to come and collect at 5:20. Got here and told that they haven’t started with my order. By the looks of it, they have no idea what’s going on. This pizza better taste good So I followed the link you gave below. The service there is just as bad as the service at the store. Every time I send the details it just gives me an error. Seems like the complaint system is overloaded…. Figures!

This place is absolutely horrible. Yesterday we ordered pizza and it took them a full 2 hours to deliver it. Today we ordered again and the order was wrong, the pizza was cold and the dough was raw. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I've always loved debonairs but this time I'm done.

Ordered 3 pizzas and got sauce and the most thinnest pizza base (ordered a regular base). Will not buy from Debonairs Secunda again. Worst place to order pizza from in Secunda. STAY AWAY. Bitly does not work please send contact number for me to share my experience

This Debonairs is pathetic, the lady does not give you chance to finish your sentence, the guy cannot speak english or xhosa for that matter plus they cannot find your location!! Truly truly pathetic!!!!!
