Had no time for lunch today, so decided to quickly pop in at the Drivethru of KFC Secunda Village for a Classic wrap. At the collectionpoint window I was told I had to park in front of KFC because it was going to take 7min to make the wrap. It turned out to be 13min of wasting my time and waiting. What is the point of a Drivethru if they can't deliver quick meals? Will never buy at that Drivethru again.

It's KFC-who doesn't love KFC!? However, it has become a habit to ask a drive-through customer to stop and wait in front of the restaurant. Or even reverse and wait until the food is ready. WE ALL KNOW THIS MANOEUVRE IS TO MANIPULATE THE SYSTEM TO SHOW THAT YOU SERVED MORE CUSTOMERS AT A QUICKER PACE THAN YOU ACTUALLY DID. Please stop.

Very happy with the service we got, or our two occasions on the Very same weekend. Kudus to the lady, Truddy if I remember her name well.

KFC secunda village service is terrible 😑, they serve as if they are doing you a favor

Why have a order readiness board inside if you mark the order as received, 5min min before you give it to the client.

Disappointing service and receive as Guest & Client... Went to buy a soft serve ice cream for me and my baby girl only to be told none were available. Yet, 30 minutes while I still waited for something else, I noticed another couple enjoying the Soft serve Ice cream I requested earlier at the front desk. Not only that but the those working there enjoyed the situation and were laughing about it. Very unprofessional and uncaring in every way. Bad Management as well for not taking a hand in the situation and following it up. All people are to be equal and get equal quality services just like everyone else. Wont go back there. Not with that kind of attitude running the place and service of the food.

Kindly adjust your working hours here as it is different, According to the staff you only open at 7am. Which is very confusing as the information here says at 6am and also earlier in the week i bought food before 6:30am, but today at 6:50 they did not serve me due to them stating they only open from 7am. Thanks again.

everytime they give us the incorrect food we ordered or food not put in the bag.Always something missing in the bag.The staff is arogent at the paypoint.PLEASE GET COMPETENT PERONEL ON BOARD.

For the 2nd time very bad service they talk to load don't listen to the order then give you wrong food.

Ordered a wicked zinger box meal and only to get home and find out that they gave me a colonel burger meal. Order number 204..plus I think there's a price difference.

Placed order just past 18:00 12 August 2022 waited 20 / 25 min ... on the screen it says 322 can collect. Get there the staff in the back did not eben make up the order - the lady working the till asks the supervisor what is going on - the supervisor starts telling her to focus on her job (rudely) helping the cusomers at the till. Wait another 15 to 20 min - at the counter double check the order just to find a Burger meal is still outstanding!!!

The wasn't really great there. Unfortunately, the meat was supper dry, and the burgers were dry.

You don't stand long in the que to order and receive order. Place is clean even the bathroom.

This KFC is useless. They never get my order right but other KFC's does. They just don't care to get it right.

As with most KFC's only average, but then that is why it is "fast food"...... They try to get you out as soon as possible.

Pathetic!! Placed my order in the drive through, waited 15min in the parking for my order, went and asked why it's taking so long, all I got is "It's coming sir" Went to Spar, did some shopping, came back and order still not ready! Never in my life had I had such a bad experience. Entire staff needs to be fired and replaced.

So I have witness how a client waited more than 30min for his meal.The one star was not for how long he waited but for the way the management treated him.The just ignored him.Sad to see on how low level mangement is.

Service was quick, friendly and efficient. Food was well prepared.

Very slow and poor service You order then the order ia removed from screen and you did not even got it wait almost an hour for your order with only 3 things

Drive through doesn't work. Very berry's not available, only cool drinks. Kiosks offline and also doesn't work. X1 Staff member at the back constantly coughs and seems unwell. Fortunately, she is wearing a mask. My order number 230 on 27/05/2023. Very unhappy customer!

I bought dunked pops for R30 and recieved a plain small pops... When I specifically asked for dunked pops. I went back and they said I should pay R6 extra for a dunked pops...

Firstly the audio speaker was to soft. I had to dive to the pay window to order. Then when we got to the delivery window and the lady ask us to reverse and wait 5 m ahead of the window until she called us. Needles to say when opening the 21 piece bucket at home it was filled with dry wite meat no drumsticks and almost no thihgs

Disappointed. I tried to order something from the drive through, the lady informed me that I cannot order it from the drive through, and that I can only order it online, or on the inside, on the tablet (online ordering) we then went inside only to find out that we cannot use that method either as they are not working... We then ordered over the counter. We were charged R12 extra because the drinks contain sugar. Seriously! We were also charged R1 extra per sachet of spice for the large pops as they do NOT come with spice. Seriously! Can the prices on the boards not include these ridiculous prices also?! Adjust the prices so you cover the sugar tax and the stupid spices so less people will feel so frustrated with paying "extra" for every little thing!

We tried the "new" self-help system its a disaster. Could not pay with a card the option was not there if you want to pay at the counter you have to pay R10 more for them to do it. Not even my fault the system is not working. Staff can not work under pressure and wrong size drinks were given and wrong size chips. Bad bad bad experience. 👎

Bought food this evening, at home we realised that the order was incomplete. Tried phoning three different numbers available on internet and slip, two of the three does not exist, the other number go straight to voicemail.

Service was extremely bad for a fast food restaurant... and they forgot to put in my sauce for my nuggets. We sat there for almost half an hour waiting for food...

they do not have a drive-thru, it is a wait-thru. They allow a car to sit and wait for their order at the window for 22 min. they don't direct them to wait in the parking area and take it to them. In the future I would rather make use of the KFC in town, their drive-thru is a drive-thru

Just happened know-Only cold drink was sprite,coke,coke zero and creamsoda available and not cold at all, I paid for a zinger patty and then @ pickup they informed me I must wait 10 minutes for it or they can replace with normal fillet,I swapped just too get going,when I arrived home, and this is the second time from the same KFC, too find out that my 10 piece dunked wings was not with the rest,After I have asked them is everything in the bag. NOT HAPPY

Waiting 45 min for a drive through. Patetic service. 7 people I can see working there but no service. Will not use this KFC again.
