The sales associate "Trish" at the jewelry counter was very knowledgeable about the products, especially the opals. Extremely courteous and polite as she was already assisting another shopper, but had the decency to acknowledge that she was aware I was waiting and she would help me as soon as she could. She is an asset for your store. I will definitely be back for more purchases.

I Buy something every time I go In there, Because the customer service is wonderful they always ask if you need help with something which I greatly appreciate. First time in 10 years I went to this Penny's store. I was looking for drapes for the living room. Got my last ones here and loved them. But this store doesn't have curtains or drapes in store now. Everyone was nice and more than helpful. Store was great if you're looking for clothes and shoes.
