Stayed there for 6 nights or so. Room size is good. Plenty of space and sufficient amenities in the room. There’s also free hot drinks at the lobby. Apparently the building will Be renovated soon. Thank God for that. General staff attitude can be improved. Of special mention is Kevin who rendered assistance in many ways. There were imperfections but I see some sincerity in making amends. Location is excellent. Metro station is 20 steps away and serviced by 3 major lines. Will stay there again after their renovation. Looking forward to that!

We regretfully were not informed that during our stay in early December they were painting on our floor and the hallway and room smelled awful and made the stay rather unpleasant. Staff was nice but did not particularly express sympathy or apologize or seek to remedy our discomfort. Had I known about the painting and awful smell we would have stayed elsewhere. Room was spacious, appears to need renovations. View of the Eiffel Tower was great and is the primary reason I give 3 stars, but we paid a lot for the room with a view so I was frustrated by the smell/painting and had higher expectations

This was a nice place to stay. It's not fancy, and our room was fairly clean but I wouldn't say spotless--- another room I happened to see (a smaller room, ours was a 1-bedroom) was a little bit better, but ours had a touch of tiredness to it, like it could use a good scrubbing. But I felt like the linens were clean, and it was comfortable and bright, with all the basics we needed. I thought the staff was quite unfriendly at first, but they grew on us. Some of that might be cultural. The one thing that was kind of a nuisance was that there's no one who can fix anything --- I mean anything at all--- other than standard Monday-Friday business hours. Even if it's just a clogged toilet that needs plunging, there is no attempt to look at it or bring a plunger. That seemed strange to me. Our AC was also broken for several days. It was OK in the end (luckily no major heat wave) but I thought that maybe they would give us a small discount. None was offered. Yes, the breakfast is not anything to speak of, but the one day we tried it just for fun, it was fine and the man who takes care of it was very kind. The location was amazing, really fantastic. Near fun stuff (yes, the Eiffel tower) but plenty of regular restaurants around and a grocery store and metro right there. Overall a nice place to stay, and I think a good deal at the price point.

Without the view of the Eiffel Tower, this hotel would have nothing. The breakfast is not included and is totally lame, we could not check into our room on time, which was a shame. The staff never says hello or goodday to you when you come and go, and generally seems displeased to assist you with anything. It’s an absolute joke that this hotel has 4 stars

We had a big 2 room apartment with the Eiffel Tower view. It costs bit extra compared to rooms without the view but it’s nice. We booked parking in their garage and it was a big parking compared to some others I’ve seen. We had the same space for all days and used the hotel card to get in and out. It costs 30 euro per day but that is normal. The reception was fine. Some things written on paper which seems bit old but it is okay. The room was large enough and we could easily stay with 5. However the room is a bit tired. Doors work but have damage on them and should be replaced. The ac didn’t cool but it was blowing all the time quit hard but you could not hear it when the bedroom door is closed. Toilet is separate from the bathroom but no place to clean the hands so u need the bathroom or kitchen. The floor of the bathroom runs off so any water on the floor will run into the wooden floor in the hallway. View is nice except for the graffiti in the roofs but the Eiffel tower was nicely visible. Location is good. Walking to Eiffel Tower is easy. Shops nearby and Sunday and Wednesday the morning market is nice. Metro is closeby but the sound and vibrations are noticeable but I slept through them but light sleepers might have issues. Anyway, it’s is not a 4 star hotel in my opinion but we enjoyed it anyway.

I stayed here for about one month with my study abroad group. It was great! The place is clean, there’s AC, and the staff is so friendly. Amazing location literally next to the metro station, and walking distance from the Eiffel Tower. Plus free tea (with lots of variety), water, and coffee downstairs which is a huge plus! Thank you for having us!

The staff at this hotel are phenomenal. The front desk workers are so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean with a kitchen and air conditioning. The location is safe and close to the metro. For the month that I stayed here, it felt like home, and I appreciate how great this hotel made my first trip to Paris.

We booked the hotel only for one night after coming from Disneyland as we had a day before heading back. Really convenient location and we booked the room with the eiffel tower view a bit pricey but I guess it's worth it also we had the family room so was very spacious and had a microwave , fridge, dish washer, pots, and pans almost like a home away from home. The metro is literally at the door step and there is a direct train to Arc de triumph and the eiffel tower is walking distance. Now the metro being so cloase also has its disadvantages. You will hear the metro passing by and also feel the vibration. Its was not a game changer for me however was a lottle annoying at the beginning but grew on us a few hours later. Plenty of food options with McDonald's literally the next building. The staff are extremely friendly and very accommodating. Now for the possible improvements. The breakfast is over priced especially because its a very small selection. Unless Breakfast is included don't pay for it. The rooms are very clean but can be a little modern. Just beig picky here they can have a few more TV channels in English. But overall a good hotel with well placed in terms of location and also access to food options. Good view of the eifel tower if you chose the right room that is.

I loved staying at this hotel-apartment! When I walked in, I was struck by how clean and modern the room was. It was a very beautiful room, with a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower and within walking distance. A very nice plus about this hotel is that it is not in a touristy area, so you get to eat and shop with the locals who truly live in that area of Paris. This makes the food excellent and I thought the area was quite affordable.

I stayed here for a month from June to July. The experience was wonderful. The room was well-maintained by the cleaning staff, and they were happy to help us with anything I needed during my stay. The hotel is in a convenient located, surrounding by plentiful shops, food, and even the metro shop right across the street. The amentities within the hotel are also great, there's a free coffee machine, a beautiful garden, and a waiting/lounge area.

I was very pleased with the room, service and the location of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the coffee and water that was provided. It was close and far enough from the Eiffel Tower and the places around made the hotel even better! Must stay!!

I recently had the incredible opportunity to stay at the Citadines Tour Eiffel in Paris, France, for an entire month with my study abroad group in June and July. I must say that this experience was nothing short of exceptional, and I can't recommend this establishment enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and outstanding customer service from the staff. Their location is an absolute dream for anyone visiting the City of Light. With the iconic Eiffel Tower just a short stroll away, I had the privilege of enjoying breathtaking views of this architectural masterpiece day and night. Thank you for helping make my time in Paris so memorable!

Absolutely LOVELY! Rooms are spacious and clean (this is coming from an extreme germophobe), with a small little kitchen area that allows you to cook and eat your own food! Service was absolutely amazing; staff was ALWAYS friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Location was great as well; it is right next to a metro station which is very convenient and is surrounded by bakeries, cafes, and places to go shopping. I stayed here for a month while in Paris, and had no complaints.

Absolutely amazing location, right next to the metro that can take you anywhere in Paris. The rooms are very spacious and the kitchen has cutlery, pots, pans and a kettle etc. This was a very nice and convenient stay, however, our shower head was broken and it kept falling off of its “stand” and they didn’t provide and body soap- which was a disappointment.

Although the pictures promise, you cannot see the Eiffel Tower from the rooms. The pictures of the rooms are also highly exaggerated.

Brilliant view of the Eiffel Tower and Paris in general. Rooms are very big and the kitchenette is perfect. Bathroom is spacious and the staff are very welcoming.

I’m not sure I have words to describe the Citadines, so I’ll stick to the facts: air conditioner - not working; rooms look nothing like photos on the internet; I took a shower and literally had to wash my feet thereafter as the floors left them black. Unless you are explicitly looking for hostel/dorm accommodations I would look elsewhere!

MOST HORRIBLE Experience EVER. Promised Refund for a night and still haven’t got it after 1.5 months !!! We booked two rooms at this hotel and when we checked in on July 20th it was super HOT and one of the rooms didn’t have it’s AC working. So I immediately went and informed front desk about it and they mentioned they’ll take a look at it and fix it. We then left for sightseeing. When we got back in evening, the AC was still not working. The room was heated up like a furnace. It was impossible to sleep in it. We again went to front desk at night to let them know that the room is intolerable and that atleast give us a table fan or any other room. The hotel was fully booked hence they didn’t move us that night nor did they have any fan. Next day when I talked to one of the management person named VERENA she agreed to give us a refund for that previous night. It’s been almost 1.5 month that their hotel isn’t responding to Expedia about the refund and I haven’t received my money back even after promising us on our faces !

I’m staying here tonight. Never come if you’re looking for good service or nice pictures taken at the balcony with eiffel tour view! I booked it for the nice pictures from agoda with balcony and wonderful eiffel tour view. I understand that balcony rooms are not guaranteed, but the photos of other rooms from agoda/official website with eiffel tour view without balcony are still looking good, still close to the tour at least, so it’s still fine if they’re offering me a room with nice view but not balcony. Unfortunately, I was assigned to live at room 524, which is most far away from eiffel tour among all. I was literally crying when I saw the view. In my room, the tower was even wholly blocked by the wall between the windows. I could only peek the top of tower from a corner of my room, not to mention “waking up with this view” or taking nice photos with a breakfast in the balcony with eiffel tour. Couldn’t understand why the hotel is charging it as much as those full view or balcony rooms. Sincerely recommend the hotel to classify it as “partial view room” with lower prices to avoid any misleading in the future. It’s so misleading when the hotel even names itself as “Citadines Tour Eiffel Paris” which means it knows its only selling point is the view while it doesn’t give you a good one as shown in its website. Whats more, the service was terrible. Totally not demonstrating a 4 star standard with €250 per night. Seriously, go find an airbnb with this budget, you’d definitely get a perfect one and enjoy a pleasant day. We arrived at 12sth and would like to place our luggage first if early check-in couldn’t be arranged. The reception lady said “You know our check in time is 3pm right?” At that time, we were a bit shocked by how this conversation was happening in a 4 star hotel, but we’re still ok with it cuz it may be the culture of this city, just being straight and direct. What pissed me off was how the staff reacted later. After getting my room at 3pm and crying, I called to the front desk to see if there’s any chance to get a closer room. I wasn’t asking for those with balconies, just at least one slightly closer to the tower since mine was the most far away already, any other one must be better. I was pretty sure there were still other eiffel tour view studios available as I checked from agoda and there’re still at least 3 remaining tonight. Plus, I was arriving the hotel earlier than check-in time and checked in just right after 3pm, so I really couldn’t believe all the other rooms were all full already. However, that lady just replied me “sorry, no” without any checking. I truly hope it’s a usual practice of not considering any requests of changing rooms, rather than ONLY REJECTING ME BECAUSE OF MY RACE. I mean, you should at least check for me as a gesture before rejecting? This gesture could show how you’re willing to do sth to make your guests enjoy which is more useful than printing words like “we wish you to enjoy your stay” and stick it on the lift without any actions. Your staff just didn’t even bother to pretend checking, what a joke. For real, if your hotel won’t entertain any requests of changing rooms usually, you could offer me a refund instead. I’d definitely be happier to get my money back and go for other good deals. This budget could undeniably get sth better, at least with a bottle of water in the room. Oh yes, this hotel doesn’t even provide bottled water, what an amazing 4 star experience! But to be fair, the size of the room and location were quite good. The staff was often friendly as well.

Wonderful hotel in a great location. It is walking distance from the Eiffel Tower and a stone's throw away from a well-connected metro station. The nearby cafes and restaurants are some of the best in Paris. The hotel staff is kind and helpful. The laundry service is good and the whole hotel makes you feel at home!

I had a wonderful stay here from late June to mid July! The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. It is in a prime location, being walking distance from the Eiffel Tower and lots of good food/shopping on Rue de Commerce. It is also across the street from a Metro stop, which made transport very easy and accessible. There was a beautiful garden area in the back of the hotel, which provided a quiet space to read a book or be outside with friends. I had a great experience!

I stayed at this hotel from the end of June to mid to July and overall, I enjoyed my stay. The location of the hotel is great for tourists; it is very close to the Eiffel Tower and many metro stops are just a few steps away. On Rue de Commerce, which is adjacent to the hotel, there is a great pharmacy that has everything you could ever need in an emergency and there is also a McDonald's right next door to the hotel. The staff was also very kind to us and did their best to make accommodations. I would recommend if you are staying for a long period in Paris!
