This is my first time ever writing a review. I came here 2-3 months ago but because I am still furious with my dog’s condition today - I’m writing this so you’ll be aware of what happened to my dog. This place is the worst vet ever. Brought my dog here to check on her ears, as it was swollen. One doctor said my dog needs surgery to remove the blood. They did such a poor job, bad stitches - it’s been 2-3 months and there is still a hole, sorry 2 damn holes in my dog’s ears. And now her ears can’t stand anymore. Doctor did not mentioned the possibility of these things, they assured us that the hole will not be there for long, and everything is fine. But this is not fine, so my dog going to have a hole in her ears forever? And til this day you can see how bad of a job they have done to my dog’s ears - you can see it and even feel it. Her ears is never the same anymore. I have had so many friends who’s taken their dog to do the same surgery but their dogs are perfectly fine after - so it’s not the procedure that made my dog like this, it’s the doctors!! When we brought her back after the surgery, there’s was a small cut near her ears, on her head, it was obvious that it was from when they were shaving off her fur to prepare for surgery - how does one accidentally hurt my dog while shaving off her fur, WHILST SHE IS ASLEEP UNDER GA? Another thing bout them, my dog is quite temperamental, but the way they handle my dog shows that they do not know how to handle big dogs. There was only this one doctor in training that was not shy or scared to assist to put on a muffler for my dog. They may be ONLY slightly cheaper than other places - but really I will not come back here ever again.

The best private veterinary hospital in Batu Caves. They have all the necessary equipment and medication to treat our pets. Very reliable veterinary vets.The staff also passionate & caring.The best part is their customer service. Highly recommended 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

I have regretted sending my cat here. I had bad experiences visiting here twice. The attitude of the front desk staff is very rude. The first time I visited, I arrived around 5.15pm and they were closing at 6pm. The front desk staff was so impatient and clearly rolled her eyes at me multiple times. The second time I visited, the same staff responded badly when I simply asked how many person waiting in front of me. She also did not give proper instructions on how to feed my cat the vitamin. Also, the waiting time to make payment was longer than the waiting time to see doctor. This is my first time in my life to have waited longer to make payment. Furthermore, there was a lot of loud and startling bangs heard while sitting in the waiting area. Those loud sounds are very stressful for cats. Just a friendly advice, 1. Please provide customer service training to your front desk staff as she clearly lack of customer service skills 2. Please hire more front desk staff as it was clear that you guys lack of staffs when I visited after 6pm

First time experience to KM Vet for my puppy's 2nd vaccine. This is bcuz one of my friend recommended me to go KM Vet. I found a best place for my puppies & definitely will follow up with KM service for both of my puppies. The environment of KM Vet indoor & outdoor are clean & also there is no stinky smell like some other vet clinics. The highlight is the prices are much more reasonable compared to other vet clinics or medical centres. KM staffs are super friendly. I would to thank to the person who guided me from beginning to the end of my puppy's vaccine timing and also with the extra care. If i m not mistaken his name is Darwin. He literally answered all my questions & explained well, humbly & also without any hesitation with a pleasant smile ☺. Good team work KM, keep build up. Thanks for the wonderful service and experience in my 1st visit. ❤️

Sorry to say this,my dog was admitted last week Monday due to bladder problems, admitted on Monday due to critical issue, Wednesday received call from one of the doctors, and she doesn't even know how to explain what's the actual problem, and causes ,even I spoke to her 2 languages but yet couldn't give a proper explanation.The explanation was bad and end up I clearly understand the last part,she called to ask permission to proceed for 2nd surgery while her explanation was OUT and USELESS. Called at 3pm, I told her to ask permission from my brother. The next day I called for the update and I received news that my dog has crossed the rainbow on Wednesday after I received the call from the foreign doctor ,and till now I still haven't received any updates from the hospital, how and why did my dog passed on. Why do you keep foreign doctors ,who doesn't even know how to speak English or give good explanation to the pet owners. You charged so expensive for a sick and emergency pet but end up, you all couldn't save a innocent soul. Stop hiring this foreign doctors! This is not the first time, few of my friends send them here and lost their beloved pets for no reason. You only know to charge more but couldn't save them. Better stop this service of yours. Either stop this hospital or start showing more care and take care of those innocent souls. Throughout my entire life, I've never once bring my pet to your hospital because this been happening so long and I lost trust in this hospital, because I was outstation and my mom had no choice to bring my dog there. Some doctors are meant to save those innocent souls but some are not! This is not business, this is matter of saving small and big lives. Useless Hospital, no matter how many years passed by but this hospital still never changed! And obsessed over money instead of saving lives. Till now date 23 Aug, still no calls

Inexperienced vet! The lady vet didn't thoroughly check my dog who having inflamed paws. She doesn't know how to properly handle my dog, I can see she was afraid after my dog reacted when the inflamed area being touched. And she just simply gave my dog some painkillers that are not working at all and charged me with a high consultation fees. My dog doesn't seem to get any better after few days and I have no choice but to bring him to another clinic. luckily, the veterinarians there are very experienced and carefully diagnosed with my dog condition. In the end, it is something complicated and definitely can't be treated by only painkillers. I had visited this hospital few times previously and this is my worst experience with them and I don't think I would ever go back again.

I recently brought my first puppy, Ruby, to this veterinary clinic for the first time last June 2, 2023. Initially, everything seemed okay as they attended to Ruby promptly due to her emergency situation( she literally looked dead, and wasn't moving). Since she was only 10 weeks old and not responding well, they immediately advised us to take her to the emergency room. The vet informed us that Ruby needed to be admitted, but we were surprised to learn that there would be no one to monitor her after 12 am. Nonetheless, we agreed, assuming she would be resting. The vet mentioned that he couldn't provide any updates at the moment because she was just a puppy, and they would monitor her and inform me the next day. When I arrived in the morning, they discharged my puppy and I paid the bill without any further explanation. The receptionist informed me that the vet had a full surgery schedule and couldn't speak with me, suggesting that I call the next day instead. That was it. They handed me a small can of food and instructed me to feed her that for the next two weeks. I had to ask for details about the portions, timing, and other instructions because they didn't provide much information upfront. To make matters worse, the bill for this type of treatment was unexpectedly high, and there was no proper explanation for the charges. They even billed me an additional RM 60 for a consultation, even though there was no consultation involved, just "monitoring and saying that they will inform me the next day." Based on my experience, I do not recommend this vet. The cost is excessive, and the treatment does not justify the price. However, I must acknowledge that the customer service was good.

Good experience here with Vet Dr Aimi. Great explanation from her in every visit, fast action and also provide details to pet parents about investigations and treatments. Price are affordable. Thank you so much.

Reached about 7pm, registered 7.10pm, went for consultation at 7.30pm, came out 7.35pm, 8.30pm collect 1 bottle of medicine and made payment. Waiting time is extremely long with clearly lacking of manpower on Receptionist table. Yes, 9am to 9pm is a good improvement on your operational hours but waiting about 50 minutes just to make payment and take medicine is clearly bad. Please hire more front counter staff please, I believe front counter part timer can help you out alot.

Brought in my 4 month old GSD yesterday for an emergency case (as he was salivating profusely). Registered in around 5.47pm and receptionist mentioned it will be double charge for any treatment procedure after 6pm (which I totally understood). To my surprise we've been waiting till 6.40pm without doctor attending an EMERGENCY CASE yet. Went to receptionist and asked how long more to wait as my poor puppy is feeling lethargic and receptionist could say ' oh we are waiting for the reports' I've asked them WHAT REPORT? Doctor haven't attend to my puppy yet. Then they stared blankly which proves doc hasn't been told on this visit yet which is supposedly to be an urgent matter. 6.50pm doctor came in and checked and took several tests to rule out any poisonous intakes and for possible parasites infections. Thank god, results were all negative. Checkout out my puppy around 7.50pm. I don't mind waiting but not for an emergency case with such negligence act which may caused a life. Totally not recommending this place.

The km animal hospital an excellent hospital with a dedicated team of vets and support staff. Caring and experienced doctors who give their 200% caring for every pet that comes to km animal clinic. Gives estimate cost before hand over pet when had to go in for an operation. Topmarks for service

Negative: Pricewise this is a T20 vet. The doctor is nice but not price friendly especially if you are a rescuer I don’t think it’s worth it to send here. My personal experience when I came here at least the bill will come up to RM200. Positive: The really good thing is that their operation hours go way past others vet and always available. 1 star for the operation time and 1 star for the doctor consultations.

This is definitely our favourite hospital. Honestly telling, never once we brought our pets twice for this hospital for a same sick. They are giving the best medicines and all the staff are super friendly and experienced one...highly recommended place to bring in your pets...no regrets

The is the best yet vet i went so far. The staff n vet r very attentive n very fast in dealing with my cats. I have no trouble to park my car n the waiting area is well organize. Kudos to the ppl who works there. They don make a fuss that i didnt bring my cat cage. (Som1 stolen d cage)

Truly a place that is praiseworthy and trustworthy. I sent my RAANABOY here after he was being treated horribly by incompetent doctors from AMC Medical Center, a money making maniac. As soon as I arrived, my RAANABOY was given immediate attention and care under the supervision of Dr Narmada and Dr Akila. Both of them were constantly keeping me updated of my RAANA’s condition and gave me a lot of positivity throughout this tough journey. Finding a trustworthy vet hospital is a battle for animal lovers and I can vouch that KM Global Animal Hospital is the first choice one should make. Excellent hospitality and genuine staffs.

The staff here is really good at managing pets that come in. My dog is a fierce one. Yet they were able to make the whole experience a smooth one. My pet is all better now too. I highly recommend this place.

Caring Dr affordable price. Yang best kat KM their service & receptionist memang friendly sangat bila I buka pintu entrance je biasa budak duduk kat depan tu welcome with a smile. They nicely separated cat clinic & dog clinic very clean environment . Recommended vet for those looking for good and affordable vet in the town.

Thank you very much to Dr Mani and his assistant Darwin by being so great to our puppy. Nevertheless, the receptionist Priya Dharshini was so friendly and humble to us as well. They were able to get me in quickly and spent a lot of time by giving out us the treatment information. I would recommend this veterinary hospital to everyone! You guys just give us so much personal attention and we really appreciate everything you do.

Good place for pets. Well maintained. While getting meds for my dog, heard the receptionist gossip away, which was fun by the way. You get to hear stories. I mean you can ignore it but hot gossip is like candy for the ear, right? 🤣🤣🤣 anyway great place to bring your pets.

Need to call and make reservations. This place newly renovated. Veterinarian friendly and well informed of our fluffy problems.

The treatment given by doctors are good and satisfying. Very good consultation service for me Dr kat KM here is good at diagnosing has skills and can treat my car effectively. Alhamdullilah. The downstairs receptionist is also good and give few basic info abt cats very knowledgeable. Some people said the services a bit slow. For me personally it's ok when there's many customers & shortage of good helpers we should be patient.

I brought a 8 weeks old poodle with severe parvovirus infection, i thought she is not going to make it. She looked so bad. It was disheartening to see such an energy ball, could hardly breath, shallow breathing. Took her here, they gave me an option we will know her condition in 72 hours, they gave all the supportive management needed for the puppy. She was at her worst on day 1 and day 2, day 3 she could sit up, barely eating or drinking still having bloody diarrhoea. Day 7 she drank. Day 8 madam took royal canin recovery wet food. ANd she SURVIVED!! The best VET for Parvo infected... Took my gal for regular vaccine, and She remembers them!!! She kisses the doctor and the staffs excitedly. Such a small brain with great memory. Thank you so much KM Global!! Just wish they have enough staffs to run the hosp for 24 hours, and keep an eye on the pets even during the night hours. Wishing you to prosper more and cater great services.

The receptionist suggested us to come before 8pm as the consultation fees will be higher.. friendly and informative
