Ladies, please be cautious and avoid using female lavatory in this gym. The male staff of this gym will enter the female lavatory whenever he want as per his wish. This review is given after no action was taken by the management after the complaint. Lousy management and staff.

Fantastic location for those who stay in selayang and Batu caves. Brand new equipment. Everything that you need for your work out. Reasonable rate in town for 24hrs access gym. The only thing that need improvement is to provide drinking water for members. Staff friendly and helpful.

Basic equipment but most of the time unstaffed , Thus if you have a card not working suddenly and you want to work out before going work, There wouldn't be anyone to contact other than their WhatsApp number which you can only contact ( 2- 11 pm ) Highly don't recommend

One of the best fitness center at its price point. Operates 24-hour. It is only accessible by its member, you may go to its website to apply for membership. Upon registration, RM150 is payable, the amount comprise of RM80 (Monthly fees) + RM60 (Registration fees) + RM10 (Payment for the access card). Access is granted at all 6 branches except ones at Alam Damai and Kelana Jaya which are priced at RM200 (RM100 monthly fees) upon registration. Equipments are adequate for most levels and if you're a beginner, it is more than enough. Come with clean bathroom, locker and change room. The downsides being no air conditioning and the "free guidance" provided is only the staff giving you instructions on how to use the equipments which I personally considered it as misguided advertising.

Ghetto gym with adequate equipments. Good thing is that it's 24 hours a week. Good music as well. Can get crowded on peak hours.

Nice gym new equipment But difficult to find parking

Decent service, no in-house trainer. Good quality equipment, management keeps every equipment and machine runs well. You get what you pay. Monthly fee is relatively cheap.
