Very disappointing as the room floor is not clean, bathroom wasn't working so had to ask for another room. Went there still the same, then we had issues with finding cockroaches inside the bathroom. Clearly the cleanliness was not up to par. Air-con was just okay. Bed lights wasn't working and even the main lights were just dim. Wifi didn't work at all.

Room is totally different from the picture shown in website ,none of those things listed is in the room ,we ask to chg to room with windows and the lady said all of their room is without windows when the picture in the website is with window. Toilet got mold .Found some rice n date in the drawer and floor lk someone had done ritual in the room .it creeps me out ,so we immediately pack up and chg hotel. Better dont come alone ,the location is not good as it's in a very quiet mall that barely see a customer

Very bad hotel, booking at agoda RM 90, photo is look so nice, but reach to hotel see also don’t wan stay at there, then cancel booking (money can’t refund), then go booking other hotel. Free I also don’t wan stay.

Very convenient especially when you have appointments at Selayang Hospital as it is just a stone's throw away. Shops occupancy in the mall maybe only partially occupied but it has quite a variety of good food nearby. By the way, all rooms are without window view but they are comfortable and clean.

It is a good hotel within Selayang area with rooftop parking area for guest. It is nearby to Hospital Selayang and UiTM Selayang. There a several restaurants available at the LG and G level of the building. There are no hot water available but if there are problems with the wifi, you can just inquire the front desk assistant and they will help you. The front desk staff is helpful in helping me with wifi problems as I urgently need it for my class. The bathroom and shower is just okay, they need to clean more thoroughly. I'm hoping that the management team can read the reviews and provide a better and cleaner room for future guest in the future. Thank you.

Very terrible hotel the room floor is so dirty and the toilet is horrible not clean at all doesn't feel comfortable to bath in that toilet and the Aircon is not cold pls do something.............I am not satisfied to stay this hotel

Difficult to find the place. Situated in one corner of the building and safety may be a problem. If you need to out before 10.00am it is problem because many its entrance are still not opened. You have walk around the building in big circle to go out

The hotel is 3/5 4/5 star with very nice and polite customer service It is on the top floor of multistories of look like abandoned shopping complex The room is just nice to fit 2 or 3 people within budget expense

Wouldn't recommend staying here. Staff was not helpful in any way and she showed annoyance when dealing with my room issues. Bathroom doesn't hv hot water, smelly and badly taken care of. Pillow on the shelf was dirty and yellowish. Tv remote was not working. Shower head was poorly maintenance.Overall very bad experience would not stay here again.

Pros:Room is clean. Modern set up. Location is superb Cons: No kettle to boil hot water nor water dispenser to make a cup of coffee ( not provided) Be prepared to have a half way shower as the water may tickle down when you are shampooiing ur hair..Ha..ha..

Nothing to drink except mineral water. Its should be have something to drink for that kind of price that u are offering. Plus the reception not very friendly like it is not acceptable if u check out from the hotel a little late. Other than that it just acceptable.

The place quiet. Nothing special. Just a basic hotel. Not many people turn up to this place.

I stayed for a night there with my fam . The bed was big enough for 2 teen-adult and a kid to sleep . The design was very nice and luxurious but the cleanliness was not so reasonably nice . The bathroom layout was attractive but the toilet could be better . The door to the bath was broken and no hangers at the cloth hanging wardrobe .But the place was spacious enough .

Sky Hotel Selayang is located on the third floor of the Selayang Capitol Shopping Complex. The Selayang Capitol Shopping Complex building is located opposite the Selayang Hospital which is separated by the Selayang-Kepong Highway. This area has a variety of businesses, especially food. Parking is available on the roof top on the 4th floor of this building free of charge. The service of the front staff of the hotel is very satisfactory. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel room is quite unsatisfactory, especially the floor area is quite sticky. The television program channel is also very disappointing. The drinking water facility is also not satisfactory because only two 500ml bottles of drinking water are provided and you have to ask at the front counter if you need additional drinking water.

I'm not sure about the room, but the service is terrible. I called to inquire about the availability of the room but was met with annoyance. How can the person who serves the hotel treat their clients in this manner, asking how about three people come to stay at your hotel after you explain that this hotel only has double king beds or whatever, and you say you can check at the internet and hang up the phone like that? That's impolite. You must be patient when dealing with customers, especially if you work in the hospitality industry.

The room was conciderabirialy big with King-size large size big,..The bathroom was fairly clean

Its very dirty. The room and bathroom is very dirty and smelly. Very dissapointed that i had to stay there just because its paid n cannot refund. Please improve your quality. At least,stay it clean.

Very very veryyyyyyyyy poor service and condition. Alottt of bad reviews in here but there is no improvement at all. For my opinion this hotel should only cost rm20 for its condition. The bathroom tiles OMGGGG. I think it is never washed since the hotel open. Very dusty. The air conditioning only have sound not AC . Overall 0.000001/10

Just. Don't. Air-conditioning not functioning well, also I asked for a large bed and I got 2 single bed, and someone's doing the drilling and renovation at 8pm. Like seriously? You could be better. And smarter.

I booked for 2 night, the payment method using credit card was opted out because of service line was down, I paid cash for one night. The next day they were suppose to collect.... Imagine coming back from thaipusam at 2.30am.....and u have someone ringing ur room bell at 4.57am..... Just to make sure payment is settled before 7am....this is so unethical....
