This vet was the one I ended going to the most because of their acupuncture service that was recommended to me by Gasing, they also diagnosed my cat with Leukemia and has been nothing but nice to her since, always washing her and grooming her beforehand her treatments because she was paralyzed two legs behind (we all know she could walk after some time of the acupuncture it's just that she was lazy to do so). I also ended up adopting an abandoned cat from this vet (she's still here with me until now and has been such a good girl). Kudos to Dr Lee because I could see how much she's willing to help animals and are passionate in her job albeit it stresses her. They've helped her until the very end and tried their best to cater to her needs. It feels weird to not have Tam around this house anymore, but I'm glad that she lived a good life until the very end and this vet made it possible by helping her these past two years. Thank you.

Good treatment & medication. Never expect to spend less than your budget. Twice treatment for my cat costs RM100 to RM200 each. Be frank on your budget to the veterinar to avoid problem after treatment. 😁😅

Dr. Lee is a wonderful veterinarian, its located at a new shoplot area so theres ample space to park. Their team is very helpful and clear with how to handle your dog or cats

Overall the visit with dc is good. Just recently I have enquired for my dog’s boarding for a week. The Indian staff at counter was not in patient at all. I asked if I could visit the upstairs where they keep the dogs for boarding. She said it was under cleaning but I can wait. Fine, then I asked probably how long I need to wait, she said don’t know! She even said I can send my dog for other places cause mostly the cages are reserved for the dogs after surgery. Ok, fine again. Then I asked if she could call me if my reservation is successfully booked. She said will call me 5 days before the boarding date. There is no phone call from her or the clinic at all after a week from my enquiry date, leaving 3 days to the boarding date. Hi all, pls don’t rely on them if you wish good boarding for your pets. Also message to the clinic, pls be polite to your customers, do not treat them like they are begging you. We are paying awesome charges but we hope to get respectful service from you, a simple sincere smile is a must from the front desk.

Mimi aldy lost her life yesterday Went this clinic 2 times spent around 900+ Ask us to do xray do blood test , check the heart But end up no results…….. Doctor no enough experience We go to another clinic opposite aeon , 4 doctors come and check. He say aldy too late…….. mimi lungs aldy full of water, he thought that we never bring Mimi to any clinic, but actually Friday we only finish the check up. Monday she left us forever The second time the doctor didn’t ask for ur permission for injections, when we go there only we found out why Mimi’s back is bleeding, the doctor didnt say sorry. She telling us “aiyo your dog skin so sensitive, i do injections only she is bleeding “ Can you guys accept this????? my mom ask me remember to write the review and attach with the photos Make sure when you want to bring your pets to here, THINK TWICE !!!!!!! Sorry if anything not clear, we still very sad about this… my mom non stop crying since yesterday

I've 15 cats and I'm from KL, But I sent all my cats for vaccination, consultation and castration here... Because the doctors explaination are very clear and staff are really friendly and helpful...

Dr Lee is a great doctor. She assists on my cats, Leo and Jojo. I need to come to this clinic every month to get their medicine and make an appointment for acupuncture for Leo and Jojo. Dr Lee gives good advice on how to take care of my cats

The staff is very friendly. I will always go to this clinic. Good treatment; always, the cats get better after the treatment, but it's quite expensive.

Doctors are efficient in handling my pets and the supplements suggested works like magic. The way they handle pets also very nicely and softly.

The staffs are great at handling our furkids. Good place to bring your pets when they require medical attention.

The team handling my dog gave frequent updates and were very patient with us. I cannot thank them enough for putting up with our lateness and complications regarding our dog. Thank you for understanding our situation, and I hope the vet and the team will have many more sustenance to come 🙏 I am very sorry yet again . :(

Dr. Chong is excellent and the other staffs are friendly. I always send my cat here.

Called in to check around 4pm and they said they’re closing soon but in google it says closing at 6pm. Does not make sense.

I bring all my 4 cats here and have spay one of them here. All the doc and staff are great.

The veterinarians are too slow I waited 1 hours 10minute even tho i came earlier. My cat just DIED in front of me while waiting and they just call for our turn after 1 hour my cat died💔
