I met this nurse (ibu & anak) named Lala. She was very rude! The way she talk to me was so bad. No attitude at all! How come she become a nurse?! Please do something with this nurse. Educate her how to respect her patient, (A PREGNANT WOMAN TO BE SPESIFIC). Jangan layan patient macam sampah. Sangat kurang ajar. She was the worst nurse I've ever met.

I visited the clinic 3 months ago to submit my clients Clinical Abstract Application Form. The staff at the counter mentioned within 2 weeks we will get it signed. It's been 3 months and the Doctor Incharge Ms Punitha, haven't signed the form my client. Very Poor Service and this cost a life because my client cannot get his medical card.

Such a limited parking lot.. there are 2 clinic here joined .. which is Klinik Ibu & Anak AND Klinik Pergigian.. so there should be enough parking but definitely NO.. government should make some arrangements

The staffs are okay but the malay female doctor (not remember the name) not very helpful. The worst thing is the doctor didn't know what should be the next treatment/ action to be taken,unable to explain the illness.from my previous visit there was a newbie doctor and at least she refer to her senior for advice what to do. Time wasted to wait for the next appointment

The clinic and services are fine..but just wonder why govt did not upgrade this place after all these yrs. In many other districts the govt clinics are well maintained and reasonably spacious..not here.Need to put up a 5 storey facility here..for complete medi care for people of this area

For a government clinic which handle high traffic of patients, this clinic had managed well..Dr Jasprit Kaur very helpful and gave a detailed explanation to my mother's health issue..She too advised necessary lifestyle changes in term of food choice..

For a government clinic, Klinik KKM Sg Tua is really good, the Doctors are efficient, the nurses are well spoken and well mannered. With so many patients each day, this clinic had managed well. Excellent lab service. I like to take my hats off for the physio, Puan Rohayu, she is very caring and concerned about her patients. She is very humble and patient, explains well about our problem when questions are raised. She makes sure we attend her obesity classes every week. Salute her. My appointments with KKM are well taken care. Appreciate it.

there's people keep asking for other people's money constantly. he looks like one of the patient. however, he did ask for my money twice and keel complaining because i did not give him any money. so rude and bad people. simply ask for people money.

Extreme slow service with long waiting hours. Jus for a simple dressing.. had to wait 4 hours in pain.

Experienced doctors are here. Fast lab tests. Fast first aid . But don't know its open now a days or not , after construction work there.
