Ordered wings from Frank’s in selkirk when they got delivered it looked like the driver or cook was eating as they went along at threw half eaten wings some just straight bones in my box. When I called to complain the lady was so rude offered me nothing not even an apology but another 45 minute wait for new wings.

Pizza was stuck to the box and the paper. Not hot, sat for awhile after we made order to pick up for 7pm. Styrofoam container melted on shrimp in box. Expect to get a great meal for $70. Sent an email and got nothing in return. Usually order Frank's but won't b anymore

Honestly one of the worst pizzas I’ve had in my entire life. They don’t even look appetizing. The toppings were bland on one and overpowering on the other. The cheese was so strong that it was all I could taste on the bland one. Never again.

Our first time trying Frank's, we ordered the cheeseburger pizza, and 3 piece chicken dinner. The pizza crust was very under cooked, and the chicken was dry the breading had good flavor though. They forgot the gravy in our order as well.

My boyfriend ordered a pizza to the Selkirk hospital as he is in hospital. Upon ordering on the phone he clearly told the manager jordan the driver needs to send change for $100 bill , and he is timing going to get pizza before getting his next treatment . The driver came and had no knowledge of the $100 bill situation , my boyfriend asked to speak with manager and explained he could not wait for driver to go get change and come back as nurse was waiting to hook him up for treatment . The manager “jordan” was rude and argumentive and offered no other solutions, like someone with good customer service skills would . My boyfriend offered to etransfer . Felt sorry for delivery driver as they were trying to blame the poor guy who had nothing to do with their lack of communication or lack of customer service skills . My boyfriend had no choice but to hand the pizza back and go back up for his treatment . I would think they would have even offered to send driver back to room with correct change but they did not offer any solutions just plain rudeness .

This is my go to place for pizza. Even when I lived out of province for 7 years, this was my must have place when I visited. Toppings are always heavily distributed and the normal amount of cheese is still always more than what u would get from other places if you were to ask for “extra cheese”. I love their pizza and their chicken, fries, and basically everything else on their menu has always been spot on too. I’m never disappointed. Any time I have someone visiting, I always make sure to introduce them to Frank’s pizza!! They are also great at supporting their community!

Great pizza and great service. Best to phone and order a head then come on down and pick er up. Was great to have on my lunch break and been enjoying spice since I was in middle school.

The food was excellent and the staff were friendly as always. We tried out their new hamburger pizza and it was really tasty!

Great delicious pizza lots of toppings. I had the Hawaiian Pizza Ham and pineapple. It was hot 🔥

Obviously besides the pizza being really delish, one of the young drivers stopped to make sure my daughter and I were okay when we got stuck in a snow bank while he was on his deliveries. Luckily we already had someone coming :)

Frank's is a great take-out/delivery pizza option for St. Andrews residents. Their pizzas are always tasty and obviously made with excellent products. Many pizza places cause us gastric distress, most likely due to cheap sauce/meat/cheese, but we've never had any problems with Frank's. And nice that they offer delivery to rural addresses. Delivery guys have always been friendly and deserving of a decent tip. Keep up the good work Frank's! Highly recommended!

Ordered a franks combination tonight the consistency keeps getting worse for the price you pay it wasn't worth it took 40 min t to deliver down the street to my apartment the dough wasn't cooked the toppings were scarce they didn't even cut the pizza not a happy customer and the pizza was cold

This was my favorite pizza, but I went to make a order today and they have raised their prices too much I understand that things have gone up bit in no world is 2 large pizzas now cost 80 dollars. Definitely won't be ordering again. And taxing the delivery charge was just the icing on the cake.

Honestly was not Impressed at all when we ordered. Our bill came to $100 for a pizza 2 things off wings and ordered my daughter 3 chicken fingers that were $9!! I don't know if I'm cheap but I found the pricing outrageous.

Franks makes their own quality pizzas. However I f@&$!?/! HATE THEM, here’s why: they have the most bitter pizza sauce you can imagine. All good Pizza sauces are sweet, these guys are bitter and oregano heavy, YUCK! Pizza Hotline offers a 4 topping extra large pizza that is both delicious Truly, and only $ 21 with delivery, go there!

Toppings are not as thick as before , managers and staff are rude and look.miserable, I they charge almost.40 bux for a large pizza. They burn the crust or undercook it. Barely any sauce and use canned mushrooms. A dominoes large weighs about the same for less than 1/3 the price save your self the hassle and don't bother ordering from this place!!!!!
