    I use hammock yoga about once a month. The teacher is very friendly and I'm glad she remembers my name right away! They will teach you carefully even if it is your first time. In addition to monthly membership, there is also a ticket system, which is helpful because you can make reservations according to your schedule. Doing yoga after work is so refreshing! My posture has also improved. Please note that there is no parking lot, so you can park at a nearby coin park.

    Aerial yoga allows you to do various poses such as upside down, and the stretching effect that you can't usually experience will make your body feel nice and light! The lessons are fun and the teacher's guidance is thorough.

    At first, I had to struggle to keep up because I didn't have enough muscle strength, but now I'm concentrating on each movement and enjoying the lessons comfortably. Since I strained my lower back, I often had nerve pain, but now I hardly have any. Even if the lessons are a bit tough, you can feel a sense of accomplishment as you get better at it as you complete the lessons a few times. I think you can definitely see your body changing more clearly than with a chiropractor.

    I felt that my whole body was being trained through the wide variety of lessons, and I thought the instruction was of high quality and thorough. Dancing in particular requires a lot of concentration, so even your mind is refreshed! (And I am always fascinated by the teacher's beautiful dance⭐︎☆♡) I want to continue having fun with my friends, aiming to improve my physical strength and muscle strength, as well as my beautiful posture♫ The studio is very clean, the floor plan allows for sufficient ventilation, and it's nice that it's right next to the station ^_^ ♡

    Aerial yoga is a unique experience here, and postpartum mothers can have time to stretch their backs and refresh themselves through relaxing movements. Tohoku's first burnG allows you to jump lightly like when Mario picks up a coin★You won't know until you try this, so I highly recommend you give it a try. This is a space where everyone from children to adults can exercise and refresh their bodies. When I want to try something, I think it's time to do it. It's a completely different feeling to move your body to music at home than to move your body in a studio.

    My body was so stiff that I couldn't do any poses with regular yoga, but with the help of the hammock, I was able to do a lot of different poses. Also, I was suffering from lower back pain and used to go to a chiropractor every day, but since I started Wavy, my lower back pain has improved dramatically. I've lost weight, my posture has improved, and I enjoy going to work every day. I would definitely recommend it to those who are not good at exercise or those who want to start yoga but lack confidence.

    Aerial yoga feels good 😍 And, rather than going to a chiropractor, you can improve your body and refresh your body and mind, which have become stiff due to daily stress ☝️ Seriously. Recommended for stiff shoulders and back pain❣️ I think this is the best teacher to start with, especially if you are a beginner. The hammock helps me with the rest, so I can try it out without any problems ❣️Even though I thought yoga was impossible, now I want to sleep wrapped in a hammock 🥰Hehehe Other than that, it's fun to have muscle training lessons that you wouldn't be able to do on your own, and Tohoku's first BurnG lesson where you can jump with the help of springs 😍This is it ❣️ Ah, you don't have to work hard just to relax. There are also lessons❣️If you live in Sendai, you can do a lot of things in one place, so I recommend it👍

    I enjoy doing aerial yoga, muscle training, and dance classes to the fullest. Many lessons I experienced for the first time at WAVY. The world has expanded✨ I feel the joy of being able to do more things with your careful advice. All the members are having fun at their own pace😊 It's also safe because the number of participants is small. I was able to jump this much in Tohoku's first BurnG jump program!! ️ (Thanks to the power of rubber) 🙆‍♀️ Feel refreshed, feel light, I always look forward to the next lesson. Highly recommended.

    I'm having fun moving my body through hammock yoga and dancing! Using a hammock makes it easy to do handstands, which you don't usually do, so it's new every time! This is a recommended program! Try it once!
