薫製料理と日本酒がメインのお店です。とはいうものの、日替わりメニューではその日仕入れた活きのいいお魚のお刺身等もあるので、薫製料理以外も色々楽しめます。お酒も定番の日本酒に山形の「くどき上手」、長野の「信濃鶴」が入っているのが個人的には嬉しいです。定番以外にも日替り日本酒があり、ワイン、ウイスキー、ハイボール、最近は生グレープフルーツサワーもあるので、日本酒が苦手な女性でも料理とお酒を楽しめるかと。
最近のおすすめ料理は「紬のレアアジフライ」‼アジフライの概念が変わるかも🎵
〆では、お蕎麦、海鮮茶漬け、焼きおにぎり等があり、別のお店で行った飲み会の後、〆もの食べに行くのもいいですよー。
