Medical clinic Allergist

😠 Is this a hospital? The patient visited the hospital on a weekday evening due to high fever and diarrhea. There were about 5 people waiting including myself. The receptionist will ask you to wait for a while. Is that okay? and. As expected, I thought it would be okay since there were so many people... People often mention drink, time, hospital, doctor, symptoms, fever,

The computer is the teacher. A person who appears to be a teacher asks a sick patient a number of irrelevant questions (Do you want to drink something cold or hot? What about your pet? What lessons did you take in the past? What club activities did you do in the past?) It doesn't matter even though it seems painful. Nurses who don't do anything. It took 30 minutes just to ask questions. And no drug explanation. I will never go to an inconsiderate hospital again.

A teacher who listens and speaks well. When you go for the first time, you will be asked a lot of questions about your medical history and other things. (Probably, a doctor who specializes in Chinese medicine not only records medical history, but also records things such as what he drinks and eats frequently, and medical history of his family members.) Ideal for family doctors. However, it is suitable for people who feel relaxed because the examination is long for each patient. If you want to listen to the story, fine! I guess people who want to end it all at once should go to a different hospital (lol)

Although there are many things written about it, it is a good clinic that takes the initiative to prescribe Chinese herbal medicine.

Things were fine until I told them about my symptoms over the phone and they went to check with the doctor, but they seemed to be more and more troublesome, and in the end, they apologized and hung up on me without saying anything. We're in the same line of work, but don't you usually say something like "excuse me" when you're finished? It felt really bad.

Both the nurse and the doctor are old, but they were kind and polite to me. However, it is not suitable for those who are impatient.

Even though the coronavirus is classified as Type 5, patients with fever are still not accepted. Not responsible for local medical care. Are you only interested in examining symptoms of rheumatism and allergies? Looking at their website, they seem to hate children, and even though they claim to be a pediatrician, they only treat children of school age and above.

Look at your parents' medical history, then you too will get cancer. I was told something like this. The nurse was laughing.

The nurse was arrogant and had a very bad attitude. It's better to go elsewhere

Is this a hospital? The patient visited the hospital on a weekday evening due to high fever and diarrhea. There were about 5 people waiting including myself. The receptionist will ask you to wait for a while. Is that okay? and. As expected, I thought it would be okay since there were so many people, and as I waited for a few minutes, a new patient came in and said the same thing. How much longer does that person have? I asked, and the receptionist replied, ``Hmm...an hour and a half? Isn't it a bit faster?!'' she replied, like a convenience store lady. Seriously! Just as I was thinking about going home, my name was called and I was given a flu test. I've only been waiting for 5 minutes. I wonder if they gave me priority because I have a high fever? In the examination room, a nurse in her seventies measured my blood pressure. When I put my hand on the table, the long nails pulled my hand hard and it hurt. That's the first frustrating point. Now, the doctor's diagnosis. As mentioned in the previous comment, what club activities do you do and do you have any pets? Cat? dog? What do you usually drink? (I drink a lot of things, I feel like an idiot) It's a pain, so I drink barley tea. Is it cold? Is it warm? Frustrated and ignored. Do you drink coffee? (I drink it sometimes, but it's starting to bother me so I said I don't drink it anymore.) picture? ? Have you never been born? ! What is this person? That's what it feels like. Have you ever had a serious illness? there is no. What about your family? My grandmother and grandfather passed away due to subarachnoid cancer. ,,,. I come from a family with weak blood vessels. teeth? ? By the way, my father passed away from throat cancer. Eh! ! ! I was told that... Are you that surprised? I don't understand it even more. After 30 minutes of asking such meaningless questions that would raise someone's blood pressure, it was time to palpate the abdomen. I have had to palpate it several times, but the pressure is very forceful. I said it didn't hurt because it wasn't an internal pain. When the pit of the stomach is pressed hard, It's not a pathological pain, but it's usually painful when you're pushed that hard. and. Then, Be patient. and What is this? By the way, I feel tired. I have a stomach ache. When did the fever start? Every time I answered a question, I would do my best to type on the computer at my desk. It takes 2-3 hours to type one answer into a computer. To summarize, I was made to wait for a long time, asked questions that seemed to berate a sick Chuunin, and even after I answered, I had to wait for input into the computer, and the nurses acted like nothing had happened. The diagnosis is done by a computer. It feels like I'm talking endlessly with a weird AI that I can't understand. It was the most uncomfortable experience I've ever had, whether it's at a hospital, a store, or a service industry. I didn't have anything to say this time, so next time I catch a mild cold, I'll complain and go get some medicine.

The reception staff is the worst. Even though I had been going to the hospital for bronchial asthma for the past 10 years, I was told that if I had a cough, I couldn't go see a doctor, without even asking about my fever or other symptoms. I have no fever or other cold symptoms, only shortness of breath in the morning and evening and coughing attacks. I was always prescribed an inhaler or Hokunarin tape for the same symptoms, so when I asked if they could just prescribe an inhaler, they refused and said, "That's impossible." The reception didn't leave much of an impression on me, so I wonder if this is the first time I've seen it, or if the teacher has told me to take strict measures to prevent the coronavirus. I felt lost after being turned away so coldly at a place I had been going to since I was a child. Although it is said to be in response to the coronavirus, I think it would be good if they could think of a way to express it that is more in line with the patient's perspective. I had been having sleepless nights due to the attack, and my judgment may have been impaired... However, it is a clinic where the doctors and nurses are kind. I am actively prescribing Chinese herbal medicine, so the amount of medicine I take is always large. I really liked the clinic and was familiar with it, but I don't think I'll go there again because the reception is scary. Once the coronavirus situation calms down and restrictions are lifted, I think it will be a place where you can feel more at ease going to the doctor. Recommended if you are not worried about reception staff during normal times.
