Hostel was easy to get to from the subway and check in was easy, but those are the only perks of this establishment. We opted for the private room, full-sized bed. The bed was hard as a rock and we could feel every spring. The walls were paper thin and other guests seemed to not care that their conversations in their rooms or the hallway could be heard. Especially disturbing was hearing our neighbor using the bathroom. The heated floors would be a nice touch if there was a way to turn them off as we would wake up in the morning with the indoor temperature of 30°C, and that was with the windows open all night. We checked out after two nights into our four night stay and was told we wouldn't get refunded for the nights we didn't use. Definitely would not recommend.

Great location. Right in front of Changdeok gung. We can go everywhere by bus. Insadong is rìght behind, Jongno areas too. Can walk around many famous check in places. The receptionist can speak English so well and helpful. The room and bathroom is fine. Be careful if you bathing so long, the hot water will be limited and need time to reheat. No sound proof wall. No cleaning room. And its not shopping area just so you know. Other than that. Everything is as reviews so we had a very joyful stay. For breafast and stuffs, 7-eleven is at ground floor so super convenient. Will stay again!

The hotel is located in a great area, just a short walk from the metro station and many restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that the room was a bit small, but overall I had a great stay. I liked that the hotel has a microwave oven and access to drinkable water.

Perfect location for a stay in Downtown Seoul. We enjoyed the stay very much. The Hostel is currently renovating the lobby. Staff is very friendly and the location is priceless. My daughter lost her I-Pad there and the manager informed us to pick it up or post it to us. The rooms are simple but for a city stay fine. Nice bakery, restaurants and Palasts only 2 minute walk away

This hostel has a great location. What this hostel needs is some investment in sound isolation. My Gosh, is middle of the night and I can hear my upper neighbor snoring ( not to talk about all the other sounds, it seems like we all live in the same room 🤣) Also guys, the mini fridge makes the sounds of the tractor, highly advised to unplug and not use during your stay.

one of the nicest hotel staffs I ever met. They give a bigger room for me and my husband, helps us order halal food and always being so nice and polite. Will love to come back here someday.

Great location, great rooms and the staff is helpful, but not overbearing. There is a 7/11 attached if you need any quick items. Very close to the subway, amazing restaurants and attractions. High value for the money.

The room is clean and has its own restroom. The location is also very accessible to the palaces. There's also a restaurant on the first floor that serves the best fried chicken 👍🏻 plus there's a convenience store beside the hostel. However, they don't have bath towels. They only provide small towels/face towels which you can use to dry yourself. Overall, it's a good hostel with a reasonable price.

Great location, seemingly great facilities, but seriously lacking in necessities. There is no sink in the bathrooms of the dormitory, so I had to use the shower to wash my hands or grab my key and walk across the hall to wash. Even in the bathroom across the hall, there's no hand soap. The beds are great, capsule style with plenty of room. The lockers are also very spacious, allowing me to store all my luggage. Cleanliness was an issue. There were dirty tissues in my bed when I arrived, and trash in the locker. Two toilets had no toilet paper, so I thought I had to buy my own (like the hand soap). Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff was also exceedingly pleasant. All in all, I would probably stay here for one night again, but it would be terrible for a long-term stay.

Nicely decorated room with 3 single beds. Rain shower in bathroom. Washing machine available. Small fridge available. No room cleaning cos it is a hostel. Near to eating places. Place your dustbin outside if you want it to be emptied.

Very clean, modern hostel with all the mod cons. Small but well formed, like most in Seoul. Slight mix up with the booking, but helpful staff helped resolve it swiftly... Can't ask for much more, great value for money.

The hotel was really nice. They have a good service and location. The room was also nice and really worth the price your paying. The subway was a walking distance and you also have restaurants and souvenir shops near it.
