Best place to buy pet food. I bought the products online before e.g. Shopee. Since I am a return customer online, I am now happy that their physical store also managed well. So many pet foods to choose from, and their employees are friendly and helpful. All pet foods are original. I also signed up for membership, got 5% discount. I'll return again to buy more stuffs here. Thank you.

My first time cat boarded here. Good place and friendly staff. Btw any booking shall be thru the office call only. For grooming, they have one at Pulau Meranti branch.

The staff are very kind. They responded with details to the question that was asked. Price slightly higher compared to other pet stores. However, grateful to have 1 pet store that is focused on all of the animals because most of the pet stores in Taman Putra Perdana focus on cats.

Good promotion and good staf

The price is fine, their products are all good, staff were accommodating, but sometimes people like to be left alone to browse and I found that they tend to follow the customers, and otherwise, its a pet shop that doesn't allow dogs to enter because of their staff. That was something peculiar and odd but okay.
