Came here for Iftar and to celebrate my other half's birthday. Wonderful arrays of food selections are available. Just some.comments on the Ikan bakar station. I took the crabs and udang but its not as fresh. Maybe the Hotel should change supplier 😅.. the teh tarik is superb, I'm not actually a teh tarik fan but I had 3 cups of it! Its not as sweet as Mamak's teh tarik! Its creamy with the sweetness that is not overpowering. Love the THAI BEEF SOUP, can be found at the soup station.. spicy and aromatic, can taste the spoces and the beef inside the soup is super tender! It has pizza and roasted beef and kambing golek as well.YUMSS😍

Lack of Malaysian main dish, I'd say. They served us Nasi Lemak and Mi Goreng. Nasi Lemak was perfect! But Mi Goreng was unfortunately salty 😐 There was also fresh roti canai served but was quite hidden that I only noticed it towards the end of the breakfast hour. The curry taste was strong, which I like, but was also annoyingly salty 😐 I love siew mai, popia, porridge, all at the eggstation (the chef was excellent), teh tarik (the best teh tarik ever), and cereals (the choice of cereals was enormous). There was myriad choice of pastries too and I love scone the most. Red velvet cupcake was however, quite dry 🙁 Oh, and the chairs were somehow not pleasant to see. Has a lot of stains. Though I am sure that it's already cleaned, but for a 5 star hotel, I'm sure more effort on maintenance could be done. The service from the staffs were outstanding 👍👏👏 very efficient, attentive and informative. A 5 star service indeed. All in all, for a breakfast buffet of RM60 per pax, I can say that it was an 'okay' experience because the key to a lovely experience of a breakfast is food. Perhaps, I could rate it 5/5 if there wasn't much menu that was salty.

Booked birthday staycation through bonvoy apps . Such excellent service provided by the mph . I booked for executive package . Stay at executive floor 12 private floor with executive lounge . My package inc afternoon tea and evening cocktail. Staff at exec lounge friendly and explain well to me for complimentary given . Hotel quite old however well maintain the value. Breakfast really superb with plenty of choices. They give me surprise room decoration and cakes for my birthday . Thank you so much . My kids enjoy the pool and slide . They have family game at the poolside . They also have kiddies world for kids to having their playtime and watch movies . However hopefully the hotel can well maintain the kiddies world with new toys/facilities. I ordered in room dining as complimentary rm45 for my room .the fattucine carbonara and chocolate ice cream was delicious . They know how to satisfied the guest . The waiting time also reasonable compared to others. So far I'm so happy and definitely will come back for staycation .

Room are spacious & clean. Building need to refurbish. Nice swimming pool, recreation club & great full service spa with nice ambience. Spa with indoor, gym & outdoor jacuzzi with steam & sauna facilities. Great choices of breakfast buffet, business centre facilities, huge ballroom, coffee lounge at the entrance, kiddies zone, 3 pools with jacuzzi, kids pools and adult pool. There is a shutter to IOI mall and erl station nearby every half and hour. IOI mall is just 200m away from the hotel. A nice staycation or weekend getaway from city. Value for money & strongly recommended

1 star given on the parking from carpark is under maintenance or upgrading. Not friendly for elderly or single girls by walking up the staircase from parking to hotel lobby. Marriot hotel considering a 5 star hotel, but the overall experience doesn't feels the value. Lack of maintenance on the surrounding, facilities, painting etc

A great place to stay and to have functions. Guest service beyond expectation. The executive lounge on 12th floor is a lovely place to relax with outdoor terrace for a pleasant evening under the night skies. The largest shopping mall in Malaysia, IOI City Mall is just 5 mins walk from the hotel. Love the big lounge on ground floor to chill and listen to live band.

My son is a medical student, studying at Malaysia and as a governmental rule he is quarantined for 14 days before going to his college. I booked for him Putrajaya Marriott Hotel, and was supposed covering meals (three meals). They gave him one meal, and refused to bring him room service even with an extra charge. This is not a way to treat a guest, who paid extra for better service. It is not even away to treat a prisoner. Not keeping in mind that he is just a teenager away from home and his family during the holidays. Is asking for a decent meal too much to ask, even with extra payment. Shame on you Putrajaya Marriott Hotel. Not recommended for taking care for our children abroad. I can not understand how this duty manager taking such orders for just a young kid. They should know that they have families supporting them. I told them that I will call the police as well to file an official complaint as this considered a form of discrimination and abuse of foreigner in their hotel so they can send food to my son at his room, and not to wait for 24 hours according to their unjust rules during the holidays.

Currently pool is under maintenance, and some part of the hotel also is under maintenance. But they still provide u transport to le meridien or palm garden swimming pool. Room breakfast is a yum! I love their sambal udang! A+. Room a little bit small however the bed is super comfy.

Gorgeous and classic hotel. If you like conventional classic 5 star hotel, this should be one of the best in Malaysia. Renovation was given two years go back.

Lunch and dinner here. Got seafood, Malay, Indian and Japanese cuisine. Others yet to explore since I just eat a little. If you in keto diet, you will not worry about food choice because the hotel provide variates of keto food such as seafood, fat and protein base foods.

The place is a bit old, came for relative graduation celebrations. Food varieties are lots, but the taste are just ok. Anyway I not paying for the lunch, can’t complain much. XD

Good selections for Hi Tea Buffet and Dinner Buffet. Service could be fixed a little bit. Staff might overlook you so sometimes it's hard to get their attention.

Service was tiptop. Great atmosphere. Food we had has a few issues. Prawns were old. Squishes just by touching it. Did not dare to try it. Lamb station was too slow. Only 1 tongs being shared between 500 people making the line unnecessarily long and slow. Sauce was cold.

Hotel a bit old but the rooms are fantastic, especially the showers. Service is acceptable but room service slow. Hotel breakfast/dinner Food is delicious. Will recommend

Went for weekend ramadan buffet. Food: Wide spread. Soft lamb grill, mee rebus gearbox, lidah lembu bakar, kerang black pepper, varieties of ikan bakar with delicious sambal. Dessert : so-so Environment: It's weekend, so there's many people, need to que to get food. Service: waitress was fast in clearing up plates. Parking: after 7 it's 12 flat rate, valet parking is 23 Overall good, but hope there's improvement on the dessert.
