Had a very nice experience here! The workers there are very friendly and the queue to get in was very fast. They give you free stocking and glove which COMPULSORY TO WEAR. You are free to get in and out from the park as long as you still got the ticket so don't worry. Overall, there's nothing I can complaint since everything went smoothly. Very recommended if you want to experience some adventure. Oh, I forgot to say that make sure your height and weight is compatible so that you can play a lots games.

Use Klook, sign up for a new account and pay RM 55 for a weekend experience (us adults are only free then anyway) 1. Lockers are easy to use but they cost you RM 10 at least for the small ones. 2. You can bring your phones/ small items but there are some obstacles where they’d ask you to empty your pockets 3. Use the gloves and socks provided, if not bring your own. They are equipped with rubber grips so that it may aid your movements during the obstacle courses. 4. Recommended route: Maze, Roller Glider, Tubby Ride, Ninja Warrior Course, Trampolines, Sky Trail, Free Fall, Power Station ( we did all of these from 11:00 am - 2:30 pm) 5. Some of the obstacles closes earlier at 6:30 pm; come earlier as the crowds pour in after lunch. 5. Slides there might fit adults but “breaks your bones” since you knock the sides all the way down. (It’s fun though) Hardest: Sky Trail Easiest: Tubby Ride Overall, an enjoyable experience! Generally, - Don’t push your kids to do some activities if they’re not ready for them - Be considerate to the crew members as we can see that some of them might still be kind/ nice but on the brim of frustration at times. - You are not allowed to back flip at the trampolines We loved it!

We had so much fun here ! Totally worth it. Staffs inside are friendly, helpful, professional and easygoing - except for the front desk (not too friendly) the activities are pretty adventurous for beginner but safe and MUST try. I would rate 4/5 on the difficulty level. So it’s totally not your regular ’fun’ activities. Don’t forget to wear sportswear and sport shoes is compulsory! They provide locker, small @RM10, big @RM30 - pretty pricey but u could use all day long.

Went today with a few friends..went almost 12pm..bought the tickets in Klook for RM60, walk in price is RM64..Non active(parents/guardians) not allowed to do activities ticket price is RM10..lockers are available..small locker RM10 and big locker RM20..not really crowded maybe during weekdays..just a few companies had their team building/team activities..didn't really waited in queue for any activities..the staffs are really friendly and helpful..gave a clear safety briefings for those activities that need the briefings..make sure to wear something comfortable and airy..sportswear recommended with sport shoes..anti slip socks and gloves are given in the counter(no extra charges)..need to sign a liability form before entering the activity area at customer service.. Overall really enjoyed the activities! Thanks to the staffs..😁😍

Quite a fun place, take note on few things. There are weight and height limit for games. It is not suitable for kids and people that are over weight. Therefore, the game option becomes somewhat less. Still it can be real fun

My kids visited District 21 in IOI City Mall for their class excursion and they had an amazing time. As a parent, I was thrilled to see them having so much fun and enjoying the various activities at this indoor adventure park. The park has a futuristic design and a wide range of adrenaline-fueled activities, including a high-ropes course, trampoline park, ninja warrior course, and a roller glider ride. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that my kids and their classmates had a fun and safe experience. However, I want to note that parents with younger children should be aware that kids shorter than 150cm will not be allowed to play some activities. While there are plenty of other activities for younger children, such as the trampoline park and virtual reality experience, it's important to keep this restriction in mind when planning your visit. My kids particularly enjoyed the roller glider, which takes you soaring through the air. They also had a great time at the virtual reality experience. Overall, I highly recommend District 21 for a fun day out with kids. It's an amazing place to challenge yourself physically and have some fun with friends and family. The park's indoor location makes it a great option for rainy days or when you're looking to beat the heat. Just remember to check the height restrictions before planning your visit.

My son have so much fun here, thanks to the front counter who inform me buy one ticket free one for those who was born in january. Personally i think superpark more fun and enjoyable compare this, but the good thing this place huge and the game more challenging. Please come early during weekdays day too avoid crowd and more time to play compare spent time on queue.

One-of-a-kind place to go as a tram or family to do some physically challenging things in a safe environment. The staff is very helpful and cordial. This was the 3rd time been here and it's still exciting.

Awesome place to bring kids or group of friends. A lot of fun stations and obstacles that you can play. Per pax is about RM80 if weekend. But if you buy ticket through Klook, can get for 70. You can walk in as well. The ticket/wristband last for a whole day, so you can go out and eat and come back, no problem as long as you wear the wristband. You'll get gloves and socks. They got locker for your stuff but have to pay. They have toilets inside the premise and it's pretty clean. They have vending machines too in case very thirsty. All the games in there are fun, especially the climbing walls. The free fall is a must try if you wanna know how it feels to fall off from high places. A lot of ppl queued up for that, wore the safety equipment, stand on the ledge but last minute decides not to jump and chickened out. But that's the fun of it, it's all about testing your limits while having fun. Highly recommended 👍 but please wear sports attire when coming here. Don't wear casual like jeans or something. Too many ppl come and play, thinking it's a walk in a park when it's not. Haha. So please dress suitably to play these activities.

Buy ticket through online around RM70 and it worth the price. There are trampoline, maze, power station (wall climbing), high ropes, ninja course and many more. So much fun and you can repeat many times. And recommended for you to start with the easiest like trampoline and maze as warm up before you try others activities.

Had so much fun in here! I bought the ticket through Klook, so it's slightly cheaper. I think the price worth the experiences. The staffs are all helpful and friendly. My friend and I went on Tuesday, so there are not so many people, no need to queue for any games. But, make sure to check your heights and weight as they have restrictions on that. They have lockers which prices varies depending to its sizes. And not to worry, you can enter and exit as many times you wish for lunch breaks as long the access is on the same day.

Fun.safe activity for children.Last week , me and my friends bought ticket through klook around Rm50/person. Quite disappointed with some activity that required 155cm while me 152cm🤭😌 . That pretty staff lady is polite and patiently help us wear safety harness for wall climbing. Can play for all day

Getting tickets at the front desk took some time. Staff were friendly. But not all attractions were open at all times, due to insufficient manpower, hence creating long lines when not really necessary. Some people were afraid to do certain activities like Free Fall but were given lots of time to just stand there and block the whole line. People should be given a fixed duration, say 2 min to decide to jump or give up. Oh the helmets were smelly. Management needs to invest in simple thing like Frebreze to eliminate odor and ensure good hygiene.

Was fun and didn't be mention tht u can play til 6pm only, plus when we enter thr was so much company staff until we unable to play most of the games in thr, was so dissapointing. For whom over 80kg over 155cm i won't recommend thm as some of the games can't be played. So far thats all we enjoyed but its kinda of a dangerous as well, so i won't reccomend for unactive people because u can get hurt easily in any activity like me(still knee & neck pain). If u go on birthday month, u can get free entry. Rm64 mon to fri & 80 on saturdy sunday. Honest review, but was soo fun. Go early

Bought the one-day pass at Klook with a slightly lower price. Not every game is suitable for everyone because certain games require a lot of stamina. Make sure you are well trained with your body and stamina before entering the park. Staff there are friendly and well trained as well.

Indoor extreme park that can thrill and wreck your nerve! Suitable for kids and adults because they provide both sections. Many activities that surely will exhaust you. The staffs are well experienced, friendly and don't worry, the safety is their priority. Recommended to come when the premise is not full with people because then you can enjoy the activities by yourself. There's other facilities provided such as lockers, benches, vending machine and, you can enter back the premise when you exit. Worth my money!

Great indoors for kids to play around. Various types of activities for reasonable prices and with great professional support team. Not crowded since the place is huge and plenty of room to move around. Decent amenities including vending machines & lockers. Have to carry some loose change to use to lockers and vending machines though.

A great experience without much crowd. However, I feel that the attractions could have been more with such entry price, to cater to the younger kids in trying out, such as the ninja warrior course etc. The management should also consider looking into maintaining the structures and equipment to make this attraction last even longer as we could see that some of the equipment and safety belay starts to deteriorate.

    - Short queue even when I come during the weekend - If you are afraid of height, this is quite challenging! - Staffs are friendly and helpful, they did briefing with training before we are allowed to do the "High Ropes" - Can spend half a day here, place is not very big, u can see all the attractions in one view - Great place to visit for a short weekend break, but won't consider to revisit 😳 (I'm afraid of heights!)

Overpriced during school holidays. During normal days also overpriced. Perhaps mgmt can consider to lower the ticket price. Staff are friendly. Overall this place is clean (socks and glove provided during my visit. Thank you for that). Except the helmet provided may have some hygiene issue. Suggest to have something given to all to cover our head.

A lot of fun. We came on last day of 2019, at the end of school holiday. Open at 10 am because of school holiday. Normal weekday they open at 12 pm until 8 pm. On normal weekend open at 10 am until 8 pm. Ticket price is RM80 per person. We use Celcom voucher and get discount 50% for second ticket. Because my kids is under 18 years old, they need parent to look after as non-active. I need to pay RM10 for it. For active, they provide socks and gloves. If you have valuable things they also provide locker for you. Small locker is RM10 and big locker RM20 for whole day. The staff is helpful. The environment is safe and clean. One of basketball at trampoline is already oval shape. One of the jumpsuit(red) at power station already tear. Please replace it. Over all, it's a great experience and my kids love it!

Kids and adult was having fun and super exhausted after the climbing. Had bit disappointed with staff Name AMIRUL. I brought 2 kids age 8 to Que for this high rope session and I need to excuse myself to the washroom. While coming back, is our turn to go in for the session. This staff rudely said that I cut Que! How can you say that to a mum bringing 2 kids and need to go washroom for a bit? Even others queuing also know and they let me in. In the end you ask me to join because you felt bad? No, I won’t come in. I want you to be responsible if 2 of my 8 years old kids got hurt! You haven’t become parents and you don’t understand parents feeling. What goes around comes around when you have a family Amirul! Overall special thanks to other staffs that help to look after my kid when my eye can only handle one at a time.

went there on a saturday. surprisingly it was not as crowded as i thought. very much recommend going there early to get a head start in some of the courses. you'll get a pair of complimentary gloves and socks that are compulsory to wear. lockers are also available but need to pay around rm10 for a small locker. i recommend just using the small locker for 3 person since it already have enough space. toilets are also available in the area. wear comfortable sportswear since you'll be doing lots of activities that require you to move freely. t shirts and tracksuits are very much suitable. baju muslimah i don't recommend much because you'll be required to put on harnesses in some games so wearing a busana muslimah can make it difficult for you to move. staffs and crews were super helpful and comforting. even if you're scared, they'll comfort you and make sure that you'll be okay 😂 i recommend going to the trampolines, maze, roller glider and tubby ride first. and then finish off with the high ropes, power station and ninja course. the latter ones require a lot of energy so be sure to reserve as much energy as you can to finish everything. some games have weight/height requirements so do check beforehand. most games need you to empty your pockets. there are vending machines available in the area but you'll need to pay rm3 for a mineral water. so bring one of your own if you must 😅 the games there are mainly those that challenge your braveness of height. so if you're scared of heights, i really don't recommend going there. also, exercises and stretches are recommended before going into the games because not exercising beforehand can make you have muscle cramps 😂

First of all, mostly girl staff are not friendly and even look at me with masam malas layan faces? That’s not nice okay? I know you guys are tired but i work in customer services to which is i know how does it feels like, so please improve more. Being polite and nice is free you know? Maybe you guys should consider hiring someone who is more fun and energytic so they can also entertain us. Even my guy friend saying the girl staff are soo kerek? :/ smile a bit la? Buat orang tak ada mood nak main. And not all of us berani but at least we wanted to try so give some support and at least say nice thing??? We paid expensive kot bukan ya murah. Overall bad customer service.

Great fun for 3 adults like us. The high ropes was most fun and scary. Wear sports shoes. As for ride limitation, each ride has different weight and height limitation. In general adults can do most rides apart from one or 2. It is in IOI mall.

You have to be at least 155cm tall to play every activity, though all the in-the-air course is gonna be extremely hard if you're shorter than 170cm as your feet can hardly reach the next step. We went during the weekday, and they have a newbie briefing us the above the ground course, it made us questioned the safety of the course more than usual. Overall it's a fun experience, not much team building here as almost all courses are done alone, so it's recommended to come with physically healthy and strong friends, compete time beating the challenges.

Went there for company team building event. Sadly the arrangement of game for company event not much used the facilities in the unit. A bit felt like the ticket is total waste. Those activities host by them could be done in normal spacious area. By the way by watching other guest was having great fun. They have flying fox, rock climbing, trampoline and more.

District21 is a first of its kind, apocalypse themed Adventure Park located at IOI City Mall Putrajaya. Comprising 10 prominent attractions and 8 function rooms, District21 also offers an ideal venue for corporate team building events, school group visitations and birthday parties. Void of 'passive' rides, the credo of District21 is Fun, Passion, and its Participation requires the engagement of the entire family. Incorporating 10 adventure attractions, many of which have never been seen in Asia, District21 offers activities for all visitors to get you climbing, jumping, riding, sliding and flying. District21 is recognized by Malaysia Book of Record with 5 records: 1. The First Indoor Pump Track in Malaysia. 2. The First Indoor Ropes Course for Children in Malaysia. 3. Entrance fees are RM58 on weekdays and RM76 on weekends while admission is free for wheelchair-bound visitors and children below 90cm in height. Extremely unprofessional in the events of an injury. No paramedics or medically trained personnel available. Did not take the injuries my friend sustained seriously. Some of the staff were laughing and singing while my friend was in pain on the floor of the course. Was told that there have been multiple injuries while doing the ninja course tapi course ni still tak tutup. Sebelum buat ninja course, kami ada minta salah seorang staff worker untuk buat demonstration tapi dia taknak sebab dia sendiri pernah dapat injury. One of the staff dekat the power station made unnecessary comments and made us feel uncomfortable while wall climbing. I would appreciate it if District 21 can improve in the future by making sure ALL the courses are safe and i urge the staff to be trained kalau ada emergency atau accident yang berlaku di District 21. Sangat mengecewakan.

A decent place to spend half a day if you're adventurous, fairly fit, and are not afraid of heights. You need to sign a waiver before getting your tickets and upon receiving your tickets they will provide grip gloves and socks which you must wear for the activities. Some sections will require people to come in batches and the wait can be fairly long. You will be provided protective gear for most activities, though the helmets were really smelly and really unpleasant, it would be great if they could clean it properly after each use or provide disposable hair caps to prevent sweat drenching the helmets. Also I'd like to emphasize again to the people who are afraid of heights to not go on attractions like the free fall, saw too many people trying and giving up after contemplating for 10 mins and obstructing the whole queue just because they would not jump. Most of the staff there were friendly and patient and very helpful making the experience much more enjoyable.

The place is perfect for family activities as well as for the youth. The prices are also reasonable and the opening hours are also quite good but, there's only the issue of them not updating or posting about maintenance works or upgrading facilities. Very friendly staff. Faiz was the first person I spoke to when i enter the power station. He will explain to you step by step and play around with you/joke around. Worth for the price and time. Try to be early and try out power station first when it empty. After 1PM this area will be the most crowded station, which is good because they allow only limited number of people in for rock climbing (power station). Then go for High ropes (need a lot of strength and will be challenging for girls but worth to try). They provide socks and gloves + locker + clean private toilets. Will definitely visit again.

Want to try rock climbing , I suggest you come and try it in district 21. Don’t go to professional rock climbing place first , cause one entry for that is RM60+base . Only base ! And you might not like it , so why waste your time and money to try something u might not like .With the base price, In district 21 you can try rock climbing and also have other extremely fun like high line walking, something like flying fox, free fall and many else. What I love best was their service, all of their worker are so friendly. So don’t be shy and just chat with them, they will give you tips and more fun way to enjoy the place ♥️

A fun place for adult and kids! For adult just try every checkpoint, especially the high ropes, it was really scary for me, but it was a good experience to finish the whole challenge! In my opinion, it has just a few checkpoints to play with, and the place was not as big as what I expected for a playground. I think the place will be more interesting if there can be a few more high challenge checkpoint for adult. Overall still worth a try!

This place gave you the Ninja Warriors vibe. Most of the attraction use your upper body strength, so i think it is most suitable for fit people only. If you are a parent and just want to watch, you can pay much lesser.

Had fun with my primary school children. They like the Free Fall very much and tried many rounds. I tried all games except those for kids and the High Rope course which was a super long wait. Another long wait was the Platform however I managed to play 2 rounds with kids. All games were challenging though especially the Ninja course. I tried the Sky Rider as well and it was a super exciting one! It's an individual roller coaster without seat!

It would be great if there's customer service to lead us around what should be play first. As first timer to be there, it's really a blur. Games won't let you play for more than 3hours as there's limited facilities and down for maintenance. Overall good place for short hang out and challenge yourself

Engaging in warm-up exercises beforehand is recommended for any activity. If you're 155 cm or taller and weigh between 45 kg and 80 kg, it's likely that you can take part in all the activities. Starting off with the high rope is suggested, given its significant level of intensity.

I personally enjoyed the rides in the place, along with my cousins. I had great fun. Some staff members that were fun and nice, but two members were rude to us. One made fun of us and said “Why am I in Malaysia if I can’t speak malay properly”. And another one was constantly angry at us for almost no reason. I understand that I wasn’t listening to his instructions properly, but that doesn’t mean you had to call me ”blur” Rides were fun? But some staff need to be more polite??????

The rides are super super fun and adventurous. Especially the floating obstacles. The rides I would give a 5/5 The staff however, aren't fun. The ones taking care of the tube slides and flying fox were not friendly at all. I said thanks to one of them and she just ignored me. Another time, I went on the flying fox. After a few minutes, I went back in there and they guy that helped me unbuckle me scolded me for not saying I wanted to go again. Literally what??? Please change your staff on the left side of the park. I don't want to see more children getting scolded at for being children. The staff is give a 0/5

(Translated by Google) There are a variety of play facilities and the kids really like it. It is well equipped with safety facilities, so you can spend your children freely. On the other hand, there are plenty of activities or key limits to digest. The children complain about the different allowances.

a good place to come during holidays. i came here with my family and cousins. they were so happy to play. the staff here is super friendly and energetic. very helpful and informative. my family want me to bring them again here in the future. but the downside is the clealiness is quite bad. i think it because of the customers that bring kids. anyway i had fun. a bit pricey but it worth to pay for

Highly engaging activities. My kids aged 7 and 10 can play non-stop as it is challenging. High elements, trampoline, simple low ropes, free fall, etc. Most important of all, the staff here are responsible, friendly and they cheer on the participants to overcome the obstacles. Parents can take turns to supervise the kids as they explore the mall. Lots of things to do. Best indoor playground i must say. Awesome!

An awesome place to spend with family and a group of friends. Located inside IOI city mall in Putrajaya. The price is the same for adults and kids. They do have non active pass cost RM10 for younger kids or parents that do not want to take part.

You won't feel as safe to play inside. Even you injured they don't have anything that could treat you. All equipments are not properly secured I.e. MAZE is not covered to protect players

Went on school holiday. Booked tikets online and gotten RM10 off each (RM70 instead of RM80). Showed digital copy upon registration. Entered at 11.30am and left at 3pm. Number of people peaked around 12.30-2pm. Staffs are friendly, supportive and patient even when we took time to do some of the challenges. It was a pity that some challenges were in repair. Be aware of minimum height requirement of 155cm for Ninja Course Warrior, Sky Trail & Roller Glider. I wasn't able to enjoy these challenges but was satisfied with all clear explanations given by all staffs at those stations. Good job.

Serviceable. Not for adrenaline junkie. Cons: -Paid arcade. Should have been made free for customer. -What attraction? Nothing to do here really. -Not as extreme as the advertisement suggest, childish even. -Needlessly long queue & waiting time. Waited for an hour and ended up doing something else. Pros: -Trampoline. Never knew I needed this in my life. -Sky glider. At least the queue was bearable. The only 'extreme' thing here. Swings you back and forth. Be careful to not lose your grip here. Verdict: Didn't get my money worth here.

Indoor amusement centre that provide comprehensive range of fun and exciting activities that suitable for adults and kids. The centre is well maintained, staffs are friendly and well trained. Most importantly, strict SOP and safety measures are followed. Located in a shopping mall with ample parking lots n restaurants. Definitely a good place for those young at heart and looking for adrenaline rush.
