5 star hotel, 1 star service. Reached the hotel at 4pm and queued to check in until 4.30 and was informed that the room is not ready. Had to wait for the room to be “ready” whatever that means. We asked the the receptionist approximately how long would we need to wait they said “ as soon as possible”. Again, what does that even mean? We have a wedding to attend at 6pm and the wife have not even showered and gotten ready. You know how women take. As of writing this review it is 5.37pm and we have 23 minutes until the wedding starts. So please for me and wish me good luck. And thanks a lot le meridian hotel for this excellent service.

We had family dinner at Le Mei restaurant on 2 Oct 2021. The food was amazing. However, there was no prayer room for hotel guests. The prayer room is only for the staffs. We need to walk to IOI Mall to pray and the que was very long. Given the limited time for Maghrib prayer, we prayed under the escalator at hotel car park. That was the only hotel so far we visited during pandemic that did not provide prayer room for hotel guests. And may be our last visit to this hotel too.

Absolutely will come back again no doubt its a bit expensive. They Managed to surprised my kids when entering the room with full of balloons. They just made our day better. Rooms view was great pool and golf view , service was good check in. All staff was tentative. Kudos to the management . Well done!!

Superb, you can have huge varieties of breakfast. Very professional staff, very secured, all time and on time taxi. Very well supportive. When I went to the hotel for check-in, my card did not work, i did not have cash, they still allowed me to check-in saying pay in the evening and have a good rest. Thank you for the great service.

The breakfast buffet here is a delightful mix of continental flavors, offering plenty of variety to satisfy all tastes. And let's talk about lunch, it never fails to impress! The service is top-notch! I remember checking out early but needing to run some errands at the mall. They kindly let me leave my belongings with them, and that gesture truly made me appreciate their outstanding hospitality. It's the little things that make a big difference! Oh, and don't miss out on the rooftop amenities—a swimming pool, gymnasium, and a bar with an amazing view. Despite being surrounded by high-rise buildings, the scenery is still breathtaking. The location is perfect if you're looking to enjoy a staycation with shopping and lots of place to eat from the mall next door. Club lounge is the best in town. Only the check-in/checkout process could be better considering it is a five star hotel ...

One of the best hotels I’ve experienced so far. The room was great and the bathroom is really spacious. I just hope they implement the same as other Marriott hotels wherein drinking water will be given in glass instead of plastic bottles. As for the breakfast, it’s has wide variety and can even pass as lunch buffet. Added to the great experience that the items in minibar are free of charge, and the property is stone away from IOI City Mall.

Excellent location and service. The rooms were spacious . The hotel could use a bit up gradation. The room had a little musty smell but it was ok. The mini bar had a lot of complimentary items like chips, various kind of drinks, which the kids enjoyed. It was connected to the ICOI mall hence e all the restaurants and shops were literally steps away. Would recommend.

Very good hotel with great corporate rates. Friendly staffs and spacious room. The bathroom has a glass wall to see through the room TV (however the bathtub doesn't stop water fully). Breakfast is fancy.

Love it. . Stayed at many many hotels in KL, always wanted to try this hotel. However my plan was interrupted due to Covid, now finally able to try it out. . Checking in on Monday, greeted with welcoming and friendly staff. Whole check in process was efficient and staff took his time to explain all the facilities that I could use. . Room is mordern, very spacious and clean. . Room service is also very nice, delicious and not over priced. . But what made this hotel special is it’s swimming pool. Not sure whether is because I am staying on weekday, I am the only guest using it for the 4 times I used it during my stay. Surprised about that and really enjoyed my time there. It’s an infinity pool with chic design. . Minibar in room is also complimentary, not sure is it apply to all room types. It included some juices, soft drink, soda water, Evian and some dry snacks. Love it😄 . However, hope the hotel could upgrade their TV in room. Is comparatively small compare to other hotels with same standard and not HD enough. . Overall, nice stay and definitely come back

Very convenient for Cyberjaya and Putrajaya. Nice clean modern comfortable room in the usual Le Méridien style. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, there is good selection but felt a bit devoid of atmosphere. The mega mall next door is great if you want to shop, don't even have to go outside as it is linked. The mall has brand outlet shops among the normal shops.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the buffet at a hotel that boasted a wide variety of food options, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. First of all, the variety of food available was truly staggering. There were stations for every type of cuisine you could think of, from western to Asian to Middle Eastern, and everything in between. And within each station, there were numerous dishes to choose from, so you could really try a little bit of everything. But what really set this buffet apart from others I've experienced was the quality of the food. Despite the sheer volume of dishes available, everything I tried was fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared. Whether I was sampling sushi, digging into a plate of pasta, or savoring some roasted vegetables, each bite was a delight. In addition, the ambiance of the dining area was lovely, with plenty of space to sit and enjoy your meal without feeling cramped or rushed. And the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that guests had everything they needed to fully enjoy their dining experience. While enjoying our meal, I was entertained by lively local artist singing a lovely traditional song. Overall, I would highly recommend this buffet to anyone looking for a wide variety of delicious, high-quality food in a comfortable and welcoming environment. I can't wait to go back and try even more dishes!

Stayed during Ramadan. Got the buffet experience for iftar. Was packed with people, little space to moved around. However we enjoyed the delicious varieties of food options. Nice cozy clean rooms. Yet not very sound proof, could hear alarms from next room. But we enjoyed out stay 👍🏼

Overall was a very nice experience. Got an upgrade to a family room. Very spacious and luxurious. However, I stepped on a piece of popcorn near the couch area. Cleaners need to be more attentive when cleaning up the rooms. Also did asked for replenishment of soaps, etc. They removed a bathrobe and didn't replace a new one. But did so when we called and asked to be sent a new one. Front desk staffs were very helpful and pleasant. No problem there. Breakfast buffet can have a little improvement as the taste were just okay to me. They did a good job at following the SOP and assign guests to the most suitable table for your pax. Flow was good, not too crowded.

Parking - We are visiting our mom here so just parked our car at IOI city mall (nearest is zone A /B) and from there we just walk to GF. There are signboard indicates the main lobby connecting from the mall. The hotel guest got there own hotel parking. Hotel room - The 2 single bed room is huge. Our kids love it because they can play and running freely inside the rooms. There are bath tub that can be seen from the glass wall. Love the variety of body wash and shampoo given. Facilities- gym and pool open during our arrival. But for pool we have to make reservation before enter. Kids club not yet resume. Food - we have dinner there. So far all the food is superb. Overall - hope can come again here. The location beside the mall are very convinient to find food or shopping. Thank you

The location is a bit far from the city central but very convenient as the hotel is connected to a big shopping mall which you can directly access. You may stay all day long here by coming and going between the hotel and the mall. We stayed in a suite room using an upgrade reward from Marriott. The room was super spacious but just large in my opinion... The furniture is a bit old and the balance of its layout is questionable given the large space of the room. It was good to have soft drinks and snacks in the fridge for free. It may be much better if there were a coffee machine. The food at the restaurant and club lounge is so good, I would recommend having breakfast when you stay here. All the staff are polite, kind and friendly. We will come back here!

Our go-to hotel during and post covid to stay sane. Modern interior design room with great atmosphere. With variety of buffet choices, you just could not stop eating. Tried the fresh oyster on every visit but still my taste bud couldn’t take it. You get discount with certain credit card. Hotel is connected to the now biggest shopping mall.

My only gripe is that for the high amount of money I paid for this special kind of room to bring the big family over for a weekend staycation, I am not seeing that it's an upgrade or extra from the standard business traveler room. Other than that, the location is excellent and the service is superb. Largely because of IOI Mall.

Lovely stay at Le Meridien. Wide selection of breakfast spread, good facilities, friendly concierge, fast service from housekeeping, free and seamless parking (register car plate number during check in, no revalidation needed), the bathroom amenities smells amazing and free snacks at minibar. Minor maintenance needed for the room.

Personally, one of the best in Putrajaya. Though relatively a bit far from most of the attractions of Putrajaya, its strong point is that it is connected to the largest shopping mall in Putrajaya - The IOI The hotel has simple, modern design and is mostly quiet and not crowded. Has a moderately large swimming pool and good basic facilities Rooms design follows the simple, modern theme, clean, spacious and has big bathrooms. Very comfortable beds and pillows too Check in was a bit slow, but perhaps that doesn't happen often due to we book the hotel quite late. They've compensated that though with a quick checkout

This hotel is very good in almost all of the aspects. The rooms are big, the hotel is modern, the breakfast is very good, and the mall next to it is very good. The only point that I can say is about the cleaning of bathroom. In the shower the joints of silicon that should be white they were black already, so it makes the bathroom feel dirty.

The hotel was nice and comfortable. Modern interiors and in clean condition. The view from our room is overlooking a golf course. The hotel staff was very helpful and even helps to refrigerate our cake cause the fridge in our room was too small for the cake. Plenty of free parking space. You can directly go to ioi mall from the hotel cafe at ground floor lobby.

It's a good place to conduct a conference

A really great hotel in Putrajaya — great service, great location (if you come to Putrajaya), attached to a great shopping mall where you can buy anything, and great bar at the ground level. It’s not easy to find a pub/bar in the area so the hotel is nice to have a bar on the ground floor. The room is wonderful and the food is great. It’s also a good location for conferences.

Had quite an unpleasant stay recently at the hotel with my husband and 1yo son. The room was alright but the services was terrible. We reached at 2.15pm trying to have early checkin. They processed our check in and payment but was told in the end room is not ready and will call us when it is. So its alright we proceed to wait since the check in time is 3pm. However, when we came back 3.30pm to our surprised that when we asked from our reversation the personnel seems blur and we still have to wait for another 10mins for our room instead of getting our room immediately. The staff english was quite poor as we asked for extra bottled water but we were given salted butter and certain common request was not addressed and when asked to speak with manager, kathy, but she avoided us. The room sound proof was quite bad disturbing out night sleep. Upon check out we asked about our carpark fee and was told that they have registered our car and will allow us to go out upon exit at carpark. When we at exit point we were asked to make payment and called the intercom it was told that our car was not registered and have not made payment. We showed our payment receipt to the guard but still was asked to go back registration counter to check. At this point am not sure they are servicing us or we are servicing them to create such inconvenience to us as am pregnant and we also having a 1yo at the same time. Had to made a few calls to sort it out instead of the staff settling it between their department. Seems like the their internal system having serious issue and their staffs were not competent and well trained in servicing guest. Overall experience was terrible. The price that we paid did not justify the experience and services at all. Definitely will not revisit again. Stayed at Le meridien pj recently as well but the service there was much more better.

Always love this place. Latest we had a forum here. The tea break was shared with other guests using the forum room at the same floor. But the best is the tea break is there throughout the event. You are free to go in and out enjoying the finger foods.

Stayed here for 2 weeks. Very good room and everything worked. The cleaning was a little bit slow but it was a weekend so I could be accepted. Lounge, very good. Food was OK but would be nice with some more variations. Nice view too from the lounge. It is also very nice that the IOI shopping mall is next door with some very nice shops and restaurants

Very good hotel.. the problem is your pillows.. too soft.. cant even sleep properly.. sigh... Spacious room, free drinks and snacks on the fridge... Check-in and check-out can be long.. hence maybe can improve on that. Overall good stay since its next to IOI mall, Malaysia's biggest right. :-)

Starting to show its age but its location, proximity to the mall and the splendid staff makes up for it. Do keep up with the maintenance and everything would be great. The minibar with Tapping Tapir is superb! The breakfast spread is excellent as usual.

One of the best hotels I've stayed so far🥰 the king room was spacious, the bed was enough for 5 of us😱 it connects to the IOI Mall which will be convenient for those who are looking for some groceries to shop.

My fave staycation just outside the city. Rooms are beautiful, the shopping mall next door is bursting with life and variety and the hotel staff are the best here.

It was a pleasant experience even though check in took quite some time and the booked room was still not ready at 3pm. Buffet breakfast spread was nice, gloves were provided.

The food quality at Latest Recipe had dropped significantly compared with what we had before the pandemic. Their famous steam chicken rice wasn’t as flavourful as before. Chicken was dry and cold. Coffee only black coffee with packaged milk at side for self service. No more latte, cappuccino..etc. Desserts weren’t looking and taste good. Western only the hash brown was good, the rest were meh… Indian cuisine taste funny. Kinda disappointed as a regular here. Overall not worth a visit.

Stayed her for 2 nights and will be staying here again tomorrow. Location is fantastic as IOI city mall is just next door. Check in process was smooth. Staff are extremely helpful. Covid19 procdures are in place and enforced.

Love my stay there. The staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. The food was really good........ i was pleasantly surprised. And going to the mall during non peak hours was a good enjoyable. We felt quite safe as they do practice the new norm... especially the wearing of masks and social distancing..... a very important factor now for anyplace we go.

We stayed here on 21-22 Oct, nice hotel connected to IOI mall. Parking was easy and room was spacious enough. Had to declare our arrival (good adherence to SOP). Efficient and friendly staff except for the receptionist lady on duty that night. Our room got no cold water but she finds it hard to believe our word. But still she sent over a maintenance guy, very polite one. It’s quite late and we had to sent him away so we showered with hot water only. Hope the management team take a good look into this issue and the well being of all room.

It was a great hotel. The room was nice with bathub and spacious which exceed my expectation. It also near to IOI mall which was less than 5 min to walk. However, the hotel parking was limited but i mange to find one slot for my car and it was free. Beside that, i hope the room service food can be improve too as my "Chicken Tandoori" order was not as my expectation and i hope the chef taste it first. But overall it was a good hotel.. I will come again in future. 👍

Good place to stay with family or business. Lobby connected to IOI City Mall so can find good food and shopping easily. Room is spacious, complete with top notch furniture and amenities. Swimming pool is big and has kids pool as well. Unfortunately kids club is still closed due to pandemic sop. Overall experience was great and this was our second time here and my children's love this hotel so much. Surely will visit again soon!

Room and bathroom is spacious and clean. The bathroom has a bathtub and rain shower in the walk-in shower closet. Water pressure is good. The view of the golf course from our room was awesome. Checking-in was a breeze.

Room is spacious for single. Food buffet is quite a fair number of selection. Parking is now free as long as you are a guest, with multiple entries. Staff is friendly and helpful. Mall Is nearby within walking distance

Organized an event at this hotel with room stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Location is just next to a shopping mall. But.......... We were kind of shocked with the quality of service - not at par with Le Meridien KL Sentral where we are more used to. From site recce stage until hotel check out, please buck up and learn about hospitality from your sister hotel.

the room environment was average, might because of high volume of people staying during holiday season. air in the room was not that good, air cond running by centralized system, having some dust flow come out, recommend request an air purifier from counter. staff services are friendly and great, overall 4/5 stars rated.

Good place for Ramadhan buffet. Plenty of food to choose. Nice life band music. Just one thing that i feel little bit unhappy. Because i requested for a plate with Happy Anniversary on it for my wife but i didn't get it.

I love the room with king size bed because of the corner windows 🥰 The bathrooms.... 🌟🌟 only.... not clean especially at all the corners between the walls and the floors. The bath shampoo was not enough....since there is a bath tub 😅 The name is... Le Meridien.... shouldn't have errors like that...😔 Nevertheless... I love the connecting shopping mall..... so many shops 🥰🥰🥰

Room is modern and clean. Good service. Currently, FASA 2, the mall close at 8pm, and hotel fnb close at 9.30pm. Be prepared, as you can't buy food at night.

Food is delicious and variety. Room is comfort and provide all compulsory items. Mini bar is free, only need to paid if you request additional refill. Check out 12pm. Overall this hotel is the best.
