AVOID THIS CLINIC! SEVERELY OVERPRICED MEDICINES WITH INCOMPETENT DOCTORS. I went to this clinic twice (First visit: 18/9. Second visit: 20/9). Both visits were HORRIBLE. I have filed an official complaint on this clinic to Kementerian Kesihatan. The first visit (18/9) was due to my fever, cough and back pain. The doctor suggested for me to do a blood test, which I had declined. He also offered me an MC, which I also declined as I had to go to work for a meeting. Total? RM165.00 for some basic cough syrups, cetrizine, paracetamols etc. I can get the same medicines at a pharmacy for a much, much cheaper price. The second visit (20/9) was also due to my ongoing fever and cough. This time was even worse, as the doctor was extremely rude (DR. NUR NATASHA BT. ZULKIFLI). I requested an MC and she chuckled and scoffed at my face saying “Kita tak jual MC.” Who said I was trying to buy your MC? She even told me to do a blood test AND a nasal swab. To add to her rudeness and incompetence, she had prescribed a nasal drop FOR INFANTS to me. Do I look like an infant to you?? Total was RM105. Please please PLEASE stay away from this severely overpriced clinic! There are so many other clinics around Kota Warisan and Cyberjaya, with more competent doctors that won’t cut your throat.

Went there last Thursday because of muscle ache, sore throat and cough. Was prescribed with pain killer, muscle relaxant and cough syrup. Went again on Monday when I started vomiting and feeling dizzy. Doctor insisted i have ringing in the ear and claim I'm having migraine induced vomiting. And i said i cough out some green phlegm, doctor said i only cough that out once, so i have dry cough. I was too tired to fight because i have been vomiting since afternoon, hence, she prescribed me pain killer, antibiotic, pill for vertigo and anti vomit pill. Went back again next day because my vomiting and dizziness doesnt stop, it got worst, this time a different doctor attend, she claim IV drip can help with my vomiting, hence, i go for it. Desperate to get some relieve. Still, next day, not getting better, i decided to go to a different clinic with all the medication prescribed. The other clinic gave me medication for gastric and bloated. That afternoon itself i was feeling much better. Moral of the story, dont believe in clinic with fancy decoration and big branch, i spend almost RM300 here but didnt get relieve with my illness, another clinic only charge me RM60 and I feel better on the same day itself.

Clinic is clean. Waiting time is okay. However the Dr who attended my daughter must improve on her communication skills. Never interrupt when someone is talking. Being dismissive to the customer(s) in the service industry can be bad for business.

Subject: Disappointing Experience at [Clinic Anda kota warisa ) I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the medical care provided by Dr Nathasyaat at KLINIK ANDA During my recent visit 1/1/2024 time approximately 10.10pm with my mother, I was appalled by the lack of professional guidance and clarity regarding her treatment. It was evident that the doctor seemed unsure about the appropriate course of action for my mother's condition. Instead of providing informed medical advice, she appeared to defer to my mother and myself, asking us what she should treat. As a doctor, it is her responsibility to assess the situation, diagnose the issue, and provide expert recommendations for treatment. I found this approach not only unprofessional but also deeply concerning. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. As a patient, I expect to receive competent and decisive medical care from a qualified professional. Instead, I was met with uncertainty and a lack of direction, which is unacceptable in a healthcare setting. I urge the clinic to address this matter seriously, as it reflects poorly on the standard of care provided. Patients should feel confident in their medical treatment and trust that their concerns are being addressed by knowledgeable and capable healthcare professionals. Alhamdulillah. Kuddos to Dr Sujustme Klinik Anda 24 KW I had a miscarriage at 13 weeks (OCT 2023) and after the loss i kept having a heavy migraine attack. It was so intense and touched when Dr ask about my current mental and physical health. Dr really understandable about emotions of postpartum. It was hard to find the right medical provider that really understands about the situation. Jzzk to Dr and all clinic assistant. Definitely will come again and advice my family and friends to come here if any medical issue. Insha Allah

This clinic has been my go to clinic since its opening. The clinic is generally clean, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The doctors are attentive, and a special appreciation to Dr Umi Atiqah for realising the abnormal readings in my baby's blood and given the right advice. Now, my baby is warded at a private hospital for further treatment.

A 24 hours clinic that serves you via a friendly doctor at 7am. Amidst my early morning appointment, doctor Natasha checked all my vital signs making sure I didnt faint as I had some ear infection. Gentle and friendly service. Keep it up.
