Very poor service. Take the package which mentioned rm190 for pedicure. By the end i want to make payment, the staff charge rm200. When i ask her, she said oh the rm190 old price. Are you playing fool with customer? I wouldnt recommend this place, expansive. Not worth with what are you paying for. The explaination from the staff who attended me very failed. I came here bcoz of nail parlour fullhouse. I would say the nail parlour were the best service ever! Very dissapointed here.

This is my first time doing my manicure and I had the best experience ever! Their service is tip top, friendly and they explain to me in details step by step till the entire manicure completed. I had the basic manicure which needed to wait for at least 2 hours drying. Though long hours of waiting but the finished feel and look of my nails are superb as they look so classy yet simple! ❤️❤️❤️ I feel so ladylike right now. You should come experience yourself here.

I usually frequent the kota damansara branch and this is my first time here in IOI City Mall Putrajaya. All i can say is their service is excellent and top notch. They deliver it every time. Highly recommended.

For a walk-in customer like me, I like how they still take customers at 9 p.m, unlike other saloons have already packed up and left for the night. They also have a lot of welcoming staffs. I like how meticulously they clean my nails. I didn't give them a full rating because they didn't have many colour options and couldn't create the design I wanted. The price is also okay, for my design it’s rm100 for Gel.

This is my first time doing a manicure at Cutiecle. And i’m obsessed with my nails. Professional and friendly manicurist, GG. Complete with a nice manicure and foot scrub for my boyfriend. He said his foot soft like a baby😂 Overall, it was a very nice experience. Will definitely come back to Cutiecle for my regular manicure. Thank you GG!🤍
