My friend brought me here and highly recommended. The owner which is also Barista and staffs are greet us with warm welcome. Im big fan of Mocha, to me... it's just okay, food is acceptable. A little pricey and not much choice. It's long queue however we walked surrounding and take photos. I love the interior design of the cafe, glass, woods and plants. It's a good place to hang out with friends and family.

Nice greenery comes with a price, my blood. The ambiance is nice with the plants and opened air setting. The mosquitoes are out number human beings, even inside the air conditioning area. I believe visiting the cafe during noon time may have lesser bugs. Food is average.

At first I was concerned that this place is just an Instagram gimmick. But I was pleasantly surprised that the food is really good and professionally prepared. Staff is very polite and they look like they are genuinely pleased to see you. These people really know what they are doing. Will definitely return again!

If you like hangout in nature and have a coffee to chit chat, I would say this is 1 of the you can visit. This place is coza and very nice to chill. I was seated at lower floor and It is not hot during afternoon period due to covered with slot of trees and plant and some water feature. Try to go early as this cafe could be crowded. Food was nice and unique.

Long queue since 9 am and had to register in the waiting list. That's fine considering that this is quite popular an eatery. That's the purpose of trying out this one, anyway. However, the disappointment is on the waiting time. Our drinks came much later after the order but it was still acceptable. The disappointment was the food arrived pretty much an hour later. Order time was at 10.14am and they arrived at 10.56 am. Quite costly too, Toast n Jam; RM11. 00 and the Big Breakfast; RM 30.00.

It's finally my first time here today, and it's their first day reopening after renovations. I was looking for the Avocado Toast but couldn't find it. So we ordered a big plate below i cannot seem to remember the name, egg and toast, and shashuka. The coffee was okay, but the food was delicious. My favourite has to be the toasts and homemade sausages. Kids totally loved it too. We love the ambience, and we were glad we did not had to queue as we were there before 8.30am. They open at 8.30am so be early! I just wished that they open at 8.00am though hehehe... Thank you Botanist!

I came here by chance and was quite surprised about this area. Thanks to Google and Tripadvisor, I was eager to find out about this cafe from other reviews. Mind you, I loved this place and this cafe. It was quite a relaxing place to enjoy a cuppa or have a meal. All the foods ordered are excellent especially the big breakfast. The setback is, price will be on a high side.

Had a wonderful time dining here 2 days in a row for weekend breakfast. I like the cafe's vibe, a lot of greeneries and super windy for lower ground seating areas. They have upper seating area as well, but it could be limited. You'll have to wait to be seated, can't just pass by and directly choose your seats, which is kinda good and proper. What amazed me is their service crews, from the front service to their waiters, you can tell that they are super responsive and efficient. It wouldn't take long for food and drinks to arrive as well. Overall, it was such a pleasant experience. Just a slight tiny con is their side salad is tad too basic as i prefer more lettuces instead of diced cucumbers. Their coffee is top notch good! You can choose for oat milk in your coffee too. I can't say enough except for keep up the good service! Highly recommended!

Been eyeing for this place for so long. Finally had an opportunity to try. We came on weekdays and there’s plenty of tables available. We sat at the downstairs area. The staff were attentive and fast service too! No need to wait too long for food to arrive. Really a good place for you to hang out with friends and family. We tried the famous bao and nothing special for me. Maybe I ordered wrong bao. But the shaksuka was awesome especially the sausage inside. Place was clean and tidy and have a very good ventilation.

Drove 25km from Subang. Worth the drive out of the city for a break. Staff was courteous, ambiance was great and the food scrumptious.Had the Botanist breakfast and was truly satisfying and filling. Recommended place if you're looking for homemade ingredients instead frozen packed ones. Great job.

Summary: Nice spot to hangout with friends to have delicious brunch and catch-up with each other while enjoying the indoor greenery. Pic sequence: Crumbly cheese bao, Koko chicken bao, Botanist big breakfast, Lamb sandwich, Chicken sausage shakshouka The bao series is a must to order, the steamed bao is such a great idea to make it as a burger as it is soft on the surface, but has crispy side as well which makes it a interesting and pleasent mouthfeel. Big breakfast is most worth to order considering the price as it contains almost all ingredient inside. Some more the egg you can choose different method to cook too!! Lamb sandwich is also delicious 😋. We ordered lamb flavour and surprisingly the meat don't have strong gamey smell at all, the Greek yogurt and pickle really help to cut the greasiness which makes it super delicious. Chicken sausage shakshouka is also delicious too. Dipping the bread to spicy and tangy tomato sauce and breaking porch egg makes it to a creamy tomato sauce is super good. 🔺Note 🔺Wait for a seat may take more than 1 hr. 🔺But we know the waiting line is super long so we use the opportunity to walk around and sit at other café and enjoy our coffee hahahah

A very beautiful and scenic cafe with friendly staff as well as decently-priced and wonderful food. I tried the Chicken Sandwich (RM 18) and the Spicy Buffalo Chicken Bao (RM 16) which were both very filling, wholesome and deliciously meals (even for someone with a large appetite) The Bao was sincerely one of the best versions of a fried chicken sandwich I have eaten whereas the chicken sandwich was well seasoned and was elevated with its amazing onion jam. As for the ambience, it's location in the centre of the very lusciously green Tamarind Square gives it a beautifully unique vibe. Free water is also provided which is always a plus for me :) Definitely a restaurant I will visit once again when I'm in the area

Had difficulty locating the place maybe cos I’m not familiar at all with Tamarind Square. Was seated at the second level, weather was slightly on the hot side, felt kinda stuffy but they provided big blower fan so cooled down quite fast. Was nice escape from the concrete jungle to a place surrounded with trees. Ordered their best selling cheese mushroom burger and hot chai. Chai was on the sweeter side even when it was hot. As the chai cooled down, it was even sweeter. The burger was fine but the fried patty was on the oilier side. Like when you bite in, you have oily juices burst in your mouth. The condiments like aioli n pickled cabbage were quite little compared to the other review photos. No truffle smell/taste. End up a bit jelak. Overall was a bit tad disappointment for me. Might drop by in future if I’m around the area to try other options, if not, I might not drive all the way to Cyberjaya.

The vibe is just on point! Super chill and I come here all the time with a book - the coffee is also really really good! Hits the spot every time! I have probably gone through more than half the menu and you can go wrong with anything basically. The bao burgers are easy favourites while the others have quite big portions so best to share!

Superb good food with excellent 5 star well deserve service. The staff mistakenly took my unfinished breakfast and they have make it over whatever been left freshly and new. Food and coffee would make your day worth it. Environment is super chilling and very blissful.

Came here for lunch. The food here is good. It is an outdoor cafe. So it can get a bit warm and hot but still quite nice & windy with their fan and surrounding tree. Their service is good. Food came quite fast upon complete order.

Always a treat and a real pleasure to be amongst the greenery surrounding this cafe. Food is always delicious. My favourite is the full English breakfast. Shakshuka comes in a close second.

First time going to Tamarind Square and tried out this cafe. The food portions are quite big and reasonable for the price and if you’re comparing it with PJ pricing - they’re definitely at the same tier. Wish they had more options for breakfast like pastries cause every dish is served with bread. It’s a bit heavy for breakfast but if you’re looking for brunch then go ahead 😉. The coffee is good so that’s a plus 💁🏻‍♀️🫰🏻

Just came for coffee and dessert but apparently they got no dessert like cheesecake or anything that would compliment the coffee. Coffee however is good. Its more like a breakfast brunch kind of thing. Menu is not extensive —- very limited. First time to be here and I always see this in social media so i gave it a try. The cafe is surrounded by greeneries and love the breeze but if you’re coming to stay and get some work down you’ll need a full charge on your laptop because they only have one outlet to plug and its not working. Lol. You need to spend little time as well. This place is only good for breakfast/brunch. Or just coffee thats all about it. Lovely place and Probably they need to increase their menu options like adding desserts and whatnot. Big breakfast is not a good idea on a boring afternoon. I expected a lot and this cafe is a let down. I moved to a cafe nearby….

Have always loved this place. However their menu is smaller now. Missing my Salmon Run ... And this time my shakshuka is a tad bit runny. But overall, a pleasant Father's Day breakfast.
