    The park is still under construction, so is the surrounding areas. Nevertheless, pretty nice place to hang out and do some dry camping. At the moment you can drive your vehicle all the way to water’s edge which is even nicer, but I don’t think that will last forever. Enjoy while you still can.

    Currently the place are being developed PKNS. Looking at their master plan, there will several housing areas which will be developed. There are few office lots which will built later. It is next to Cyberjaya which is freehold area whereas Cyber Valley Park is leasehold area. I am expecting the property price will climb up in the future
