Had a family's lunch here. Fast & friendly service from the staff. The cuisine were really tasted. The counter staff also asked for feedback on the spot. This is good anyway so that we can channel any dissatisfaction directly if any.

First dine in yeay!!!! Good job as they did check on the vaccination status from mysejahtera apps insyead of just picture 👍👍👍 we felt safe to dine in when the gatekeeper doing their job well. Food is superb, service is good!!! Keep it up!!

We had a company lunch of 22 pax. So the orders are a lot, but they handled it quite good. All requests are entertained well although took times which is understandable. Foods are affordable and great. My colleagues ordered thai food which are delicious and the portion can be shared with 2 person. Which is quite a lot and fulfilling. I ordered beef steak. But to my opinion, it was too much well done, maybe can request medium well next time around. I also wanna thank the manager for good communication and services. I recommend this restaurant for you guys to come enjoy and eat.

The service here is outstanding! The waitress and waiter were super attentive, checking our table, fast and responsive, are really courteous - beyond my expectation. Food is pretty good and brought out quickly. Pasta was a little bit too salty for me too. Portion quite small, especially the Tom yum noodles soup.

What do you think I should be expected ,omg this is totally a surprising. Very fast service and delicious as always. I though I will be late for my.movies ...Because only have about half an hour . But ...They serve me within 5.minutes. Bravo. I.got enough time to enjoy coffee and food.

This place is not gud and super slow service til my granddaughter got born and got hair in my rice. Pls don’t come here and let a better outlet replace them.

Black Canyon, the restaurant is awesome to dine in, food is yummy with many choices.

Love the glass noodle dishes, even the drinks are not as sweet as before.. Ace to the staffs for excellent service.

1st time dine in this restaurant, ordered stir - fried seafood with Thai curry in a set (with tom yum soup). The meal came out quite differ from the menu, prefer the egg fried separately. Give extra one 🌟 to the staffs for their greetings given to customers.

Have been to Black Canyon at other locations. I am happy that the quality of food here is as good as those other outlets. They have a set menu going on. I ordered the set C and happy that I could change the white rice for brown rice. The Thai Basil chicken and the Tom Yam were spot on. The gelato coffee (affogato) here is better than most of those served at Italian coffee outlets. The seats are somewhat dated, perhaps it’s time for a refurbishment. Other than that, it does serve some good basic Thai food.

Let’s start by the facts: BlackC is serving good casual dining Thai food at reasonable price. The coffee drinks are good. Now my personal feelings: I know it is a chain, but does it need to give itself a look of fast-food? Because it is not believe me. Food is good.

One of the best tomyam in town! Love the tomyam, cukup rasa. Usually will order Set C which Tomyam, sayur campur, pakrapaw I've tried their Pad Thai, not sooo impressive in terms of appearance and taste 😑 Truth of menu ✖️✖️

Food was nice & tomyam so deep sourness for my liking and the choice is variety...if have no idea to dine in duirng visit ioi can go this restaurant & the tomyam awesome

Went for dinner here, food taste was good. Nothing too special. Suitable for family or group.

Salted fish fried rice bebetul masin kali ni dia bagi (so tak kedekut ikan masin tqsm 😅) , Pineapple fried rice pula (where's my pineapple?????🤔 ke I kena make my own feel ada pineapple 😅 ), spicy chicken tom yum this time so dissapointed sebab terlalu cair?? Why? Cut costkah? 😮‍💨 I used to makan tom yum so many times there but never dapat tom yum this of like tambah air one lah. Dine in around 1.30-2.30pm and the condition a bit panas this time compared than before.

I order shrimp fried rice. There are only three shrimps with the rice and rice are all stick together. Some rice taste hard and even a little bit raw. Very disappointed >_<

Overall good food. Only the tomyam soup was a bit salty. Otherwise, reasonable for the pricing

The Thai Ladna is very good. The other order took too long to serve so I forgot to took a photo of it. Luckily the salmon did not disappoint.

Eat here for 4pax n baby chair but get the round table. Request to change for bigger table bcos we want to order set, but the waiter reject our request due to the table is not suitable for baby chair. While we just saw other people eat at the table w a baby chair there!!!!!. Suck ever services

bad service, low quality of food, no taste at all.. really bad unlike other branch.. not recommended to come to this place..

Ordered Thai basil chicken rice. Chicken meat was charred. Basil turned black. Can't even get the right order keyed into the system. Ice water was splashed on the floor when served. Had to complain before we can get the food right. Service has gone from good to bad in just 2 years time. Was a fan of this branch, but no longer one after this visit.

No taste at all. I would give 0/5 if I had chance to do that. Ordered 4 different foods. All 4 is tasteless

waiting for the food takes time but worth the waiting since everything is delish. my fav so far is it's iced coffee. the bbq chicken and fish cake are also quite good.

Bad service. Waited more than 30 minutes for food to arrived. Other table that come in late get the food first. Super terrible. I thought the food was okay but all tasteless. Tomyam taste weird and fishy. Didn't look same as in menu. Not worth every penny at all. Will never repeat here again.

Is Thai restaurent but look at the pad Thai presentation doesn’t appetising at all the noodle is wet and the noodle seem uncool well so hard to chew even mamak Maggie taste better
