I would like to share an honest review about my recent experience at this hospital. Although I don't think the management will read this, I hope my feedback will be useful to someone. In terms of patient care, I have to give 4 stars to the hospital. However, I have to give a 1-star rating because of the parking issues. My daughter is physically challenged (OKU), and my car has an OKU sticker. The hospital has two parking lots designated for OKU, but both were occupied by cars without OKU stickers. I was willing to park in the regular parking lot but was denied access by the guard named Krishna. Despite the fact that there were only four cars parked in front of the hospital and ten empty parking lots available, Krishna informed me that I couldn't park there because it was reserved for doctors. When a car parked in the OKU area left, I attempted to park there, but Krishna also denied me access, claiming that I couldn't park in the OKU lot because I was not physically challenged. I explained to him that my daughter is physically challenged, but he remained unhelpful and uncooperative. I was extremely frustrated as I couldn't park in any available parking spaces. I approached the customer service desk inside the lobby, but none of the staff responded or assisted me in any way. This lack of customer support left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied. We paid a significant amount of money for this hospital's services, and this level of service is unacceptable. Furthermore, Dr Lee Pei Yin was late for our appointment due to car trouble, which only compounded the frustration caused by the parking situation. In conclusion, I hope that the hospital management will take this feedback into account and improve their customer service and parking facilities for the benefit of patients and their families.

Last week wife saya bersalin di Andorra. Sangat memuaskan servis tip top.. Islamic hospital. All Nurses and doctors are muslim and very professional. The food, condition, services I'll give 5stars. Very recommended for person seeking for great experience to labour.

My wife choose andorra for deliveries of our 4th child via elective LSCS with VIP package. - Doctors all are ok - Nurses , some of them was ok but some were not very welcoming. Things that we regret: 1) Waiting time to see doctor for ANC follow up is 2-3 hours which is equal to the waiting time in govt hosp/clinics. (this is most of the complaint from all patients i guess). i would like to suggest u to use realtime queue numb where the patients can view their queue number by phone where ever they are. they will come to the clinic only when their numb already near. this will reduce congestion as well.. this realtime queue numb have been implemented at govt hosp (hosp ampang,pandan mewah) 2) Was informed that VIP room were occupied just few hour before sheduled admission.Was given single room then only switch to VIP room day 2 post deliveries . unfortunately, both room were below expectation, which are very small compared to govt hosp that she deliver previously. single room dont have any chair for visitors to seat.only have one accompanying chair besides the bed. 3) Didnt allow our children to visit my wife post delivery (day 2) but i just ignored, since mother and childs really miss each others. 4) Didnt allow our parents to make a visit since there is 2 person (our maids) in the room with our childrens. ( just the same policy as in the govt hosp) 5) All visitors unable to see our newborn since she was in the nursing room (on NpO2 ). Only parents Allowed to visit her in the nursing room. (just the same policy as in the govt hosp) Conclusion : The hosp was Overatted, Waiting time in the clinic was long (equal to the govt hosp). Visiting policy was almost equal as the govt hosp (so dont expect too much from this private hosp. You must scheduled your visitors or not they will be frustrated to queue outside the ward without any chair at all . Unless if u have no visitors to pay a visit to u, then this hosp might be one of the best option for u i guess. Last but no least, i really appreciate dr khamsiah and dr asilah for their best effort and kind heart on asissting my wife and child deliveries. * We dont ever query about the price they put since we know that the cost of running a hosp is very high. But We only hope that the hosp can look into the complaints that we make. Tq

One of the worst hospitals I have ever been to in my life . We had an appointment at 10 and have been waiting for 2 hours . Absolutely appalling If there is zero stars I would have given it to them

It was the best decision of us to deliver our first born in Andorra. Everything was alhamdulillah a grateful experience with the best care received. Dr Khamsiah and Dr Suhaila was giving the best to me and my newborn. We are grateful to be under their care. Not to forget all the Labour Room and Maternity staffs. Thank you all for the best service. May Allah grant all of you only kindness and abundance.

10 stars for Andorra Hospital!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Delivery has been quick & efficient. Thanks to Dr. Rusinahayati for being able to handle our case excellently. Baby born at 35 weeks, healthy. We really appreciate the service and the help given by the labour room staffs, as we are a first-time-parent we might not know how to handle the situation well. Thank you to maternity ward staff for putting extra effort taking care of my wife whenever she needs help. As for Syafiqa from customer relations department, thank you for assisting us always making sure we’re comfortable during our stay. We’re extremely grateful that each of the staff here are super friendly and care enough for the patients. Not to forget customer service at the lobby, always happy and cheerful each time we came for our antenatal check ups annually. For clinic, the waiting hour might be a little challenging but it was all worth it. We understand that this is a maternity hospital and not all pregnancies cases are same. Some might have it hard (complicated high risk cases) we respect the time our doctors need, to review each of their patients during pregnancy check ups. My wife & I truly enjoyed our stay here in Andorra hospital. Thank you for this amazing and unforgettable experience! ❤️

Alhamdulillah…. One of best the service and hospitality that a private hospital can offer. Even though my wife had to take the c section early and my child had to be born prematurely because of my wide high bp condition, there was no issues appearing even after few days after the surgery because the surgery was done perfectly. Wife always comfortable and happy during her stay because of all the staffs hospitality. Overall it was worth it 😆👍🏼

Gave birth to my second child at Andorra. Dr Haliza was amazing - guided and encouraged me throughout my pregnancy. Stitches was done well and dried up fast thanks so much to Dr Haliza for guiding me on how to treat the wound area. Never got same experience for first child delivered elsewhere as a result wound got infected. Dr Noor Asilah anesthetic's treatment was painless before delivery, was so scared of anesthetic needle but with her it was pleasant. Pn Saadah breastfeeding consultant nurse teaches very well, came in daily during stay to teach. Im a proud full breastfeeding mum thanks so much to pn saadah. Nurses 5 stars to them, work round the clock efficiently, entertaining our countless calls. As for the room, it was okay, one bedroom, small room. Food was nice however timing was not regular.

Had great 3days stay here at Andorra.No regret at all. Fully satisfied with the hospitality from the nurses and doctor.They take a good care of my baby and me of course. Great food as well. I will recommend this hospital to anyone who is looking for best service hospital.

Bad experience with emergency. It was our first visit to this hospital, little girl with high fever spiking up to 39+, visited hospital around 6pm+. Nurse checked her temperature 37+ using forehead termometer. but when i am home, i checked her still 38+ (using ear termometer). Dr convinced to do blood test and influenza test, and appropriate medication will be given today when the report is out.. Blood test reduced when unable to extract enough blood. Call to hosp to check the result at 930pm, being informed that the result isnt out yet, told to wait for another 30mins - 1 hour. Called again 12am, being told that result will only out tomorrow. My girl's temperature is spiking up and down, i would have bring her to another emergency immedately if i know i need to wait till next day. why would i pay 700+ without proper prescription and wait next day? Vent out our frustration and worried to nurse, a night shift Dr called thereafter and prescribe her antibiotic. Pls review the service, at least give us a call as follow up if the report wont be ready. At least let us know rather than us keep waiting for medication.

Good services by the doctors and nurses. However pls find some comments to improve your services: i. Billing dept need to improve their customer service skills. ii. The refund for deposit taking too long. iii. My son was admitted for 4 days, and the food provided exactly the same each day. iv. The single room size is quite small, I wonder why its quite pricey.

Had my 1st baby delivered here. So far this is the best medical centre experience for my wife and newborn. Everything went smoothly. The doctors were highly qualified especially Dr. Khamsiah who personally handled our case and the staff nurses really made the whole experience very meaningful and memorable. Kudos and keep up the high standards!

As a foreigner I really felt home in the hospital , I had really good experience at the hospital twice in my first baby in 2021 and my second in March 2022, my wife was under Dr Khamsia and she said she felt home with the good treatment from both DR Khamsia and DR Haliza and the rest of the Staff in the ward . My wife had to be admitted for Three days and all from A to Z were excellent . they serve very good Food . Islamic environment . I do recommend this Hospital.

Had a great experience in ANDORRA women and Child Hosp. Recently gave birth to my second child at this hosp under Dr Haliza. Dr Haliza was amazing! Encouraged and guided me throughout my pregnancy journey! She is very kind and thanks to Dr Haliza for responding my queries even its late night. Really appreciate that! Not to forget Dr Suhaila and Anesthetic Dr who also was very supportive. Nurses 5 star! They were very attentive and took care really well. Overall satisfied with Andorra Hosp service.

The hospitality is very great except for their billing/support team. I require detail billing for claiming. Calling billing all day, never answered. Then connected to the operator, was asked to email to billing. Waiting 3 days, no reply, give another call to operator. She asked to forward the email to her where she going to send to finance. Now another 3 days passed, never getting any reply or call. Am sending another email to both billing and herself, and includes 2 more emails i found from their website (their HR and general enquiry). I really dont expect this coming from a profit-based Hospital. Update: WOW, so amazing. Getting the required document upon sending the email and this review! Same day!

The waiting time needs to be improved and in sync with all departments; please make sure patients are informed of their q status. I am waiting for two hours because of their inefficiency. bad experience, but again, if you do not improve, then it will be your downfall.

My experienced giving birth at Andorra was amazing. Will definitely come back here, if ada rezeki lagi.. insya-Allah. All the nurses and the doctors are motherly and taking care of me like a VIP. Starting from prenatal check-up, admission, warded to OT all were great. The services if were given 5 stars I would give 7 stars. I delivered my baby by czer. After out of the OT, I cannot move for a day, thus, the nurses assist in cleaning my body 2 times a day and for the next day, they assist me taking a bath. There was a massage and physio services for the czer patience to help reduce their pain and recovering faster. Not to forget the lactation consultant too, assist in baby latching and other information for the breastfeeding journey. Above all, my experience with Andorra is wonderful and will definitely come here again. ❤❤❤ Thank you Andorra & Thank you Dr Rusinahayati ❤.

Highly recommended for pregnant and maternity mothers. Reasonable price because not only is the place comfortable, but the service and hospitality are also very good. Postpartum massages are even provided. The hospital also adopts the concept of Islamic treatment.

I'd like to personally thank Dr Lee (paediatrician) for taking good care of my son . Dr Lee has been very hands-on, caring, and extra with my son's growth and development. Dr Lee spends 30-45 minutes to assess, advice and examine my son at each appointment. Recently I noticed that my son has some language and social delay. During his routine check up for vaccination, Dr Lee did a thorough assessment and gave me reassurance, advice and ways to tackle the issues. Dr Lee understands my concerns and struggles as a parent. She is empathetic and holistic in treating her patients. Thanks Dr Lee !

I delivered my daughter here. I follow dr kam from an nur where I delivered my son. The waiting time for checkups was very very long. But the ambience, the doctor, the beautiful hospital made the wait bearable. I got the suite so my husband could stay with me. It was a very pleasant delivery. Thank you Andorra for the experience. Nice meals as well

Had bad experince, the new Doctor said bluntly my wife will miscarriage due to the yolk sac was too big. When I asked the probability she told me based on her experience there is ko opportunity. Hence, we decided go for another reputable hospital. Today, Alhamdulillah my baby already 3 months and she is in good health. Feedback: Even for the new Doctor they need to learn how give motivation and keep the positive vibes. Do not speak bluntly based on your experience, you may consult with your senior for their experience!!

I had a concerning experience with this hospital and Dr. Lee Pei Yin. My child was admitted for a bacterial infection, discharged, and advised to return for a follow-up and blood test. However, when my child developed fever, flu, and cough, we faced unexpected challenges. Despite not being informed about keeping our child away from daycare during antibiotics, the doctor refused to see him on the scheduled day, displaying a lack of empathy towards a feverish child. Our attempt to explain the situation was met with indifference. This incident, coupled with an unwarranted closure of our 1:30 pm appointment when we arrived 10 minutes late from the registration time which was 1pm and we reached around 1.10pm. This has left us deeply dissatisfied with the hospital's service. I meant how come a Dr can be so heartless and there is no emphaty showing on child having fever? We only went to this hospital because it's near to us. Otherwise it's totally not worth every penny we are paying. The management should address these issues for the well-being of their patients.

The nurses, especially those in the labour room are highly proficient, passionate and compassionate in doing their job. It is apparent that they are not just working, but they are sincere and deeply enjoy serving their clients. The anaesthesiologist, Dr Noor Asilah is skilful and I could feel how easily she placed epidural on my anxious, tense body. I have high and outmost respect for them.

Appoinment was made at 12pm. came at 11am. been entertained at 330pm by locum doctor. everytime asking question, all answered “okay la ni” . feel cheated by making appoinment saying that Dr K is available full day, unfortunately shes only available at AM period only. even billing counter pun need to wait. sbb takda orang. the andorra’s services is worst than Government KK. they need to know how to respect others people time. supposely no star rating for this visit.

I love this hospital so much. Despite of the price, the service, treatment & hospitality were top notch! First admission was on 2021 when I gave birth to my first born & the following year, my son got admitted. Everything about this hospital is excellent. The pricing is a bit pricy but reasonable. Thank you to all the kind nurses at the paeds ward, the staff especially Abang baju Kuning who helped me most of the time, dr suhaila & team for treating my son for 5 days. Love you all ❤️

Semua kata saya senang jer bersalin...tp trust me, team yang saya ada yang bantu saya yang lebih menjadikan pengalaman bersalin kali ni mudah, tenang dan sangat smooth. Di ward dijaga dan dibantu oleh team ward dengan sangat baik...saya kerap minta tolong sebab struggle dgn baby jaundice, dan fully breastfeed...team nursery sangat baik jaga baby Aleesa yang kuat jerit dan meragam... The bed was very uncomfortable which gave me very a bad backache. I stayed for 2 nights. The food is very cold but tastes good so Andorra can improve on that. I had normal delivery and the one thing that made me annoyed was that from the moment I entered Emergency room, they started pitching me about Epidural without even knowing my condition or anything. Few improvements required, otherwise good.

Despite being busy day and night in the hospital attending clinic & ward patients, they can still smile & attend to me with politeness. Foods were amazing, not the typical hospital food which is dull/unappetizing. Price wise, considering the current economic situation. I would say, it is still on a reasonable side. Keep it up Andorra & go further.

First time here. My toddler warded for 2 nights. All is good except for 1 thing. This is Women and CHILDREN Hospital, but there’s no playroom for the kids. Quite disappointed because other hospitals got playroom for their admitted patients.

My first time bringing my kid after he was delivered here 2 years ago. Arrived ED around 4 pm, confirmed admitted at 5 pm then get warded before 6 pm. Very fast process but dinner wasn't served. Nobody cared to tell until I asked. Not sure why there is no dinner even admittance was confirmed quite early.

Isteri melahirkan anak pertama di sini. Sangat berpuas hati dengan layanan para pekerja dan doktor, dari start masuk pun pak guard dah layan mesra. Staf di sini semua perempuan dan muslim oriented hospital, maka aurat pesakit dijaga rapi. Pakej makan pun sedap dari chef Zubir. Parking mudah cuma tak berbumbung ya luar sana kawasan stesen minyak tu. Boleh teman isteri di labor room dengan syarat kedua dua buat swab test covid dan negatif. Bayaran tu mungkin sedikit tinggi dari setengah hospital, tapi masih lagi murah berbanding hospital swasta yang lain sebab anda dapat apa yang anda bayar. Pada saya keselesaan dan layanan itu berbaloi dengan bayaran. Ribuan terima kasih dan tahniah diucapkan pada Dr Khamsiah dan para pekerja beliau yang bertungkus lumus. Mantap kipidap.

Pengalaman bersalin kat sini mmg best, berbaloi lah dgn layanan Dr, nurse dan staff semua kat sini. Tk rase stress pon duk hospital, rase nk tmbh days lg adelah. So, mana2 yg nk cari hospital bersalin tu, kalo ade bajet, blh lah usha2 kat sini ye. Mmg berbaloi sgt dan best. 😍❤️👍

We delivered our first baby here, and it was truly an incredible experience. The care provided by the nurses was exceptional, and the food was surprisingly delicious. We were fortunate to have a fantastic doctor who guided us through the entire process with expertise and compassion. All of these factors combined to make our childbirth experience here truly unforgettable.

my son was admitted here for bronchopneumonia. dr lee treated us well, explained clearly, nurses were friendly and accomodating. definitely a cozy and comfortable stay 😁

Had my gynae check up with dr Missdalia and she has really helped me a lot. The staff there especially customer service were really great at assisting me and guiding me throughout the whole process.

Excellent services by all staff in each departments. You will feel like resting peacefully at your home. They all very friendly. I lost my baby during 17w pregnancy. Dr Haliza deliver the bad news in very positive way. I had very calm & smooth delivery, then went to OT for D&C procedure. Dr Asilah & team will cheer you up, no time to feel nervous. Room & foods are beyond ur expectations.Definitely will come back! Thank you everyone!

Andorra Hospita has a nice ambience and good hospital however I am so disappointed with one of the customer service staff-Syafiqa. Previously I encountered not a good service from locum dr as Dr Khamsiah is not available during weekend, so I planned to change to another consultant. But she informed me that Dr Kham would be available on my next ANC check up and will see me herself. But a day prior she telephoned me and inform Dr Kham is not around, I was disappointed as it was a late notice. She told me that she’ll let me know after discussed with Dr Kham regarding her availability.I waited for her call until night time, but she passed her task to another colleague to inform me that Dr Kham not around, so I chose Dr Haliza as my new consultant. I requested for notice of appointment as I cross border but only at 1130 am she emailed me, my appointment was at 12pm and I’m already on my way! Not good in communication at all.

The Best Hospital I have been… The service is the best here…. I had my first baby here and the experience was indescribable…. I had my first delivery with a sweet memories… The doctors and nurses here are very kind and loving…. Anyone who wants their delivery to be a good memory then this hospital is the best….

I like being able to deliver my babies here. Both Dr. Khamsiah and Dr. Haliza are among the best doctors I’ve ever seen. Other doctors also gave the best treatment to us. The nurses and all hospital staffs are very kind hearted and helpful. Hospital facilities are great. Totally recommended for their hospitality!!

I was admitted on 15th september for my recurrent endometriosis and endometrial polyps,the operation was scheduled early in the morning,just after subuh prayer.I was given first class services from the day i admitted to the day i was discharged home.I am thankful for the best care and treatment given to me by my gynaecologist Dr Marsita,Dr Asilah the anaesthetist and Dr Khamsiah the founder of Andorra WCH.I will remember the best and loving care given my all the staff nurses and all the staffs here.I love the islamic environments provided here,the nights i spend here were peaceful and nourished with the ayat2 al quran recitations,the pain i was suffering seems not affected me and i able to recover quickly from the surgery and gain back my energy.I also love all the variety of foods and choices given here from chef zubir restaurant.I am thankful and grateful to be among one of patients here.i highly recommend Andorra WCH to all women who love comfortable,highly privacy yet islamic environment to have ur great experience here.Thanks for all best and loving care provided to me ❤😍🍃🌹

Nice hospital and good services but the price not relevant too expensive. Plus no insurance coverage. Unfair to customers who wanted to be treated at Andorra but unaffordable. Please consider. Please revised every single prices or cost. Just my two cents.

Im very happy with the service provided. Dr Rusinah was very friendly and giving good professional advices regarding my caesar operation. The food was great but maybe can give more choices and option to re heat the foods..overall the experience was very amazing and the staff was very heart warming. I recommend everyone to come here for normal delivery or caesarean operation

Layanan sangat tip top.Nurses, doctor, physio, food attendant, cleaner, buggy driver and security sgt mesra. Just need to improve communication inter-department. based on my experience, I believe, emergency dept, billing, admission, ward not in the same page. p/s: to improve and add nappy room and breastfeeding room especially at clinic floor.

Dont admit your children here. The refund policy is 14 to 30 days. Which is nonsense. Every other hospital when getting out of the hospital will get back deposit money on the spot. Donno why this overrated hospital taking so much time on refunding. Why u keeping deposit money when people already out for one month? Nonsense

Alhumdulillah Alhumdulillah alhumdulillah..is all that I can say. I am so glad that I have chosen Andorra again for the delivery of my second baby. Services and experience got even better with so much of love and support from doc and all the staff nurse,Cl,Lc that involved in my labor journey here. It was hell of a ride but I felt so comfortable with the hospitality here. Dr Khamsiah is a gem . The motherly gesture and comfort is all you need during the tough battle. Even thanking a gazillion time will not compensate the love and support I received in Andorra. May Allah swt bless Andorra with greater success and Dr Kham with the best of health always

Alhamdulillah my wife’s first delivery here in Andorra Hospital for our third child. Everything was so smooth & incredible! Thank you to labour room staff and ward staff for taking a good care of my my wife, syafiqa for attending and assisting us from the beginning till the end. Not to forget, receptionist counter & also emergency department. We had a great stay here. Highly reccomended. Thank you so much Andorra hospital keep giving your best!
