First of all age problem there is a young security that always dont do his work the big entrance always took care by him during afternoon but dont know where he always went. Second, there is a indian security women that cannot understand english. English is a very important language that use for communication to almost all races. Third, when there is family hugging not kissing infront people why do security need to care. Plus they hug at behind people not infront people. Who born eyes at the back of their head to look at people? And hug is very normal thing. Why security act like sakai never see hug before. NOT RATIONAL AT ALL. please hire an educated security. So many things were vandalised and no people took care of big entrance even back entrance too. We pay management to hire security that took care of residence safety. PLEASE BE RATIONAL YA.

Love the facility and the beautiful view, very secured.since our house is next to the lift. The loud banging and the sound of lift is very disturbing. As what the building developer is famous with, you can hear the sound of people upstair walking, next door people flushing. The worst one is how the security guard treats you. Wont let you park in the visitor spot even for 5 min. They rather make us go up all the way to resident car park .once my house owner did not pay maintenance fee, so the management punish me the tenant and block all access unannounced. I was heavily pregnant with 2 kids and got stuck at the parking ramp. The day when i move out, the security guard complains that i have my stuff outside the house as we are waiting for the bomba lift. I mean where should i put then? The thing is they will punish resident for small little rules , but the big rule (like having pet walk the hallway) they just let it go.

The management is very incompetent, not to mention the negligence that is visible within our security. There is a noisy neighbor who is doing loud banging and stomping noises at one of the higher floors as if they’re renovating a circus here. Every day they are doing this from afternoon till evening. The residents have complained so many times about this, told them to look into this and nothing is doing. Only “light action” is done. This is the perfect example of incompetency within the residence and no one takes them seriously yet they charge high for maintenance and discriminate against own pets here. But they stay silent if there’s a noisy neighbor here or if one of the security has done wrongful stuff here. There are so many wrongs going on here even with the security team. My family and other neighbors have no choice but to lodge report with the authorities if this continues.
