Overall experience, the ethical of putting patience as priority on their lifes does not exist here, but making every opportunity to make money out of their patients is the top priority. They enforced crazy policy of compulsory to buy medicines from them despite the patient has their own doctors they have been seeing who knows their medical history best, insisting on purchasing meds from them, and they keep on prescribing unnecessary meds for the patient even though we have requested not to due to the patient complication status. It has risked the patient life and there is no turn back when someone has gone. Many people go there for physiotherapy to recover from their lost of mobility or to regain their physical strengths, that should be matters and not about the medication, but this is not the case here. The sales person is also very good at sweet talking but once we entered, there were contradictions on what being said to be included and what not. I will not give even a single star to them if there is a choice because of the money minded culture, and the entire one month experience there was really unpleasant from many aspects, which I am not able to write too long here.

Today marks my last day in Daehan and I can discharge from the rehab hospital without wheelchair and any walking aids. 4 months ago, I was still suffering from Spinal Cord Injury and bedridden. My two cents for SCI patients, don't delay to seek for rehabilitation here because Daehan is real professional while we should not miss the first two months of golden opportunity to recover to the max. Moreover, Daehan is panel with PERKESO as well. Thanks to the OT and PT team especially to Haylynn, Shaun and Aza who trained me and guided me throughout my recovery journey. They strived their very best on our mutual goal that I can stand and walk back again. Their weekly scheduled plan did challenge and push myself to the limit so I can achieve the positive result to climb the stairs and even walk on slopes. My improvement can be seen by days and is beyond expectation. Much appreciate to Dr Aishah, Dinesh, Athirah, Prega and Azizi for their invaluable patience and medical advices. Not to forget the nurses and patient care assistants who assisted me along the way. Patients here are highly motivated and always encouraging each other, definitely feel the positivity and hope. Last but not least, from my personal opinion, the meals catered for patients are good. The portion is just nice and nothing to complain.

This review is long overdue. Went for full medical check up in June 2023. The whole process and experience was smooth and pleasant. Dr Khairul Azizi was very professional in examining and explaining the results. He was also taking time to show us around the world class facilities of the hospital. Will absolutely recommend for those looking to do their medical check up.
