This is my comfort hotel, I'll choose here every time i go to KL. Hygiene, cool, and strategic location with almost 20 walking distance access to food. Satisfying!!!!

I only had a short stay here, just a few hours, however I was greatly impressed with the service. Even though I made a mistake during the booking stage, the hotel operation manager, Sivakumar, was absolutely brilliant. He has sorted everything out in a matter of minutes, offered some breakfast, organized airport shuttle at the last minute, and was really kind and friendly along the way. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the shower spacious, which made for a good few hours' sleep and freshening up. I would not recommend a no-window room for a long stay, but if all you need is to get some sleep, this is the best value for money (with breakfast included) in the area.

A good basic hotel near KLIA. I used this hotel as I arrived late & only needed a bed for the night to fly to Thailand the next morning. Nearby are many local restaurants & food carts & McDonald's & Burger King & supermarket. I would stay again if I only wanted a late bed again. When in KL for a few days I stay in the city.

Good service.. Cheap n so clean

We stayed at this hotel as it was close to the airport and only for one night to save going into the heart of KL as we were flying out the next day. The hotel organised transport from the airport to the hotel which went to plan. We stayed in a standard room, which is very basic and quite small, but it was clean. If you want a place to stay that is cheap but clean, this fits. We just wanted a bed and bathroom for our short stay and that's what we got. There are plenty of local restaurants around the area as well as a Burger King and McDonald's. If I was to return I would probably choose a higher level standard room which I think would have given us a bit more room.

Stayed 2 nights. I cannot praise the staff of S8 enough. They are friendly, provide super service and I promise you will get more than what you paid for. Internet works fine. Air conditioning works. Close to food, airport... Convenient transport. Trust me, you will have a good stay. Service like what S8 Kota Warisan provides is really rare nowadays. Highly recommended!

Nice room, very² comfortable..

I give it 5 stars because it served perfectly for my purpose: finding a cheap accommodation for one short night before the flight. Considering the price, I was only hoping for a clean bedroom and toilet (and they were). I went straight to bed but I saw many restaurants around and a convenience store next to the hotel. The breakfast was included (noodles, rice, chicken, cereals, coffee, bread etc.)

Everything is awesome! Staff are very friendly, cleanliness is superb! So convenient and near shops you basically need.

Stayed here during our transit before heading back home therefore the stay was short but long enough to leave a review. From the reservation to check-out, the level of service you receive from this place should make a remark. The front staff is on the ball and will go that extra mile helping you that showcases the true symbol of Malaysian hospitality. Quality & cleanliness of the rooms are great although the size could get another look at. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and will rebook.

We've been to S8 Boutique Hotel after waiting for 8hours in the airport due a cancelled flight. Check-in at 3Am, the receptionist of the noght shift was not welcoming at all, arrogant and almost angry. We've visited 3 rooms before choosing one of them, they were all, very old, dirty (the sheets also) and smelling bad and with plenty of cockroach (insect). We took the best what because we had to take a rest! And here you are the pictures. We asked for some things, and all were refused by the réceptionnist. -Late check-out (we paid 1 day to spend only 8h) -Extra Pillow (not possible) -Clean room (not available) -Turn on the room lights for my wife while I make the check-in (No! He late her in the dark pretending it is hotel procedure not to turn the light on before full payement as if we were about not to pay him) I think that this hotel is not yet suitable for human beings, and that the receptionist of the night shift should behave before dealing with customers. Briefly avoid this "Hotel"it is not a decent one!

I got room facing the road, which is good because I can see my car parked below. However, in terms of room, as soon as I enter this room, the floor will sticky and got coffee stain on the wall near the table top. For woman wearing heel/wedges, be careful when you take the stairs.

Very nice staff, but the room was a disgrace.... it was not clean, there were cockroaches and it smelled like a smookers room. The bed felt not clean, we used our own towels, to feel a little bit comfortable, but we did not sleep a lot. We have not expected much for an airport hotel for this price after our trip through Asia, but this was very bad... I cant recommend it, not even for one night. After 6 months of traveling through Asia, this hotel has been the worst. Sorry for this bad review, the guy at the reception was very nice, but this hotel is bad...

My parents enjoyed their stay during transit near KLIA2. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable, which made for a good few hours' sleep and freshening up. Thank you for your hospitality. Keep up the good work!

Lots of good food nearby, which was nice. The room was OK, but could have been better. It felt like a small little box, but the bed was super comfortable. The Wifi worked great. There are lots of good restaurants nearby to try.

(+) The personnel at the reception is very kind and helpful. The room is spacious. (-) Its located a 15-minute ride to the airport. Plenty of food options nearby, but either fast food and local restaurants (buffet) with food that does not look that healthy or good.

It's really clean and tucked away from airport amd also from the main city, but nearby there are many good restaurants full of local people the food quality is good compared to the price and compared to McDonald next door. The hotel has its own restaurant and room service which is ok quality. Many people come only for airport convenience but its really quiet and no bothering from outside or noise, giving you much needed relax. They have so many wifi routers on every floor, so the connection was really fast - the best thing of this hotel.

The room is clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Very affordable especially for those who have small budget. Easy to find good eating place around the area.

I would as a transit it is very good. If u r looking for a cheap hotel in a good location this is a good option. Room is small but clean. Bathroom is spacious and nice. Around this area there are some restaurants which r open 24 hours. 18 minutes by grab from airport

I enjoyed my stay during transit near KLIA. The staff was very kind and helpful. The parking lot is near(luckily). Restaurant, fast foods, mini marts, self laundry, mall etc. All you need is here (nearby) They serve breakfast. The room is nice , big and clean. Keep up the good work!👍👍👍👍
