Drive thru order took longer than usual, although not many cars were queuing. Order was made not in accordance to what have said. Ordered for a grande size beverage without whipping cream and turned out my order was made in venti with whipping cream. No apology and cashier look away when I tried to communicate on the mistake.

Drink was ok, lots of room for improvement for service. Service crew here seem like they're all collectively having the worst days of their lives. You'd expect somewhat more decent service w the prices. ☹️

one thing that i like about this starbucks is because it is very spacious. there are many plug points, suitable to do work there. parking quite limited. the service is quite fast. ordered the new mango dragonfruit with lemonade, very refreshing! from my visit, the washroom is not that hygienic, there was unpleasant smell. can improve more on this matter. all in all, nice experience.

I had Asian Dolce Latte for breakfast. It was early morning, and there were only me and another customer. So serene. I love the fact that it was calm, and clean premise. Parking was ample. Seatings were all available. Pastries, cakes and buns were of various choices. Perfect to start a productive day.

Im soo happy at the first place. Buy one beverage to get other free beverage and free meal for Ramadhan promo. Unfortunately, when the meal come out, which is Nasi Ayam Salai Lemak the ayam is not there! So merapu! How come they did not check it first?! And we ask them where is the ayam? They said they will change to a new one. Then look what they gave to us! Mcm ni ke starbuck? Makanan promo mcm makanan nak kasi kucing! Makanan dah digaul and nasi hangus. Plus kuah dah kering. Queue quite long, but every worker is working relentlessly to finish every order. The taste here is same with other outlets. However, the cleaning service is mild bad because a few empty tables are filled with drinks from previous customers.

If u wanna run away from the hectic ioi city mall, drive further up in 3 mins to reach ur fav Starbucks.

Mostly service by your own. Standard starbuck foods and drinks. The surrounding is good for relax and chilling after finishing a crazy day

Good hanging out place with your friends. Not many parking beside the place, but lot of empty parking space downstairs.

We went on Friday night. Parking was a bit weird either you have to fight for one around the premise or there are lots of parking space at the basement. Cashier there was only one despite the queue. Baristas working their muscles out preparing the drinks. The place is pretty but it was so noisy and full. Theres no outdoor table. We had to sit at this place with drink and notes from previous customer that they had to leave and will come back in an hour to that same spot. Never seen that culture before cos the place was packed. We ignored the selfish note and just sat down at that place. Not the best place for discussion with your partners.

My experience? It is starbuck. The environment is nice. The coffee is always overprice. But delicious. The pastry not really good. But still expensive. In conclusion, if u want to look wealthy, have a coffee here. People dont know your account bank amount by the way

Very slow service during our visit. Seems like only Eqram (kudos to him) doing work while the rest were seem lost. We have to get to the counter 3 times asking for our order and luckly Eqram responded while the rest “looks” busy.

Very bad service provided by this specific outlet. The outlet here does not consider as busy as other outlet but the service is extremely bad. I have ordered a Java Chip in a size Venti and also a Chic O Cheese. After waiting for several minutes, the drink is out but the food is not ready, so I kept waiting, but it doesn’t make sense, so I went to the counter and ask, all the staff did not take any action on my order even after I told them my food is not ready, they totally ignore my request, replied me ok and they kept busy with their own things, didn’t even border to resolve my issue. If they are really that busy, please at least let us know, or keep us acknowledge on when is our food going to be served, instead of us waiting infront of the counter. Please kept your staff well trained enough before serving customer. Thank you.

Great place for work and to chill for drink. Parking can be hard. But there is parking for customer and drive thru spot

It is quite a large cafe. Has a long table in the middle, suitable for big group meet ups. Apparently has another floor but as of writing it’s still under construction, as informed by the staff.

Big spacious new Starbuck located next to Putrajaya and IOI City Mall. Complete with a drive thru. The best part is all the tables are well equipped with electricity socket. Good place to have a small discussion or work on the move. Cool

Nice and spacious outlet, beautifully designed. Was here on a public holiday afternoon, not too crowded. Wifi was not setup yet at the time of my visit, and 4G signal is kinda weak for Maxis users. Take note if that is what matter to you.

The place is very big and able to accommodate a large group of people at one time. The seats were comfortable but the arrangements were a bit out of place with the interior. Overall, it was a nice place to come and chill

Went to drive thru, Wrongly charged my credit card twice. and the cashier didnt know their lunch set menu price even after i waited for almost half an hour. I drove away without taking my drink/food.

i had an amazing experience with the baristas here.i’ve ordered through starbucks apps and the moment i step in the store to collect my order,the baristas greeted me and ask me how can they help me before i even say anything. it took around 10 minutes before my drink is ready due to the high volume (i can see a long queue in the drive-thru lane) but the process went very smoothly,guess what?one of the barista (i can’t remember his name) took an extra mile to send the order to my table 🥹 i really appreciate their effort despite of being really busy entertaining their customers and i really enjoy my drink there while doing my work.thank you Conezion partners!you rock! 🤘

easily the coziest Starbucks around. a good place to meet up for meetings or casual encounters. Parking is a hassle but you can always park at the levels below and take the elevators up...

Cozy and spacious. But the workers seems to work at the table same as customers. Packing stocks and having meeting Infront. Sometimes they are very loud. They should have space for workers seperated.

Depends on time of the day, this starbucks could be very busy or lightly filled with customers. I dined in while working from there. Environment is okay for work. But toilet is shared.

All was great but my first visit is kinda funny when the barista was reading the drink name instead of the name of the drinks' owners. But do read owner name adter not picking up for few minutes. Place was packed even at 10pm and mostly staying there was working on their work.

Some staff seemed new and like they don't know what they're doing, especially when you order something like Salted Cold Brew Coffee. Or even during drive through when you ask for a cup of whipped cream on the side, it's so hard to explain to them. Their intercom for drive thru seems to be hard for them to hear and speak back, like quite muddled up. There is one staff that we really like though, wears tudung, quite short and often serves the DT section. Very friendly and efficient.

A very nice, decent starbucks. Place has a very nice atmosphere and spacious, but workers somedays do very bad and mess up your order and are very slow and someday we get very good workers and fast. But overall one of the best starbucks sights i have entered.

Been here a couple of times. The atmosphere here are pretty chilling. You could study, meeting, dating, and even vibe on your own. Drive-thru service quite slow tho but worth it.

Lousiest outlet ever.. Overall from service, ethic and drinks preparation. They are also extremely slow. Have complaint to Starbuck Complaint Centre, but no action taken. Will stop supporting them!! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
