Standard coffee chain store. Taste of coffee is fine, ok. Staff and service is fine. Small outlet, comfortable. But I think it is to change the broken cushion high heel chair.

Bought hazelnut ice blended and mocha ice blended. Love the taste of not too sweet and its ice is smooth. Stayed here for one hour just enjoying my drink with friend, recommended!

One of the earliest outlet since the opening of ioi city mall. It has seating indoor and outdoor. Cool place to hangout and have coffee.

I like coffee bean more than Star****s. Not only because of the coffee tasted better but also the environment is more cozy and less crowded somehow. I had an enjoyable high tea with my favourite ice blended coffee.

Always my go to spot to chill whilst enjoying my coffee and hot jalapenó bagel. In this time of pandemic, this outlet is at a location that allows me park and get to it without having to get near crowds. I know it is best to stay home but this tiny dose of 'old normal' helps me recharge for the new normal work week. #staysafe #observesocialdistancing

Aglio olio here tastes bland and I can’t find the garlic flavour that I need to ask for tobasco to go with it.

Delicious food and coffee. Ordered Break O’ Day set which comes with free coffee/tea to choose from. Free drinks is refillable till 11am. Staff is helpful and friendly. Environment is cosy and relaxing. One of my fav place to chill after shopping around in the mall. Parking is convenient inside the mall too. Will definitely visit again to try other cakes and pastries. TQ!

I come here almost everyday. All the staffs are very friendly and expert in crafting the perfect coffee. Food is good. The smoked salmon aglio olio ìs delicious, the pasta cooked Al Dante just perfect. I frequent other coffee beans and even Starbucks but nothing compared to the services, atmosphere and food here. The minute you step in you feel so good.

Kudos to Adrianna and Fitri who has been very attentive and strive to meet customer expectations overtime. The drinks are awesome, customer service is friendly, the greetings are heartwarming. Keep the work ethic!

Service and seating (indoor and outdoor) excellent. Coffee latte also very good - good size and strength. The only mild down was the temp of the food (spicy chicken puff and spicy chicken bagel) both could have been served hotter...worth checking. The taste and content were very positive but needs to be served hotter for my taste. Just aware of CBTL card..minimum activation price RM25 but no fee..can top up for future purchase need to ask about any loyalty scheme.

One of the worst outlet, 30 minutes waiting for a cup of latte is more like a torture rather than a treat. When follow up with the staff, find out the order missed out. While my wife is pregnant, the experience is not memorable at all. Wont come back again. Thanks.

All the beverages are good and delicious. Affordable price. Order ice mocha latte and matcha green tea(whipped cream is delicious!) ice blended. Use debit/credit card to get upside cup.
