Poor service due to poor management. Would not recommend. Not customer friendly. Not what you expect for premium priced ice cream

Love ice cream at this brand - Belgium Chocolate is the best. Also available in take home small and family containers. However, the service here always lets me down compared to other shops. Slow, disrespectful, unenthusiastic... which is the same again on this visit. I’d probably consider going other branches and not this one...

Tasted like Haagen-Dazs ice cream. Service could have been better. Wanted to switch flavours when they were about to scoop the ice cream. My request fell on deaf ears. There was ice cream spilling over the cup as well.

Delicious ice cream as always. Not many choices but what they have is enough to make any kid or adult happy. Smooth and creamy as always. Can do better with more seating made available though. Friendly staff. Would definitely come back for more.

The best ice cream in town. Our favourite is caramel biscuit and cream and blooming blueberry. The staff is friendly and informative.

Only a few flavours available here. Pretty upset that the male staff gave so little ice cream compared to the female staff.

They shld just focus on the ice cream ONLY. Barista for Illy coffee brings bad name for the coffee and this place. Horrible coffee mocha. Bad taste. Bad Barista. He shld just quit making coffee or LEARN MORE!!!! Wasting money!!!!! Horrible coffee!

Always go for the pint cup if you like ice-cream

Very bad service and rude staff. Went to custom order ice cream cake, was being told that no custom order will be entertained, instead you can only select from their fridge. That is it, no other options. In the end went to ioi mall Puchong, which easily catered for my request for custom cake without any hassle. Management should do something about this haagen dasz branch
