Arrived shop at 8.45pm as a walkin guest on a Friday night. Nobody was in the line, waited for 5 mins nobody served us. When the waitress finally attend to us, she doesn't seem to welcome us and mentioned that it's already last call for the day. Last call at 8.45pm??? She proceed to threaten if we cant finish our food by 9.45pm they will chase us out. What kind of service is this? I urge the owner of the restaurant to look into this.

Store located at the far end, beside Kyochon and Mr.TukTuk. Nearby Harvey Norman. Arrived at restaurant and as usual need to wait to be seated. Problem is that the waiting time was kind of long which is weird because there were empty tables. I also think this place employs only 1 Malaysian citizen who takes care of cashier, welcoming customers, taking orders and all while 4-5 foreign employees who send food, clean tables, refill tea. Quite bad in terms of time management. One of the plate got stain and I managed to get it replaced. Hot green tea served in gold water glass..not good. Kitchen closes quite early and payment needed to be done by 9.30pm as the cashier closing at that time. Lucky we still get to finish our food. Total for 2 pax (pork set and add on) is around RM80. The cashier was kind and greeted us well politely. Minus two stars due to long waiting time to get in, inefficiency, and cleanliness. Management kindly improve on how to increase efficiencies.

Food was not fresh. Rice not well cook. Service was very bad. Waiter down right rude. didn't even bother to look at customer when serving and ignore any request 😔

The waiter that served us, no manners at all, just simply pour the soup inside then cause a lot mess and soup dripping on table, and yet dont help us wipe it away until we called the other guy to TELL him do it.

Service was friendly and prompt worth 1 star. Foods were way below average. Broth was flavorless, meats were tasteless. Vege were just vege. It’s a mystery why the place was packed with people lining up. Perhaps it’s because this is the rare place that serves porky.

The Thai grill was unfamiliar, but when I experienced it, it was not much different from the Korean grill and it was good to enjoy shabu-shabu together. It was good that I could grill it quickly because the meat was thin, and I think I will visit it often because children love the serving robot.

Service is very bad, waiters don't care if you talk to them.if your here to eat Korean BBQ.this is just the worst place to eat.

The food is ok but the waiters are kinda well (bad) . I got the free ice cream and they didn't give me a spoon and they ignore some customers who call them. The food is a bit overpriced and not that fresh although it didn't take that long to be served but the service here is the reason your seeing this review. I hope they can improve there services so that people can have a better dining service here.

Terrible service and horrible quality food. The meat is very low quality cuts with only 30grams served and even the vegetables are of low cheap quality. Green tea is nothing to be called Tea. It's water flavored with 1 ml of green tea. AVOID this place unless you want rude service and low quality food for high price

Not sure what the hype nor why this Bbq restaurant was so crowded on a weekend. Food and portion for 3 was meagre.

Ordered a beef set for 2 persons. The meat had a stale smell and certainly didn’t taste fresh. First and last time for us.

This is the worst bbq shop that I ever tried. Will not come again. We order lemonade, but it turns out like ice lemon tea. The Thai tea powder does not dissolve completed. The soup is super tasteless like plain water. The chili sauce only 1 type. Gyoza also much to my disappointment. Tiny portion, totally different from the picture at the menu. Garlic rice also like not fresh. Everything is bad. Pricy and not worthy.

The service was rude and incompetent. The waiters ignored my requests, not sure if they didnt understand me or just unwilling to attend to customer's needs. and the food wasnt fresh at all and they served spoilt chilli to us. As for the taste, the flavors were bland, and the beef used was not fresh. pls prioritize your customers satisfaction and experience.
